I will start by saying I am not one who usually gives reviews on service, but I am so pleased with the new roofs and installation that I feel obligated to inform potential buyers looking for quality work to LOOK NO FURTHER. Ricky’s crew are consummate professionals working diligently from morning to evening. With the scope of the project I was told it would take two days with cleanup on the third. I ran into a hiccup requiring a complete replacement of plywood on home (which may not have been replaced since the ‘60s) and Ricky put me at ease and still had the job completed within scheduled time as previously stated. Upon completion, property was cleared of debris and gone over several times with a magnetic sweep to catch any loose nails. That was reassuring as I have two good sized dogs that love to run all through the shrubs by the house and throughout the property chasing whatever they see. Ricky is a stand up guy, reasonable, easy to contact and deserving of every success! Thank you Ricky Shakallis!

Ricky and just crew did a great job. From start to finish everything went smoothly. I have a large roof and they finished just as promised. We also appreciated that Ricky was willing to give us the addresses of other roofs he had done and when we took a “tour” of them, my wife and I were impressed by what we saw. For us, it is easy to give Ricky’s company 5 stars.

Ricky Shakallis replaced my roof in June 2021. He was able to find the best roofing materials available when materials were in short supply. We are very happy with our new roof and the cleanup afterwards was first rate.

Ricky, did work for me over a year ago that I was very pleased with. Almost as important is his standing behind his work. I have had a couple of very minor issues since the work was completed. When I contacted Ricky about them, he sent someone out to fix the problem no questions asked. Not only does he do quality work, but he stands behind it as well. Doing both makes him especially top notch.

Had a replacement roof put on about 4 months ago and I have had no problems. Install went quick and without any problems. The crew came in and cleaned up behind them self. Couple other neighbors also used Ricky and had great things to say.

I've used Ricky on several new and older homes. I've yet to have a callback and will use him in the future.

I was preparing to sell my house and needed to have a new roof installed before putting it on the market. Fortunately, Ricky was referred to me by a friend who had his roof done by him and said he was extremely reliable and would do a fantastic job. So, I called him to schedule an estimate, he showed up ON TIME (great sign!), and the price he gave me was very reasonable. I decided to go with him to have the work done and am VERY glad I did!

From start to finish, Ricky and his employees were beyond professional and true to their word. Not one single day were they late, NOT ONE, nor did they cancel or no show (something I’ve had frequently occur in the past). I was able to observe some of their work during the process and it was obvious they were experienced in their trade and took pride in their work. Once everything was completed, my home looked almost entirely brand new, and was beyond amazing! To say I was happy with the final results would be an understatement. I also have to add, not only did they do superb work installing my new roof, but they did not leave a single piece of trash, old shingles, nails, or anything behind. They even walked around my entire property ensuring every nail and small pieces of shingles and wood were picked up!

An absolute Professional. Worked with us to solve a complex roofing problem. After the job was complete he personally walked my yard looking for nails or debris left over from the crew. Would recommend to anyone.

Ricky was awesome. My roof had been leaking for about 4 months and I knew I had to just bite the bullet and get it replaced. I had multiple companies come out and give an estimate but no one beat Ricky in price or customer service. He came out next day after I called him to give an estimate. I signed the paper work the following day and within a couple weeks his entire team came to do the job. On the day of the project, his entire team of maybe 6 people showed up at sunrise and worked until sunset making sure the roof was completed in 1 day. 1 DAY!! The job was completed about 4 months ago and not a drop has made its way through the roof. Ricky was all around the perfect choice. Thank you so much for everything!

Ricky replaced our roof. He was very professional, very prompt to respond and answer any questions. His crew showed up reliably and worked their tails off for a few days until our roof was done and just about every nail or scrap of the old were cleaned away from the entire property. This was a bit of a challenge as we have a lot of bushes and landscaping around the house. Ricky gave us a fair price too. Definitely recommend.

Excellent overall experience. Replaced roof and skylights, vinyl wrapped with new gutters. Timely and always updating progress. Very easy to work with, professional. Good clean up. Will use again in the future.
