Richter roofing was amazing! I was super stressed because the storm hit our home and we had the first open house to sell our home that Sunday. We had orders to leave the state in less than a month and everything was fix in time. The roof/gutters looked great!

Ritcher put on our roof several years ago. Recent wind and storms produced some leaks. Jake came out, quickly after I called (which is good considering how busy the roofers are this month.) He figured out that some flashing had come loose, nailed it back down, re-caulked and it's doing much better. He even put up my ham radio antenna while he was up there (helping me out because I'm not great on ladders.)

Absolutely outstanding to work with. Jake was a great communicator. And the roofing crew was efficient and did really good work. The owner is onsite at all times. Highly recommend.

This is an incredible company. It started working directly with Jake on the bid and setup. He gave us a complete understanding of the process and he takes care of all of the insurance work...which is...not fun! His crew works fast, clean and I was shocked to see a foreman on site the entire day making sure the work being done correctly. They place tarps all the way around the house and sweeped for nails multiple times.
We had roofing, gutters and siding done and it amazed us how quick they got it done in two days. This is the best company in the area. They came recommended to us by a friend and we have recommended them to friends and family.

It’s very hard to find a company that does not overpromise and under deliver these days. Jake is a man of his word and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly and in a timely manner. This was an insurance job and Jake worked directly with my insurance company to make certain everything was addressed That needed attention.
Jake was just as worried about the satisfaction of the job after the job was complete by following up to make sure I was 100% happy. Will definitely use again if and when the time comes and will continue to recommend.
