approximately 4 years ago Rich built a large screened in porch for us. He and I butted heads quite frequently during the construction process. Last week we called him about an urgent safety issue concerning the workmanship of the flooring. He responded immediately and repaired the porch. I was very impressed. I really did not think he would respond to our request. He came through as promised.
