Incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and incomplete work - The owner took 7 months to install exterior doors and sent over a guy he found from another work site who didn't do a quality job. The owner was contacted several times requesting information regarding install and follow up with absolutely zero response. When he finally did respond, it was nothing but excuses and why he couldn't get the job completed. He never finished the job and we had to hire someone else to complete it. Absolutely a horrible experience and would never use them again.

Ron and his crew from Richardson Exteriors were nothing shy of incredible to work with. Ron was very honest and extremely helpful throughout the process of picking out siding, etc. His crew worked hard and did an amazing job and were very professional. I would highly recommend Richardson Exteriors.

I used Richardson Exteriors for a roof, gutter, and skylight replacement job the came about because of hail damage. Ron Richardson did a great job working with the insurance company throughout the approval process and was always very responsive. The completed work was very high quality and Ron did a great job suggesting some small add ins that really enhanced the work they did. I highly recommend this company.

Richardson Exteriors replaced our roof and gutters. Ron, the owner worked with our insurance adjuster. His crew did a fantastic job!!! I can't recommend this business enough. Top notch guy who goes out of his way to help!!!

I recently hired Richardson Exteriors to install vinyl siding on my home. I have had terrible experiences with two projects in the past, so I was very wary about hiring another contractor. I am extremely pleased with the work done by this company. Ron answered all my questions promptly and even answered some questions before I asked them. The work was high quality and the project finished quickly. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Got my facing covered using Richardson exteriors and they did a beautiful job, looks like a brand new house - couldn't be happier as I am writing this review 14 months later and holding up great through the Columbus Ohio storms. Had one part of the facing that popped up because of strong winds, Ron sent out Rodney right away to fix it and he added extra pins so that it would not happen again .Excellent craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Highly highly recommend!!!

Very professional service. During a bathroom renovation, we discovered a moisture issue. Richardson Exteriors determined the source of the leak and gave us options for both temporary and permanent fixes. Given the age of our roof, we chose a complete replacement. The work done was timely and of the highest quality. I would certainly recommend Richards Exteriors to others looking for roof or siding repair.
