When I hired this contractor it started out really well, but the contractor eventually started setting dates to show up and never showed up or called. We got into multiple jobs at the same time which I would highly recommend against with this contractor. He tells you a job will be done in 2 to 3 days. I'm at 12 months or more on many jobs. Sadly, for us, a lot of the work will have to be completed or redone even by someone else for work that has already been paid for with this contractor. I gave the contractor multiple chances to rectify it, but either unable or unwilling to do it. Once he receives the majority of money you'll have a hard time getting him to finish.
