Great Company, Great group of people, from the desk, to the Delivery guys. Everyone makes you feel more like family than just a customer. Dane Horn and Steve Patruno are both super knowledgeable and if they don’t sell what you need, they probably know the product and where to find it. Rob always drops what he’s doing to see you get loaded and out quickly. Charlene Keogh has absolutely gone above and beyond to help facilitate our companies success, Definitely have to thank this company, especially during one of the most material complicated seasons I’ve ever seen in 25 years of construction. It was a tough year, but Richards did everything in their power to help. Truly appreciate them.

After almost thirty years of dealing with the Middletown branch of Richards I can honestly say that they are one of the most competent building material suppliers around. They don't make promises that they can't keep. Their service is the best around and their people go out of their way to get the job done. There must be a reason why they retain their employees for many years.

Very personable and knowledgable staff. They have the inventory of a larger supply house but still take the time to make sure your taken care of like a customer, not just a quick sale. Im very pleased with the vinyl siding they sold me. Ill be using richards supply from here on forward

I am a female contractor. I walked in their store requesting prices for roofing and siding after previously visiting there several days before. The manager asked me who I was and I gave him my name and the name of my company. He stated "he'd neve heard of me" I told him I'd been a contractor for 46 years and he said to me "you're a liar" and tried to stare me down. He then gave me his birthday and said "he hadn't started in the business until the 80's and I told him that I had him beat. He then told me "that I must know how to curse and swear since I was a contractor". I told him I didn't allow that on my jobsites. We are living in the twenty first century and I feel like there is no place for the level of disrespect I received, especially not in the workplace. I hope this review reveals the true moral fiber of this business/
