We had a 20-year-old roof in need of replacement and got honest advice with regard to price, material, timing, and alternatives. They were easy to work with around our schedules and able to replace the roof, gutters, and skylight in our home and garage in just a few days. Green Collar just finished our roof and gutters. The entire team did a fantastic job! Although our roof was rather difficult, we had a couple of old layers that had to be removed, and new plywood installed. Besides the fact that the temperatures were way over 90*, our roof has a steep pitch, which didn't slow down this team. I watched with amazement with just how a perfect team operates. There are no slackers working for Green Collar, everyone worked their butts off. My wife and i just bought a house in Florida NY last week (1/22/25). When I woke up this morning there was water all over the basement floor and running down the sheetrock. I had noticed that Green Collar had done some work in the house beforehand and I called them right away. Brianna was very understanding and empathetic toward my situation and she quickly tried to get a technician to my house. She was successful in doing that and Travis came to the house at 2:30 and did an assessment. He was very empathetic as well and what I thought was a leak in the flashing was actually a burst pipe. He recommended a plumber and my broken pipe is now fixed. The deep freeze the last 2 weeks did not help.This review is for their customer service, for Brianna to dispatch a same day tech, for Travis to come out and they were nice enough not to charge me for a service call. Working with Green Collar was one of the best decisions we made on our new construction. We had an issue with a previous siding contractor and we were so nervous to work with someone new. Green collar was amazing right from the start. They were so helpful in finding the right siding for our house, flexible with timeline changes, and going above and beyond to get the job done. It was cold and windy the entire week and these guys never stopped. Shout out to AJ and Franklin who worked on our job. They were both so nice, respectful and communicative. I recently had green collar roofing handle the replacement of our roof, siding, gutters, and windows, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled.
The staff was outstanding through the entire process. From Travis coming out and giving a quote helping us with choices colors and options for our project and Allison helping us with the permit process and contacts. The roofers who came in and replaced the entire roof in one day. Chris the foreman on site for the entire project was exceptional. Next Alex installed our windows in a day when it was extremely cold outside one window as a time keeping the house as warm and clean as he could. Chris returned with the siding team as well as Franklin who was also incredible and completely transformed our entire home. Chris’s communication was top notch as he kept us informed every step of the way.

After receiving several quotes from several roofing companies we went with Green Collar Roofing for our outdoor needs. We had a large project roof, windows and siding. Our foreman Chris was incredible through the roof and siding process, his communication with me throughout the process has been absolutely incredible sharing photos of the progress while we were unable to be home during. He was attentive and answered all of my questions quickly.
Alex came to install the windows, he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. He also answered all of our questions. He personally measured all the windows himself and installed each one perfectly.

My experience with Green Collar has been amazing. I am a general contractor building an addition for a client. My client recommended green collar as they had done the rooding on the main structure last year. From the beginning Mike Cohen was very easy to work with, meeting me on site reviewing my 3d renderings and then following along with our progress remotely and making edits to the plan as needed with a very professional and helpful attitude. The day od the roofing install Chris and his crew with Cesar as the lead blew my expectations away. They worked fast, safely, and clean. We had Green Collar install our new roof and gutter. The final result is fantastic. Mike, Andrew, Allison, Chris, Rick, Jairo, and Harry are awesome! The A team! Initially I contacted Andrew to inspect our whole roof and attic thoroughly. He even helped me answer the call from solar company that we work with to address some critical questions. He is super approachable and knowledgeable. He also introduced military rebate to us. Mike handled a lot of our calls and promptly provided us with nice solutions without any hesitation. Allison took care of overall communication between us, company, town clerk, and even manufacturer. She sent daily update to us regarding the permit process so that we were well informed. Chris is awesome. He did the full inspection after installation to enhance many places of our house. He is super knowledgeable and handy. Rick visited our house twice to address some small issues. He is super professional and knowledgeable. He unfortunately, injured his ankle during the work. I feel sorry about that. I wish he is getting better soon. Harry and Jairo came to install our roof. They showed up super early in the morning and completed the job the same day and cleaned every single nail and debris left around our property. They even cleaned our trash that we didn't expect them to clean. Super professional team! I think I forget who installed our gutter system. The final look and result are awesome. They extended the downspout far away to the property. They really pay attention to details. Overall, it is very easy to work with the whole team. Professional workmanship! We highly recommend Green Collar if anyone would like to replace their roof and gutter.

We had Green Collar install a new roof, new siding, and replace all our windows. The work was beautifully executed, and the house is completely transformed.
Their estimator Andrew was particularly great. He came by the house and really took the time to understand what we wanted and work within our budget. He was very responsive and provided a detailed quote promptly, as well as any revisions we requested subsequently.
The office was very organized in submitting paperwork for permits and scheduling inspections with the town. The project was completed faster than I expected, and this was despite necessary pauses for many days of rain.
Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. They seemed genuinely motivated to do a great job, and I felt I was in very good hands. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!
