Richards Building Supply - Merrillville, IN

Each time I gave gone in here i get aggravation. Even on items that have been ordered. It is one person specifically that can’t seem to move from a chair and seems helpless and lost at the thought of actually getting up to do anything. There have been a few instances but this last one I went in to get a finish piece of siding and he claimed that didn’t have anything like that and that my siding company must have made some thing special for me on-site. So they made a special piece of siding to go around my whole house while on site? I then checked with my siding company and they informed me it all came from Richard’s, including the finish pieces. I had a picture of exactly what I needed so it’s not like it was a mystery, but it’s an issue every time. Not sure why it has to be like this. I deal with other various supply houses for my company and this one is lacking in service and knowledge.

I went in only to view some samples my wife and i are already having put on our home, so we were not buying anything But, the customer service treated us as if we were buying the store. Very helpful and patient with us. Can't remember his name right now but thank you.

Always great service from Manny in the loading area! He always is careful but quick to load up all of our roofing supplies, very friendly and great to chat with.
