Rich is honest, hardworking and professional. He is wonderful to work with and does fantastic work. I was very impressed with his installation on our new build 7 years ago. I have been delighted about all of his response times and communication since. I highly recommend his services!

Rich and his guys fixed our leaky roof about 8 months ago. We have had leaks in our main floor dining area over the years. Rich's people fixed the roof and after last night's rain of over 7 inches, not any problem.

From the very first call with Alan in the beginning to meeting our team of roofers and working with Rich and his son. The entire process was professional and extremely responsive, they never missed a call or email! Living in Nebraska we are all pretty accustomed to needing a new roof every few years due to the hail and storm damages Our Presidential Roof, Gutters, and downspouts were completed exactly on time and completed to the highest standard and skill. I have previously used this company and was pleased with their work. Upon finding my shingles have failed over time and there was a manufucturer's recall, they helped me with the necessary paperwork to get a full replacement of materials and labor. This would have been extremely difficult to handle on my own and I can not thank them enough for their assistance and patience with the matter.

Had hail damage to my roof, like most people in our neighborhood. Called in to the office and got a an inspection, a quote and scheduled it. From the start to the time the work was done was great experience from everyone involved. All my questions about different quality of shingles and gutter sizes were answered in a professional way and in great detail. The work was done swiftly, amazingly and getting compliments from neighbors asking who did the job. Rich and his crews will always be my first call about roofing for home or business jobs.
