Ordering our shed with Wendy was a breeze. She dropped what she was doing to come meet us on the main lot to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She made sure we were happy and not settling with our purchase. She answered any questions we had and was very patient with us. Kevin, the driver and delivery man that set the shed up was SUPER!! We had a very tight space for him to get our shed in and he got it in there without any issues and never once complained. Kevin was super friendly and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the purchasing process and delivery and set up. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a shed.

The process of getting an outdoor building could not have been any easier! We ordered our building on Thursday and it was delivered Saturday evening! Friendly people and I love that they set it us for us. Definitely would order any other outdoor buildings from them and will be referring folks!

Rhino Sheds is the best place to buy a building from. The process is quick and easy. From when I went to their manufacturing lot which has 350+/- high quality sheds to when it was fully set up at my house was a week which is a lot faster than most places. Kevin the installer was super nice and professional, He definitely knows his job. I’m giving a well deserved 5 star. THANK YOU RHINO SHEDS!!!

We have been searching for a while for a shed. Finally we came across Rhino Sheds. And I can say they are the best! They a built to last! Quality is top notch and price is none the less affordable! Amazing customer service with no hassle. And the delivery is like no other. Kevin came out and setup our 12x24 building. He was nothing but professional! He came and went straight to work. I thought they were in High Point, NC, they are in Mount Airy!!!! Kevin did an excellent job and he did it by himself. Kevin took pride in his work and it showed. He even had to remove a part of the fence to get the shed through, and he didn't even mind doing it. My family and I ordered a much needed building for our needs. After a couple years of searching, we found the one that we felt was perfect for us. Rhino Sheds of Mt Airy, NC was a pleasure to work with. We texted back and forth for a couple weeks, then drove there from Randleman, NC to choose our shed. They promised a delivery date and time and was not a minute late. Dispite having torrential downpours and literal flooding this day, they came through anyway. The guys waited in the truck for two hours for the rain to break and within 45 minutes, the building was set and blocked and is perfect for us. They were very friendly and very courteous. We finished with a handshake. Thank you Rhino Sheds! It was such a pleasure working with you and the prices are fantastic. Well built buildings and can beat anyone else’s price around. I guarantee it!

Had a very good experience with Rhino sheds. I ordered the 12x24 R Loft barn and had it customized to our needs. They did a perfect job and the quality is top notch! The delivery went great and we love it! I would really recommend rhino sheds!

The office personnel and delivery people are very unprofessional. We ordered a pre made shed off the lot and were told it would be delivered in two weeks. After three weeks we called to see where it was on a Monday, and the office lady said she would have the driver contact us that afternoon. By Thursday we had to call back because no one ever called, she said the driver would call us in 15 minutes. Never heard anything for over another week and called back. At this time they said they had lost our paperwork and we would have to re do everything. The next day they call to say that they have the paperwork. The driver then calls to say they have been busy even though I personally drove past there several times a day everyday at different times and the trucks would be parked in the same place. Next the driver says he can deliver on Saturday at 8am. I took off work to be home for the delivery and no one showed up. At 10:30 am I call the office and the office lady transfers me to the driver who tells me his truck is broke down and he could deliver on Monday. I let him know that I could not take off anymore time from work until the following Sunday and he proceeded to argue with me about delivering the building. He then decides to contact my wife who explains to him how we have already missed work and been lied to and that we were fed up with all of the excuses, she let him know he could deliver it on Sunday or not at all, needless to say it was finally delivered over a month late.

After shopping for sheds at five companies in the area, I chose Rhino Sheds for the quality of materials, craftsmanship, and value. From the point of sale to the deliver and setup, the entire process was handled with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Rhino Sheds.

My wife and I are vest pleased with our new Rhino shed! Raul called me one week prior to delivery with an arrival time. He and his partner showed up right on time, had it perfectly leveled in a lot less time than I expected, had no problem getting up my steep driveway, and was very professional. Our salesman, Fernando was very nice as well. I highly recommend Rhino Sheds, LLC of Mt. Airy!

I repair these mini barns for several companies along with the tree cutting i do. I have dealt with Rhino on several occasions. They used to not pick up the phone. I am pleased to say they now answer quite well; keep that up! However, i ordered 2 pieces of siding to be pre-painted on a Friday. Monday i called back to check in and they needed payment before they could start painting. Understandable, but why didn't you tell me on Friday? so then i call back Tuesday because they said they would be ready. They were not and said they would be ready that Friday. I let them know i wasn't real cracked, but OK, that's fine. So i call back Thursday, and they ramble something about not being able to spray the color i need and even pre-paid for! Said they'd call back some days weeks or months later when it was finally ready. I said folks, forget it. Give me the paint and siding and i'll paint it. If i knew this was going to happen i could have got it either Friday when i first called or then Monday. I am not happy and will stay as far away from Rhino as i can. Use PineView Buildings llc in Olin/Statesville, NC. good company.

Delivery drivers were great and super friendly! Unfortunately our shed was not delivered fully completed as promised. It set us back another week which unfortunately does not mean anything to them. Would’ve highly recommended this company until just now. They told us the only compensation they would do for us is by not charging us for having the guy to come out and build the loft for us. Sorry your profit margin is small. It could’ve been better if you delivered a finished product!

So pleased with our building. From the order to delivery a good experience. Dented some roof metal getting it between two trees. Fixed it the next day. Didn't ask for final payment till it was fixed. Excellent job! Thank yoi so much.

We recently purchased a 10x16 A-frame shed from Rhino Sheds. The shed arrived on time and was constructed with our custom paint colors. The delivery team (Raoul and Raoul) expertly maneuvered the shed into a tight spot, using high-tech machinery for install and placement. The home office (Mary) was very helpful in getting us the warranty information. We are very pleased with the product and highly recommend them.

Ordered building and was built and delivered 5 days early..the delivery guy(randy) was unbelievably nice and kept in touch with me thru the whole process..definitely would recommend buying from this company. And ask for randy to deliver takes a lot of pride in his setup
