The guys came out and inspected my chimney to ensure no possible leaks after a siding repair I had done. I wasn't sure if everything was sealed against the roof but they were happy to come and look to give me some piece of mind. I appreciated their good attitudes and fast and friendly response.

I thank God for Rhino roofing! Make a huge mistake by using a Neighborhood traveling roofer five year ago. Had a leak insurance would not pay because roof don't met code! In came Rhino they tried to bring roof to code but because of the way it was installed insurance said no. So, we decided to replace the entire roof which was done in one day at a price not much higher than five years ago. They started on time and finished when they said they would. Very professional and very sanative to my situation. I would like to say never use one of those traveling neighborhood roofer. Call Rhino! You will be glad you did. The serve and price is JUST right

On May 13th I reached out to Rhino Roofing on behalf of my elderly mom. She desperately needed a new roof. Dylan, came out very promptly and did everything necessary to make this happen. He sat with both of us and explained everything that was needed and provided us with samples of Shingles to choose from and all the products Rhino Roofing uses. It was honestly the easiest Company I have ever dealt with in making decisions that truly needed immediate attention. I wasn’t able to be there when they did the job but my Mom raved at how hard and professional all of those guys worked. Once the job was complete, Dylan took her by the arm himself and walked her outside to show the Completion! I would like to personally say that NOTHING meant more to me than that. I had water coming in my downstairs due to heavy rain. I called Rhino Roofing thinking they're the ones that re-roofed my house last year, turned out it wasn't. They stayed with me an hour and a half, went up on my roof, found several things I needed to address. After weeks of vetting roofing companies, we narrowed it down to three. From there, we did our homework: checked legal business names, DBAs, owners, and licensing through the Arkansas Secretary of State and Contractors Licensing Board. We verified liability insurance, the residential roofing surety bond, requested the owner drivers license and proceeded to review court records. Lastly combed through reviews and complaints across BBB, Yelp, Google, Nextdoor, and Facebook.

Why go that far? Because you’re hiring someone to replace one of the most expensive parts of your home. Any reputable company should welcome that level of scrutiny.

Dylan from Rhino Roofing came out and walked us through everything—from shingle type down to the nail length. His estimate was complete and didn’t include padded material counts. (Some roofers over-order shingles, charge you for them, and then take the extras with them.) He didn’t pressure us or ask for any money upfront, which was a big deal for us. We made it clear this wasn’t an insurance job; we were paying out of pocket and would pay in full when the job was complete. If a company can’t front the cost of materials, they’re probably not in the right business.

We signed the work order on April 19, 2025. Dylan ordered the materials right away, and although we expected a three-week delivery window, everything arrived early. Chris called to schedule the install, and today—April 29—they completed the roof. Everyone showed up on time, verified materials, and got straight to work. The crew was professional, respectful, and left no mess behind. My roof looks incredible.

I had some exposed wood at the top of my oddly tall chimney on a steep section of roof. Not only did they install the covering that should’ve been there in the first place, but they replaced to pieces of lumber that had dry rot at no extra cost!

Rhino Roofing recently completed replacement of my roof and some minor improvements to the area over an old addition of my 125 year old house. Competent, good workmanship, high level of craftsmanship, on-time and on-budget professionals. I was assigned a contractor for installation but was also assigned a company supervisor and everything went off with our a hiccup. The product they installed was top-shelf from the 192 sqft of decking, the ice-freeze barrier, the synthetic insulating roof barrier, the new “utility boots” to the architectural shingles. I’m a retired carpenter, who celebrated his fifty years professional experience this summer, and claim these professionals could not have been better.
