Kings Roofing and Renovations

The only reason I give Kings Roofing a 5 star rating is because a 10 star rating was not one of the options!!!! They are 10 star in my book! I can’t say enough good things about them and everyone we interacted with that represented Kings Roofing. The quality was just superior to any other roofing interactions we’ve had and the overall experience was superb!!! I’ve recommended them to everyone I know!!!!

I worked with Tristan and they came early and left within the same day. He was able to work with the price my insurance company quoted and I so appreciate that since 2 other companies quoted a lot more! Very professional!

Tristan was great and handled the whole process from start to finish, and made it all as easy as possible.

I truly appreciate how Tristan worked with me through this entire process. He is a man of his word. No hidden costs or fees. The new roof looks great! Tristan’s crew was professional and thorough. I highly recommend!

Chad came by about 4 months ago to look at the damage done to our roof from a tree that fell on our house. He told me they could do the work but first had to put the tarp on my roof. They nailed the tarp to the siding. After several meetings, he emphasized again that Kings could do the work and start on it in about 2 weeks. We called Chad after 2 weeks had come and gone. Crickets……….he never responded. Outside of wasting a month dealing with Chad, I now find out that it’s going to cost me $5,000 to replace the siding that THEY DESTROYED BY NAILING THE TARP TO THE SIDING. I would suggest if you see Chad or a Kings representative coming, I would run the other way. This is by far the worst experience with a contractor in my 68 years.

In response to what King wrote below: I got tickled that in your apology, it sounded like you blamed me for not calling. I tried calling but could not reach anybody. Your words below sound nice and because of my experience with you, I doubt they are sincere. It probably sounds good for somebody reading your reviews. If you are sincere, in which I doubt you are, I would be willing to meet with you. Because of my inability to get y’all to speak to me last time, I would suggest you call me or come by. You can change my mind and my review if you are sincere. Time will tell.

D.J., the owner of Kings Roofing approached me a couple of years ago when he was working for another roofing company. I was working outside in my yard and he asked if he could inspect my roof to see if there was any hail damage and I said sure. He indicated that there was and asked for my business. The cost of my new roof was over $17,000.00. I trusted him and gave him my word and my business and referred others to him. Unfortunately, a tree struck my house recently and did a little damage to my roof. My wife had DJ's number which she called and a man named Drew spoke with her and came out and was very nice. He said there was just a little damage. He said he would be at our house in the next day to fix it for $100.00. And, if he couldn't get here in the next couple of days that he would be over no later than Wednesday to cover it so no rain would get in. Well, they didn't come. And it rained. My wife called and I have called multiple times. They do not respond to calls or texts. Poor integrity and poor business practice. My wife and I are getting too old to get on top of our house. I am a Pastor. I teach about integrity and holding to your word. I still don't know what I should do. We have had several storms now. I am hopeful their poor decision and bad practice hasn't cost me more in repairs.

You get a knock at your door and it's someone with a company shirt standing there. We've all been there. It's like SPAM calls, but in person. Usually I just let them knock and move on. I'm sooooooo thankful that wasn't my response this time.

David Polk told me about the condition my roof was in and even showed me. He walked me through what to do and who to call. The man was there every step of the way and made the process of getting a new roof easier than a trip to Walmart!!!

They told me they would get started on a Monday. I was off that day and had an appointment. They hadn't started when I left for my appointment. By the time I got back at 2pm they had torn my old roof off, disposed of it AND had the new roof installed! I couldn't even tell they had been there other than that NICE NEW roof!

I'm telling you, if you have a need for a new roof, you WILL NOT be disappointed with these guys!!! I'd 100% use them and Mr Polk again!

David Hill with Kings Roofing oversaw the replacement of the roof on my house and detached garage, as well as a storm window, after this last hail storm. Both the work and communication were excellent. Should I need anything similar in the future, I will call them.

Zakry is was a pleasure to deal with on every occasion. King's crew was very efficient in getting our small two bedroom rental roof replaced & had the old roof removed before 8am. I wish them much succes & plan to use them for future roofing needs.

We have been in our home less than 1 year when hail storms came through. Jordan Pearcy came out afterward and did a free inspection. He found damage that was obvious to him, but that we weren't seeing. He made the whole process simple for us. He showed us how and set with us while we made the claim, actually talking to the insurance company on the phone. An adjuster was out within the week. He agreed with Jordan, and our new roof looks fantastic. The crew he sent out were timely, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend King's roofing. Ask for Jordan Pearcy and know you will receive the best service possible.

Tristan was amazing!!!! He got everything thing done fast, I didn't even have to work with my insurance He did it all. From start to finish he made the process so fast and easy.

I appreciate Hayden Anderson and all of the King Roofing team for their professionalism and prompt service in replacing my roof after a hailstorm. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

I would definitely recommend Kings roofing my roof is exactly what I wanted. Tristan McGhee handle everything from start to finish and made the process so easy for me. Tristan also came back by after the job was completed and made sure there were no nails left anywhere in the yard or around the house, so if you need anything done to your roof and want it done right I would give him a call.

I am so proud of my new roof and love the color that Drew Armstrong helped me pick out. If it wasn’t for Drew’s help with our insurance and getting people on the ball I don’t know what we would have done. Folks, I don’t ever write reviews and this is my first ever review, but I will yell from the top of my beautiful roof that I really love it for all who can hear and see a crazy lady on top of her roof that Kings Roofing and Renovation is the place to call for all your Roofing and Renovations needs. Large job completed in one day. Roofers were very courteous and professional. Chad stopped by several times to check up on the job during work and after completion. The roof looks great! Glad to have selected Kings!

King’s Roofing did a great job recently replacing our roof after a hailstorm. Tristan McGhee, a project manager for King’s, was awesome to work with! Our insurance company left some of the needed materials off of our claim, but Tristan worked with them and got everything added that we needed to do the job properly! Then he came by and checked on the job several times while the work was being done. When the workers were finished, Tristan personally re-checked our yard for nails with a magnet so that no nails were left behind in our yard. We were very pleased with how well he took care of us!!

Tristan McGhee helped me do everything with my insurance company to get a new roof. I had no problems whatsoever. I changed to a new color and I absolutely love it. Would recommend

We had one of the best experiences working with Tristan McGhee on getting our roof replaced. He was very professional and did everything he said he would do. We are so pleased with the roof replacement and the quality of work and the entire project only took one full day. They even put large tarps around the perimeter of our house and there was no debris left from our old roof, including nails. Tristan showed up throughout the day to make sure things were going smoothly. I would highly recommend Tristan and Kings Roofing.

Kings roofing did a stellar job on our 117 year old home which had a room teardown and rebuild going on due to water damage. They handled our insurance company twice when we ran into unexpected problems and got them to cover the damages. I could not ask for a better roofing company. Thanks so much Kings Roofing. Jordan Pearcy at Kings Roofing is the best to work with! He was very professional at all times, kept me informed about everything, and delivered every promise he made me! This was the easiest roofing job that I’ve been through thus far. He even took care of getting my solar panels removed and reinstalled! Jordan P. contacted me a couple months ago after a hail storm did quite a bit of damage to my roof. He went through the process of giving me an estimate. Like most people would do, I had another contractor get me an estimate also. I choose to go with the other contractor. That’s my right as a homeowner. Jordan text me today to see basically if I was going to go with Kings. I text back and said that I was going with the other contractor. Apparently that didn’t make his day. His reply and I quote “ We get it bought buy insurance and do all this work and someone else gets to do the work....cool”. That’s real class for a company trying to go door to door getting business. Kings roofing and renovations did an excellent job installing a new roof on my house. Jordan Pearcy was my field representative. He was clear and precise about the work that was to be done, filed all the insurance claims, and was here on the job before, during and after the work was completed. I had Hail damage on my roof, and Kings Roofing and Renovations took care of the replacement from start to finish. Jordan Pearcy was excellent to work with. Jordan Pearcy went above and beyond for us. He stayed in touch and kept us updated during the whole process. He dealt with the insurance company and was here when the adjuster came to look at the roof for hail damage. Jordan walked the roof with the adjuster to make sure he covered the entire roof. Jordan handled everything. He was patient and very professional. He made sure the roofers did a great job when they showed up, and he was there before, during, and after the job was done. After the crew cleaned everything up, Jordan followed the clean up by walking the grounds to make sure no mess was left behind. This guy made it as easy as possible and the roof looks great. We meet David from Kings Roofing and Renovation when he stopped by our house to take care of some different business when he asked if he could check out our roof. David Williams was nothing but a first class professional and got the ball rolling with dealing with our insurance company. Once the roofing crew came they started off early in the morning and was done the next day.

My husband and I loved this company! We would use them again, not only were they honest, courteous, professional,dependable etc. everything they told us they would do, they did it and when they said they would do it. We give them a 5 out of 5, we had no problems whatsoever! Do you need your roof replaced or repaired? then you need to call this company! I recently purchased a property in Arkadelphia and shortly after closing, Kings Roofing replaced the roof. It looks fantastic. I had Dakota Emerson and Ryan Looper take care of me, and their quick communication, super friendly demeanor, and responsiveness to any concern I had was fantastic. Not only did they personally take care of everything I asked for right away, they made sure that every bit of the service was up to my standards, and their own even higher standards!

My roof looks fantastic, the team took great care to protect my landscaping, and I thought the clean up was well done after. I work from home and the workers on the roof were very respectful, they didn't blast loud music and cleaned up after themselves daily. I can't say nice enough things about this roofing company!

Including help in arranging insurance assessment, picking the right product for our home, and making sure the crew took good care of our roofing.
