Rhino Roofing - Saxapahaw, NC

Rhino Roofing did a great job replacing my roof last year. When finalizing what was done and what could not be done I was due a refund from the money that my insurance company paid Rhino because they could not replace my copper awning from the funds they were paid. I was to get that refunded to me but they sent the wrong amount. I called once a week for several weeks and every time they said they would have someone call me back. I had even asked to speak to the manager and they repeated that they would have the manager call me back. It has been 4 weeks since the last time I called. They have not returned my call. It made me wonder if they were going bankrupt. If so I will never get what I am owed. Bad business practices.
