Mark came in to help us finalize a few details before putting out house on the market. He was very professional, fast, and did good work. He even took the time to talk me through another project I am finishing up. Highly recommend him.

Mark Johnson of Raising the Level Construction provides thorough work, cordial and prompt communication, and excellent results on a range of construction work. For our home, Mark not only replaced our backyard fence entirely new, but also he restored our aging (deteriorating) back door. The backdoor work included repairing the door frame, as well as replacing a full door set (inside door and new storm door). Today, I am especially grateful for the solid, reliable work Raising the Level Construction provided, as I was out moments ago securing things for an incoming storm and felt a wave of relief for all of the above mentioned updated parts of our home. He opened walls, closed walls, added doors added an entrance way, added a doggy door, flooring for the whole home and more. He also hired a container service and helped me find a plumber. I saw an excellent review for Raising the Level, so I called Mark. He came out and we talked about what we wanted and he did the rest. I picked out the flooring, he ordered it and picked it up locally. In addition to installing the new floor, he picked up and installed new vinyl siding for the outside of the sunroom and it matches the existing 18-year-old vinyl perfectly. He installed five 7-foot windows, shiplap on the inside and hung new ceiling fans and a tv. He has subs that installed outlets and painted. They were also great! We are so happy we had it enclosed and so happy we chose Mark and Raising the Level, LLC. I would definitely recommend Mark for any carpentry work you might need.

Mark built me a porch with steps and a roof, put in a new door with a window and blind as well as a large dog door for my babies.
