Gus Doherty and his crew at Rhino Roofing and Masonry are A1 service contractors. They completed an exterior remodel of my home in Cambridge, MA (painting, replacing rafters, reframing windows, removing rotten wood, etc) with exceptional professionalism and skill. We also hired them to refinish the basement and are extremely pleased with the results. The crew is exceptionally hard working and Gus had outstanding communication skills throughout the whole process and made sure the project was completed in the time frame he promised. He and his team are very trustworthy, and we believe the value of this investment will serve us well for many years to come. Gus is very knowledgeable, highly experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work.

Gus Doherty of Rhino Roofing and Masonry orchestrated a complete transformation of the exterior of my house in two months. He and his crew did an excellent job repairing cracks to my exterior foundation wall, water proofing and sealing the foundation. They removed 60-year-old, cracked vinyl siding to discover original wood shingles with most in good condition. After power washing, replacing missing and broken shingles, painting and replaced the trim my home had a magnificent facelift. They also cleaned, repaired or replaced wood on back porch and put sealant on original wood. Gus and his crew were friendly, respectful, communicative, and efficient. Work was completed in a timely fashion, which is worthy of a high score unto itself.

They came out and gave quote, then scheduled service date/time and completed the work perfectly. Great communications and service all along the way

Gus and his son Freddie provided great service. House sides wash, gutter cleaning and padio deep cleaning were requested. He performed an impressive work with reasonable and negotiable price. His team helped to install new fence. It is our first project. Surely will engage his company for future projects. Also recommend his team.

They were very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. The crew was efficient, did a great job and the price was extremely reasonable. A grocery order was delivered while they were there and they carried it to the door and helped me bring everything in without my even asking. I highly recommend Gus and his crew for any jobs you have that need doing. I can't recall any other time when I was this impressed by a group of workmen. Had my 1930s foundation repointed with Rhino roofing and masonry work was done perfect also had my basement leaks repair Gus and his team was on time and everything was clean perfect we definitely would hired these guys again.

I'm only giving this company 5 stars because 6 is not an option. By far the best customer service I've ever received!! From the phone call, to the consultation, the work performed, the COMMUNICATION.....it was all perfect, and performed in a timely manner. I wish EVERY contractor I've dealt with would be as great as Gus!! I'll be recommending this company every chance I get, and look forward to working with them in the future. Following the work we had done with Gus , we added a water spigot to the side of the house. My negligence caused some of the houses original mortar around a brick to be knocked loose. I called gus to find out how much it would cost to have the one brick tuckpointed (It wasn't work they did, nor was it their fault the mortar came loose) and they offered to fix it at NO CHARGE. Gus is honest, professional and reasonably priced . He explains everything clearly and takes his time explaining everything he and his crew will do. His crew replaced roof shingles on my home and two sheds, also replaced the rubber roof with a GAF warranty. His crew did an excellent job on workmanship and great clean up when they were done. We're very pleased with rhino roofing and masonry services and professionalism. We will hire them again for any remodeling needs.

We have lived in our home for 28 years. When we purchased our home there was water in the basement. For all these years we have had some level of water and all the attendant issues to deal with. Finally, we had had enough and called rhino roofing and masonry The representative came out and was very informative and thorough looking through our basement. He took extensive photos and looked in every corner of the interior and exterior. He then came back to us with recommendations to help alleviate the water issues. I will admit, it took me a while to digest the three options, but once I did, the representative returned and we discussed how it would work and then set a date for installation.

From start to finish this project has been completely professional and well done. The administration, the crew and the followup have been incredible and we feel secure knowing we made the right decision to go with rhino roofing and masonry The system is working and we have had considerable rain. A great burden has been lifted from my shoulders thanks Gus.
