Apex was very professional all the way through the process. Larry explained everything clearly and the shingles arrived on time with the crew coming the next day. Larry was always available. We opted to stay inside during the job and were treated to a variety of sounds, bumps, etc. The crew was very efficient and had a ground cleanup going constantly. We were and are extremely happy with the result. The one thing we did not learn about was the "new roof smell" as our new top settled into its oneness. It was the sweet smell of we'll be dry!

Apex was timely, professional and addressed all our needs. The roofing crew was great. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Buel Buyer was wonderful. He took care of all our request and needs

Apex roofing has been amazing! Last year, I had 4 different companies quote replacing my roof. Half of them used scare tactics to try to push me into getting my done immediately and tried upselling me on the top tier products. (Lake Erie roofing were incredibly pushy and dishonest!) Buel, the rep for Apex, was very fair, and honest. He asked questions to understand what I was looking for, and my price range. This is my first home, not a multi-million dollar, forever home. I couldn't afford any of the quotes last year. This year I was luckily able to swing it. Apex was the only company I called this year. Buel updated the quote, and it was very close to last year. He worked with my complicated work schedule. And fit me in their schedule much faster than I expected. The roofers did an amazing job!! They were polite and courteous. They even fixed part of my facia that needed replaced, and made sure it matched the rest. Its a small house, with a small roof, and they were finished in just one day!! The workers did a great job of protecting my flowers etc around the house. And a great job of cleanup after. I never thought I'd appreciate the beauty of a new roof so much! Lol
Buel was great with communication, he answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Getting a new roof isn't cheap, but im very happy I chose Apex, and it feels worth the investment.

My husband and I were recently harassed by a door to door salesman for a competitor company, with a no solicitation sign on our door and calling their company asking them to stop. So we decided to reach out to Apex Roofing because they had good reviews on google and we were looking to get a free estimate/inspection to see what we really needed. Buel called the next day and came out for an inspection same day. He was kind, thorough and explained everything without pressure of trying to force a sale. Apex was so quick we had the work started on our roof in under a week of contacting them. It took the roofing team only a day to get our roof completed and it looks great.

The team that worked on our roof worked very well together. They were hard at it till the job was done. Very respectful young man. They cleaned everything up. Honest, kind, and super punctual. Before this endeavor, I knew very little about putting on a new roof; Apex rooting pleasantly surprised me!

I wanted to replace a 20+ year old roof before it got into bad shape, one on a small 1954 rancher that still had the skip sheathing and wood shingles under the 3-tabs, so I knew it wouldn't be inexpensive.

Of the five estimates received two were several thousand dollars lower than Apex, one was virtually the same, and the other was several thousand higher. I went with Apex primarily for 4 reasons: thoroughness of the initial roof inspection by the estimator/project manager; knowledge of the estimator/project manager; company reviews; and warranty length.

It being early in the roofing season, Apex was able to begin work in less than two weeks. It was completed in less than 3 days, with the 3 layer tear-off, new sheathing, and shingles. The crew left no mess and didn't damage any of the plantings next to the house. Required inspections were completed.

I wouldn't hesitate to favorably consider Apex for a future roofing project.

Apex Roofing was wonderful to work with. Bryan was informative and honest from start to finish. Bryan kept in constant communication with me from the time he came out to look at my roof and give me an estimate, to the final inspection. If I had any questions he was quick to respond and answer. The crew that installed my roof were also wonderful. Very hard working and thorough, with clean up every night before they went home, and at the end of the project. Great experience with Bryan at Apex Roofing. Worked with me during the process. Said that it would take 1 days and they got it done in that timeframe. Signed contract on Friday and install was Tuesday.

Great service, fast turnaround. The roofers got the job done within the day, minimizing the impact to the household. Looks great, good sealing. They also cleaned up everything meticulously so that the yard and surrounding areas was actually cleaner than before they started. Working with Bryan was great, he stopped by the job site multiple times to check up on things and ensure they were running smoothly. Would recommend him and Apex to anyone.

Including a steel roof. Apex was punctual and had the work completed in just over 1 day. That was a complete tear off and resheet.

Our reroofing experience with Apex Roofing could not have gone better. Our 1910 Spokane Craftsman home has a complex roof with many hips and valleys and complex venting issues. It had three previous layers and need to be completely resheeted. The Apex Roofing team did a SUPERB job in every way. Jeff Faulkner who oversaw the whole project is professional, explains everything so well, gives options, and is very knowledgeable about what is needed for a roofing project of the highest quality. He was able to give very helpful recommendations with no pressured upselling at all. He seems to take great joy in the customer getting a great product. The roofers themselves did work of the highest quality from set up to final clean up. They set up around our home so carefully, tarping as much as possible, protecting plants etc. with plywood and being very respectful and incredibly hard working. None of them were ever standing around. And their workmanship was excellent. I have roofed a number of homes myself and was extremely impressed by their level of skill. Every shingle course as straight as an arrow, everything flashed properly, venting installed where it would work the best, no exposed nail heads at all, no damage at all to the structure, etc, etc. Then they cleaned up so well, you would have hardly known we had just had our home entirely reroofed. And all that from start to finish in TWO DAYS! Our neighbors were absolutely astounded as were we! We sincerely cannot recommend Apex roofing and Jeff Faulkner highly enough. We are 110% satisfied customers.

There were lower estimates, but none were able to schedule it as quickly (or at all) and then meet the proposed schedule. I'm pleased.

Apex's 6-man crew replaced my 1,572-square-foot, 6:12-pitch roof in only 7-3/4 hours. They work FAST! They cleaned up all the scraps and nails efficiently and hauled everything away. I highly recommend them.

I worried about my roof for years, I talked to many roofers. It wasn't until I met Nate Frisbie at Apex Roofing, did it finally get done. He was so great to work with, and he instinctively seemed to understand if I was overwhelmed or confused. I'm a senior and always on the alert for people trying to take advantage. You can trust Apex Roofing. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. They worked fast and did a great job. After they left I looked for nails from the tear-off. None! Our experience with Apex roofing was great. After having signed with another contractor and waiting almost a year for them to get our project scheduled, we decided to switch to Apex.

I did not set out to re-roof my home and shop last Fall. Jeff with Apex Roofing stopped by my house after doing an estimate for my neighbor. He offered to do a courtesy inspection of my roof since he was next door.
Jeff found issues that I didn’t realize I had. He explained that the issues were from hail damage, which was a legitimate insurance claim. He assisted me in communicating with our claims adjustor and sent photos he had taken. When the insurance estimators came to my house to inspect the roof, Jeff was here to answer questions and support the claim. Communication with Jeff and Apex Roofing was easy. They started when they said they would, finished quickly, and cleaned up the site beyond my expectations. The price was just as they said it would be, no surprises. I was impressed with Jeff’s professionalism, confidence and knowledge. I highly recommend Apex Roofing, but the real star was their Project Manager, Jeff!

I am a Realtor and was in a bit of a bind. My clients needed an estimate for roof replacement for contract negotiations and Nate came out within the hour. We were able to negotiate that the seller pay half and Apex replaced the roof shortly after closing. It couldn't have worked out better for my clients! Apex will be a preferred vendor for my business.

Excellent service, they were able to bring a big team out and completed the roof and got the inspection in one day, the only evidence of them being there was a few extra shingles and some material they left in a neat pile to keep around if something damages the roof.

The crew was incredible. There were tarps laid around the entire perimeter of of home so no debris ended up on the ground.

The crew found a few issues with trim and flashing from when the garage was built and upgraded that too. I don’t think they stopped from dawn to dusk and were done in two days!!

The seamless gutters and downspouts took about 3 hours the third day, and they are wonderful. Oh, and I should mention this was done in mid December!!

Apex did our roof in 2020. They were so professional and squared away. They helped us file an insurance claim and tore off and installed our 2,700 sq ft roof in a day and a half. The roof has held up well still looks great. I'd definitely recommend them!

Jeff, was pleasant, professional, all around great to work with on our new roof. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot. All 4 refereces I spoke with gave Jeff and Apex Roofing great reviews.
All work was on time, cleaned up, and done in just 1 day. Our experience was great.

so my last roof was build by a dude and his buddy on the weekend with a 12 back on bud light, or so I'm guessing. i just happened to buy the house when their patch job decided to fail after just a few years. (Thanks home inspector that told me roof looked good) anyway, Apex wasn't my first choice, they were actually the runner up, but why did I not go with company A? i couldn't get ahold of um. they were slow with responses and hard to reach, that's not something i want from a company that's going to tear my roof apart and completely re roof a house. Caleb at Apex was super responsive, very respectful and for that he won my business over. (also he likes dogs, so don't hide your pets from Caleb)
I also didn't have the greatest time frame or schedule to work around as i work grave and sleep during the day, well tearing off and replacing a roof isn't the quietest thing. Caleb found a solution to have the matter resolved super quickly and did what was in my best interest, which i super appreciate. so yes, id recommend this company.

UPDATE: since originally writing this review i had an issue with the flashing around the chimney leaking after the roof was rebuild. Sometimes getting warranty work done can be a pain, this was certainly not the case. I contacted Apex about the leak, they quickly come to inspect, then repair the issue. the whole process went as smooth as warm butter. Now nobody WANTS warranty issues on either side, but this is real life and sometimes things happen. I'm just appreciative the process was super easy and stress free. i have not had an issue since. Would still recommend.
