My Pole Barn project turned out brilliantly! Bulldog Contractors took care of EVERYTHING, and did it superbly. They took my design ideas & wishes and drew-up the plans, got the permits, then ordered and supplied everything needed..EVERYTHING. The building crew was very knowledgeable, hard working, always on-time and very easy going nice men. In the end the Pole Barn turned out vastly better than I ever expected, was completed ahead of schedule and passed all inspections without any issues! Indeed I wholeheartedly give them 5-Stars BUT " they deserve 6 !"

I actually had a contractual obligation with them enforceable in court to provide labor @$25/hour that as soon as I. Climbed in the truck on the way to the job site I was politely asked to get out of the truck and sit in the back seat by Russel and then intentionally flagged me with a 3 and half in 21 degree framing nailer within 25 ft... And then after my official OSHA violation requests were ignored and I was intentionally framed into the line of the fine of fire of the same guy Mason by Russel just so he could to tell me "we have our way of doing things.." and then I could ask to leave... You can usually tell the inexperience of a crew by the way they line up hoses on the job site.... And yeah you can tell right from the start these guys have no framing experience outside of Bulldog Contracting and have no regard for a $400 contractual obligation on behalf of my business as I have a state in... I had to file a complaint with OSHA and get the stress test patterns under investigation by OSHA while investigating my complaint. These people have no respect for a contractual obligation and offer no job site engineering experience as they like to build properties that don't qualify for estimated replacement cost insurance policies.... If you asked the guys on the job site what's the static equation proving that policy shift these guys wouldn't even be able to express it's a simple shift of the top plate that cracks interiors during a windstorm..... But what do I know I have only been doing this kinda work since I was 9.... I'm now 37....

The entire team at Bulldog Contractors were outstanding. From design/contracting, through scheduling, build and clean up, the process was on-time, on-budget, no overruns and the quality of the workmanship was terrific. I cannot say enough great things about the leadership and crew that built our pole barn. The finished product is solid, functional and it looks great. Thank you Bulldog team for another great build.

Bulldog Contractors was great to work with. From the original design to the numrous changes we made, they were supportive of our everchanging needs. Nice friendly crew put up the building in a week or so. I am glad we selected them and highly recommend them.

Larry was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. The building team was great, they worked really hard and completed the job in a very reasonable time. Everyone i spoke with builders and office managers were really friendly and courteous, they even sent us a small present at the end. I got quotes from 3 other contractors Bulldog was right in the middle and i couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’d recomended to anyone. Will use again for future projects.

Great people, start to finish. The actual team who built my shop were some of the nicest people I have worked with. They showed up time, worked through out the day very open about anything that might delay the build.

Update: My garage door was installed, little delay but that was a vendor backlog.

Jeff and his team at Bulldog went out of their way to help me acquire a new building permit from the city. The original owner/customer of the pole building I now own never completed the interior living space of the building, resulting in an expired permit. Now I've been stuck with making a 2013 building pass today's building code under a new permit. When I came to Jeff, he knew that I was in over my head. However, he also knew exactly who to get involved and what the city would need... Less than a week later I got an email from the city stating my permit was approved. For a very reasonable fee Jeff had taken care of everything including corresponding directly with the city. Because of their integrity, Bulldog will be my first stop if I'm ever in need of another building.

Excellent customer service and they really made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and helped me understand every step of it. My hubby’s dream shop came true without a hitch thanks to Bulldog. They are by far the most reliable, upfront, quality and affordable Company that I’ve done business with when it comes to construction and building of such. My husband and I’ve remodeled a few home and have some history of such to compare the level of all things considered and without a doubt I recommend them, from beginning to end!

We considered curb appeal when in the planning stages, as our shop sits out front and center on our street. It looks great! We have received NUMEROUS compliments from passer byers. We used Bulldog to build the shell for our Shop-Home. All the positive reviews are what drew me to Bulldog. After meeting with Larry and the team I thought I was on the right path, but how wrong I was. This is not a 100% negative review of Bulldogs work. Larry and Jeff are incredibly nice guys. Danny was the crew foreman on our project, and he was easy enough to work with. However, the length of time it took to complete the project, the final fit and finish, the lack of communication, and the fact that I have had to pay other companies to come in and finish the work I originally paid Bulldog to do is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look at other options before locking in with Bulldog.

That said, if you do lock in with them, make sure you get a firm schedule from them with enough teeth to hold them accountable. This projects is one of my biggest mistakes, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else.

Everyone one I came in contact from start to finish was a good experience! Everything was explained and was completed in the set time frame and on budget! Dillion and Kevin did a great job of building my 30X48X16 shop! I highly recommend Bulldog Contractors for a quality job and professional experience. Thanks for a great experience from a great team!

From start to finish everyone from Bulldog was very professional. I got lucky finding these people because id never under took such a big project. They were helpful in showing me the options I had verses all the building codes and at no time did I feel pressure in the decision making process. Called for an estimator to determine if the old garage on my property would be worth putting money into or if I would be better off starting fresh. Dan "forgot" about our appointment yesterday and asked to reschedule to today. It's now over an hour past our appointment today and still no answer on the phone. Im glad I've showed up to work late two days in a row now. I've heard good things about bulldog but at least as far as this joker goes they need a new estimator.

24x24 two car garage with upstairs loft. I was really particular with the layout and design and they seemed just as into it as I was. All of their knowledge allowed me to maximize the footprint while staying within the cities code requirements. They made it a really fun process and handled everything with nothing but professionalism.

Great working with this company. As is usual with any new construction, there were delays. They worked hard to address the issues we had along the way! Very professional company and overall extremely nice to work with. We had a serious issue which they promptly attended to and our pole garage is wonderful!

Ok I call to see about getting a quote for a shop and I told them I was hoping and cross my fingers have it done for winter and then he told me that they were backed up until February which I understand but still ask if I can get a free quote and he said it would be a waste of time time. But damn if the price was right I would have waited until February for them to do the job. I'll move on to the next company now and see if they'll give me a good price and good service.

While my shop floor has yet to be poured, I am very satisfied with the building contractor...top notch. Very professional, worked clean, and cleaned up afterward.

Very impressive. Right from the get-go, our initial meeting with Matt was extremely informative. He heard our concerns and really helped make this thing happen! We really appreciated his helpful ideas and suggestions, as opposed to a persuasive sales approach. Your willingness to take on the stump extraction and eventual grinding for site prep was above and beyond. And the structure, well, it speaks for itself. As customers, we can be a bit particular, but details matter right? Everything from proximity to the neighbor’s fence and the varying roof pitch over the lean-to. You nailed it! Everyone involved was really professional. Could not be happier with the speed, quality, and overall appearance of our new 2-car garage/lean-to! Thanks guys.

88' x 50' shop. I can't say enough about this company and their exceptional customer service. Dave took the time to price out my building in multiple configurations with a variety of options so I could decide what would work best. His crew was polite and professional and did an outstanding job of building our shop. I also found Bulldog's price to be the best when comparing to other builders. I highly recommend Bulldog contractors and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

36' x 60' Shop Construction. It was a pleasure working with the entire Bulldog Contractors Staff, Larry, Debbie, Jeff and the amazing construction crew from start to finish. Very customer oriented. I appreciate the fact that I was able to coordinate this project with them from across and outside the country. They expertly and efficiently coordinated every detail of planning, permitting and construction keeping me informed the whole way ensuring they were meeting all of my requirements. It is a beautifully constructed building and will long out live me. Thanks to all at Bulldog.

I called their office on three different occasions. The first time I spoke with Larry and two other times an admin person. Each time I was told that I would receive a call back and never did. I'm looking to spend $70,000 for a shop and a re-roof job. I can't believe they don't even call you back. They are obviously busy enough they don't need my business.

Awesome from start to finish! I talked to 4 other companies prior to finding Bulldog on Google. I needed a shop/pole-barn built in a hurry because I wasted time with other companies that jerked me around for 3 months...I simply wanted to hire a local reputable company ASAP (was trying to get it done prior to moving this summer)... the other 4 guys/companies were TERRIBLE to try to work with; they wouldn't provide a written quote, or any details on their quote, or didn't return my calls, or were too busy to meet with me, or were crazy expensive, or were so entirely 'un-professional' I wouldn't hire them if they were the only company in town.
My experience with Bulldog, Larry & Jeff, was exactly the opposite, easy & professional from start to finish. I met with Larry and went thru options and features -and he had a quote back to me within a couple days. from there I hired them and Larry/Jeff & their crew had the shop/pole-barn built within 2-3 weeks, from permit to final, AND were done prior to our move. We even had forgotten about the windows, and they sent out guys to install them after-the-fact. I HIGHLY recommend you call Bulldog FIRST and ONLY -don't waste time on the other pole barn guys in Spokane -Bulldog's price was lower than all 4 of the other flaky companies (I don't know how these other 'well known' companies stay in business) . The price and process was great, can't recommend enough!

Where to start?

Initially, I approached another builder to construct my long awaited shop. I was so disgusted with the interaction of that company that I cancelled my building. After getting over the negative first attempt, I contacted Larry Anderson of Bulldog Construction. He assured me that no matter what, they would treat me right. He was spot on! He helped me plan to maximize the size and functionality of my 45 foot by 30 foot shop design. Once the work started, even with questionable weather conditions (winter), they never slowed down. The results were perfect measurements, the highest quality materials (select structural really does make a difference) and experienced, courteous builders who I trust on my property. The shop turned out excellent and I have since tried to follow Bulldog's quality building practices as I insulate and finish the interior.

After seeing what they could do with the shop building, I had them re-side my adjoining similar sized barn and create storage in the previous lean too stall areas, saving me thousands of dollars. Next I had them install the seamless rain gutters (wonderful product) around my entire home, my mother's home and a rental house that I own near Deer Park. Last fall when we had a strong wind rip the roofing off of my Deer Park rental barn, Larry Anderson worked with the insurance company and installed an new roof that turned out perfect.

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! They have my HIGHEST recommendation. Quality, timeliness and the assurance that they will do the job just as they promise. You can't beat that!

Had Bulldog Contractors Inc. put seamless rainguters on my home! Danny the installer was great. We have totally forgot about our new gutters, until the recent rains we have had. I saw the amount of water coming out of the downspout and was amazed! All that water is now going away from the foundaton of my house. We also chose to have the gutter cover installed and it really does make a difference. As I said, I have not had to think about my gutters or them being clogged up with leaves from my neighbors trees! Bulldog Contractors will be building my new building soon!

I highly recommend Bulldog Contractors. I have used them for both installation of rain gutters on my house and building a shop. They maintain a clean work site and answered all of my questions and concerns. Larry is excellent to work with.
