Everything went well. Heather did a great job in helping us figure out what we wanted and getting it done. The workers were fast and did a remarkable job in the wind.

Absolutely great carports they come in a variety of colors and sizes! Really enhances the look of my house as well as providing cool shade and protection! Built in only afew hours by expert installers. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are extremely pleased with the quality and structure of our building! We purchased this shop through Metal Building Outfitters but Rhino Metal Structures manufactured the building and it exceeds our expectations! They were very understanding of the permit process and didn’t make us feel rushed. There were times we had some communication issues with getting the plans over to us to begin the concrete work but thankfully the engineer was able to email them over to me so we can start the process. Other than that we are very pleased with our building thank you all again so much!

This company has taken my money.......Promised a delivery date and it's been 45 days PAST THE DELIVERY DATE..... I have been told 7 TIMES I would be called back... NOTHING!!!!! Email after email, message after message..... ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! and now they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! They took a $2000 CASH DEPOSIT.. If I could rate this company less than 1 star I would.... Tried to support a local company AND THIS IS WHAT I AM GETTING.... I have never been delt with so Unprofessionally by ANY COMPANY to this day.... AND I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME.! Highly recommend you do your homework before having to deal with this Company. This is now something that may require legal action.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Rhino Structures. The customer service was excellent and the scheduling was fast and efficient. There crew installed a 30 x 40 x 14' tall three sided building for my RV's. The entire crew were knowledgeable and very professional. I am impressed with the building and the structural integrity as we just had very bad wind days and the building didn't budge at all.

Stay clear from this company. Bulldog Steel Structures (Dealer) out of NC who contracted Rhino Metal Structures (Manufacture) Corp office out of NC to install our structure in AZ. Our building was installed Sept 29, 2024 by a crew contracted out of Yuma. After the installers finished and left we notice sunlight was appearing through at a hole in one of the sheet pans on the roof. I followed the instructions on the contract for submitting a claim by email with attached photos to the attention of Briana on 10/8. After leaving several v/m and emails to Briana with no response, on 10/28 I made a phone call to Rhino and spoke to Layna (manager) who advised me Briana no longer works there (red flag, this co. doesn't check terminated employee emails?) Layna was going to talk to the install crew to get me on schedule and will contact me with ETA. On Nov 6, call to Layna again, she said the crew will be out, Sat, 11/16. After waiting all day, no show from crew. Called Layna 11/18 to advise of no show. Lanya advised she will call with new schedule date. Did not hear from Lanya. On 12/23 crew arrived without notice at 8pm, in the dark of night, to replace our roof pan. None of the crew members spoke English so they called a lady on the phone who spoke English and I advised her that our structure and area had no lighting, we could not be liable for someone on the roof, they need to return during the day. Crew did not come back next day. No call from Rhino. Called to Rhino 1/9/25, Layna was in a meeting but the scheduler advised she was working on schedules for the week and will let me know. Did not hear back. On 1/29 call to Layna, once again as every response "will have to reach out to install crew and will let me know". I informed her that this answer is no longer acceptable and I need a date and time now, today, because as of today's date, it has been four months since I have been trying to get this repair done. She informed me that I turned the crew down, per Jasmine, when they arrived on 12/23. This infuriated me to put the blame on me (the cust) who turned away a non-English, Spanish speaking crew who showed up unannounced at 8pm in the dark. Lanya (manager) of the corp office in NC hung up on me (the cust). I called our salesman, Will, from Bulldog, who said the best he could do is call the owner of Rhino to get this resolved. I feel that I have been more than patient with Rhino for the past four months to request a repair that was initially installed with a flaw (hole) in the roof, I have been disrespected with a scheduled repair no show, no return calls from the corp manager, and a drop in from a crew, in the dark of night, who was unable to speak my language. I would defiantly not recommend this company.

Deserves no stars. They are difficult to work with and will price gouge if you let them.

I had originally contacted Metal Building Outfitters they contracted our building out to Rhino Metal, when it came time for installation of a barn the crew that showed up didn't have anyone that could translate or understand English.
They told their supervisor over the phone that the site wasn't level enough to install without extra labor. The supervisor called and said it would cost an additional fee of nearly $800. I said the site was within the limits, and that they had started shaking their heads before they even got out of their truck. I said it was my observation that they just didn't want to do the work.
After much discussion I became agitated and told the supervisor just to leave the kit and we would take care of it ourselves, instead of having to wait until after the holidays. We were given a $400 credit for labor.
After everything was unloaded I went back to my house. About 40 minutes later two of the crew came up. Their truck wouldn't start. So, we made a deal. My barn installation for help with the truck. Turns out my barn was able to be installed without massive extra labor. Only two of the crew ( because the other guy was working on his truck) were able to complete the project in about 8 hours.
During this horrible experience I never got a call back from Metal Building Outfitters to assist with the situation.
Stay away. It's not worth the aggravation.

-The on-site workers did not speak English.
We were assured on the 1st day that there would be a translator the 2nd day. Still no one to communicate with us.
-They did not know the floor plan.
-They asked to use our electricity bc their small generator wasn't powerful enough.
The worst is the communication barrier.
