If you don’t currently have any construction needs, please go break something in your house, so you can experience the awesomeness of RGD. To handle a large home repair project, I wanted to support a woman-owned business. I found Dawn Barnes on the National Association of Women in Construction website. From the second I called Dawn, I haven’t been able to peel my jaw off the floor. She promptly answered the phone and was very friendly and professional. Within days, her craftsmen Zion and Jason arrived on-time and on-point at my home. As a woman, especially one with an opinion + a little construction knowledge, it’s a real crapshoot whether construction guys will be inclusive or dismissive of your participation. Jason and Zion welcomed me into the conversation with open arms. They respectfully considered my input and questions and formulated a great game plan for the construction/repairs. They also struck a nice balance of joking around while staying on-point and getting the meeting done in a timely manner. As they left, Jason said I would receive an estimate by a certain date, and two days early I had an estimate pop up in my inbox. To my delight, he and the staff structured the estimate breakouts and the verbiage EXACTLY as I requested, so it was easy to do an apples-to-apples comparison to other quotes. My girl Ari in their office instantly turned around the two or three small adjustments I requested. Their prices were downright reasonable, with ZERO upsell. As I struggled to get my personal requirement of three estimates (because almost every other company dropped the ball somewhere in the process) their follow-up touch was light as a feather, simply checking in to see where we stand. It’s such a relief to have found RGD to get these repairs rolling! I’m glad Dawn, Jason, Ari, and Zion are showing Vegas how it’s done!!
