I just finished working with Rogelio and Emanuel. I needed drywall installed in my ceiling and texturized. Rogelio was quick to get back to me and got the done in just two days. Great quality and I appreciate their mindfulness. Definitely working with them again!

Rogelio and his many crew members did a fantastic job of replacing the shingles in the eaves with hardy plank shingles and painting them. The job progressed, they found the wood around the windows they were working near needed to have the surrounding wood replaced and painted as it was 23 years old and rotten. We are so very pleased with their professional work and the outcome. Thank you so much!

Edit: Exactly! You didn't do any work for us. We had a meeting set up and just 10 minutes prior to the meeting, I called as a curtesy to comunicate that my husband was having issues with his car. You immediately went straight to rescheduling 2 weeks out but I wasn't canceling. You were still a good 9 minutes away and I called you immediately back with a solution to meet you. You didn't answer my call so I left a message that we would be at the house to meet you (still at this point not going to be late) I called again and you answered and said you turned back around and essentially canceled our meeting. So frustrating because we weren't canceling. It was a waste of our time, it was frustrating and it felt like you just didn't give a care. I did not appreciate the way this was handled on you end whatsoever. I have a extensive background in customer service and customer care and you did not show any towards us. We are new homeowners trying to get some work done before we can move in to our house so the timeliness is crucial.

I’m very happy with R & G Construction’s work. The project was completed timely. In addition to the quality work, they kept me abreast of the project’s progress along the way.

Professional, curtious and affordable.

R&G did a great job. We had a 24 thousand gallon in ground swimming pool deconstructed and filled with appropriate gravel, sand, soil and top soil mix. Lots of hard work done within quoted time and budget. I highly recommend R&G.

Rogelio did a fantastic job on our small paver job. He came out quickly to quote and made up a drawing to submit to the HOA. It took a while to install because we were traveling. He worked around our schedule and got it in before the HOA deadline. His crew was friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

R & G recently completed work for us with an artificial turf installation. The team demo’ d out the existing lawn and installed new LL100A turf procured from Site One. In addition to the turf, they installed a paver border to match the existing patio, maintained the sprinkler system and adjusted our landscape lighting. The crew was prepared, clean and organized. The work was completed in approximately 4-5 days. We could not be happier with the final product and the pleasant experience throughout the project.

R & G Construction and Rogelio did an amazing job at our Lincoln City, Oregon home. They completed a major renovation project for us in 2023 that included all new Hardi exterior siding, major dry rot repair, new windows & doors, interior work, and an amazing new upper and lower Trex deck including Trex glass railing, Trex Rain Escape system keeping the lower deck dry, and all cedar finishing on the lower deck ceiling and posts. We engaged Rogelio and his crew to replace the defective original siding on our house, then paint the exterior of the house, and finally construct a patio in our side yard. R&G Construction recently completed a paver and turf project in my backyard and I am completely happy with how it turned out AND my experience with Rojelio and his team.

From the beginning, Rojelio was always responsive to my texts or calls. He always answered any questions I had promptly and never hesitated to provide samples when I was looking at paver or turf choices. And when I saw that they had laid the pavers in a different pattern than I thought they were going to lay it (before sealing and final setting) they re-did it without hesitating!

Rojelio and his team were friendly, polite, would always leave the site cleaned up and organized and they did an outstanding job.

I had a failing wooden retaining wall that R&G replaced. I wanted hardscape, but figured the cost would be too high. I was never happier being wrong. The value was amazing, with high quality workmanship. The location of my house meant a huge amount of hand labor, with several obstacles that the crew needed to work around - long steep driveway, fenced off yard, sloped yard, large playground, and a tree fort. The handled things great, taking great care not to damage anything. I strongly recommend.

They did an entire driveway with side walks in pavers. Excellent work. They did fence work, shower work, roof and gutter work. Sprinkler meter upgrade and exterior painting.

Previous projects done by Rogelio and crew: Replaced our backyard play area with pavers; created a paver pathway from the backyard around the front to our porch; and replaced the original concrete composite front walkway and porch with pavers (including steps to the front door). We will definitely be hiring them again!

We have rentals and our own home. One of the rentals needed practically everything. They replaced the siding from LP to concrete plank. Replaced a fence, refinished oak kitchen and all rooms. Repaired dry wall and painted all of the inside. The outside too after the new siding. There are numerous jobs they performed throughout the years. We sold this rental and all the interested buyers were impressed with the looks and quality. Sold fast in South Salem. We continue to call the owner for any work we need and have recommended them to our friends and neighbors. We consider the price of all their work very reasonable.

After sitting through hours of sales presentations from all these other companies, these guys were the best. He gives it to you straight with no pricing games or gimmicks of calling his boss or working a better deal! Simply put if you have a better deal on the table talk to him about it and he’s always willing to negotiate if he can! I’ve yet to find a better deal or higher quality for paver installation! He was a subcontractor for one of the best companies that was out there. they lost him and now he’s the best company that’s out there!

Rogelio tiled a bathroom shower for me. He was professional and did great work. He gave me an accurate estimate and had helpful suggestions about the job. I also very much appreciated how at the end of each day he cleaned up the all the debris and mess from the days work. The shower looked beautiful when completed. Rogelio and his crew installed a paver patio in our back yard and did a first-rate job of it. They were on time and worked very hard and very steadily. This was a couple of years ago and the patio still looks great and serves our needs well. We felt the price was very good and the work was very good. Highly recommended!

R & G recently completed work on our back yard patio upgrade. They constructed a new steel stud wall to house an outdoor gas fire place and covered the wall in stone veneer along with a mantle cap. Reusing existing electrical was also required for the TV. They also added a paver overlay with new grade wall on to our existing concrete patio. Lastly, they constructed a new steel studded outdoor BBQ island wrapped in stone veneer and topped with Dekton counter holding a built in grill and refrigerator.

Rogelio and his team were punctual, communicated well and produced quality work. We are extremely satisfied with the final product and appreciate the care that was put into the work along the way to make sure that the end product met our expectations.

Would highly recommend and use again. Team cleaned up after themselves and tried to keep the concrete dust off our covered patio by using a blower which I really appreciate. The curved border along the path turned out great and was exactly what we wanted.

We have seen their work before. On those projects years after pavers still look good and no weeds coming through the cracks so we anticipate minimal maintenance. Yay!

I’m the type that value quality work and want things done right the first time. After researching, I ended up hiring R&G to do my paver patio. Another selling point for me was they warranty their work for 5 years. The access to my backyard wasn’t easy. It was sloped and the gate was too small to allow large equipment through, but that wasn’t an issue for them. The team took down the fence and rebuilt it after they were done. Overall, the team was efficient and got it done in 4 days. Rogelio, the owner, was very nice and address any concerns I had along the way. Also, I needed river rock at the edge and Rogelio offered to bring me the rocks using his trailer so I wouldn’t have to pay delivery fee. The paver patio looks great and the family has a nice hangout spot in the backyard now. Thank you R&G, I will use you again for future projects.

R & G General Construction helped us design and they installed all of the hardscape pavers and wall on the front of our house wrapping around to the back patio and beyond which includes a fire pit surrounded by a lighted wall. They also installed a state of the art lawn and drip irrigation system.
The crew were very adept at what they did, courteous and respectful of our property and definitely both jobs that they did for us were very affordable.

Rogelio has done different projects for me since 2012 like putting pavings stones on the driveway steps and home entrance , also around the house, installed a security video cameras around the house, also tiles in all our 3 bathrooms etc...and he's been and IS our first choice for any project.

We had R & G General Construction remodel our backyard. The project is fairly large and scope of work is very detailed. My wife and I had many concerns with ripping out the deck and replacing everything with pavers. Our property is on a slope and we had a lot of anxieties of many things that could go wrong. Our biggest concern is putting in a swim spa on top of the pavers. We met with Rogelio (owner) several times to review the project and he eased our concern and layout a game plan.
