After shopping around for months to find a company to replace my 20 year old roof, I found Reyes Roofing. I reached out, and very shortly afterwards received a message from Alex about my request. He came over and gave me an estimate within a few days. What I mostly liked is that he never once tried to enter my home, and was very respectful, I had really bad experiences with some companies, and Alex was very sincere and made me feel comfortable. This, along with the very fair estimate, is what made me go ahead and give his company the job.
Alex showed me various roof colors and talked me through what materials would be used. I changed my mind on the roof color at least 3 times prior to the scheduled installation, and he was very patient! When the day for the installation arrived, his crew were on time, and worked diligently over the 2 days to get the roof completed, and each evening ensured that my property was left in a clean condition. They had to change the plywood around the perimeter of the roof, which I had planned on in my budget, and it ended up costing less than I expected. Alex sent photos during this phase of the project so I knew what was being done at all times.
I never felt pressured for money, and every time I spoke with Alex he never raised that. My roof now looks amazing, even better than the original roof. I would definitely hire this company again.

I met with a lot of different roofing companies because I had an older/complicated flat roof and I also wanted to update my soffit and fascia. My project was big. I ended up going with Reyes Roofing because the owner, Alex, understood my vision the best. His team was wonderful. They left the area clean and they did a wonderful job on my roof, fascia and soffit. I highly, highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Alex and his crew. They were courteous and hard working, the price was fair, and the work was exceptional. Our house need to be painted. I had originally contracted with another company, but we found wood rot that needed to be repaired first and that company did not do repairs. I called Reyes Roofing and Siding and Alex came out to look at it. He was able to match the painting bid from the first company, and the estimate for the wood and siding repairs was very reasonable. His crew also found some additional bad wood and we were able to get those repairs done. All of this work was done in the span of a week. This included all of the wood and siding replacement and then the house painting. The crew worked from around 7am to 9pm, which really impressed me. The total price for all of this being done was less than I expected, which was nice. Now our house looks fantastic and is totally sound for years to come. Thank you Alex and your crew!

-Reyes Roofing and Siding did an outstanding job replacing rotten LP siding on my new home! They used new James Hardy on the rotted out chimney box and where previous owners put mulch up against the siding. They replaced rotten LP with new LP siding where the old gutters failed to protect the siding and where the previous owner did not install the deck properly which caused the LP siding to get rotted out. I appreciated Alex's honesty. He listened to me, he was reasonable and worked within my budget.
-Alex and his team were professional, respectful and kind. His team were very good craftsmen and did good quality work. Alex did a good job of communicating with me and making sure I was happy and received exactly what I wanted done. Alex used a teaching approach to help me decide what I wanted and needed done making me part of the decision. He made sure I understood the proper way to install flashing and the right way to prevent leaks or damage in the future. He also inspected my roof to make sure my home was in good shape from the top down from any leaks from the roofing, gutters and siding. When I had a concern or question Alex was good about following up with me and making sure the job was done right. We needed new gutters and Alex coordinated with a company that did a professional job and made sure we were happy with their work.

Alex was very professional and the work was completed on time. The job involved replacing rotten siding on one wall of the house with Hardie shingles (to look like cedar shingles which were on another part of the house). It looks great! Alex and his team were incredible - they removed 2 layers of old roofing off of an approximately 18 square roof, repaired some damaged sheathing, and installed a new roof complete with reflashing several skylights and a flat valley on a butterfly in 2 very solid days of work.. and they cleaned up to the point that the areas where they piled the old roofing look better than the rest of the yard. They were prompt, professional, and very engaged; it's hard to ask for anything more and I have no issues with recommending them for any roof work.

We recently developed a minor roof leak over our front porch. Fortunately, it wasn't leaking into the house so it wasn't an emergency situation. We contacted Alex and he was very responsive with his communication. We had to reschedule a few times because of all the recent snowfall. Alex always responded promptly. He was able to come out today and discussed a few different options to solve our issue. We are going to need a new roof in the near future, so he came up with the cheapest alternative to try to fix the problem until we have to replace the roof. We really appreciate that. Had a roof leak. Asked for a quote and they came out the next working day. Most other companies didn’t even take my call. They gave a quote for a patch and for a full replacement. Got the whole thing replaced. Great price. Great quality. They cleared the work area before they started, they cleaned up when they left for the day, and they were in and out in two days once they got started. I’d recommend working with them for sure.

I contacted Reyes Roofing for a quote on repair for a section of our roof that was leaking. Alex (the owner) was prompt with a reply and set a time for a complimentary inspection. Alex had a good sense where the problem seemed to be and gave a very reasonable quote to have the section of roof torn up and replaced. I did have inspections and quotes from other companies, but the professionalism and value that Alex put forth was second to none. On the day of the work, he and his crew were on time, professional and very efficient. I even got up on the roof to see that the leaky section was right where it was predicted to be. They knocked out the job in a half a day, cleaned the site up completely, and the result looks great! Next time I have a roof issue (which hopefully will not be for quite a while), I'll only need to make one call to a trusted contractor! Thanks Alex!

I am extremely lucky to have found Reyes Roofing and Siding- I had a water damaged chimney project, where water had over the years seeped behind the siding and trim and just rotted the whole structure including some framing. I got some contractors to come out and give me quotes for the repair but as luck would have it many of the contractors wanted to perform a complete house siding replacement, obviously costing tens of thousands of dollars - basically ridiculous amounts. Alex from Reyes roofing and siding came out looked at what needed to be done and assessed my existing siding and said "you don't need to change everything your siding is pretty good - let's just fix your problem." He gave me a very reasonable and cost effective quote and scheduled me in within days. His team arrived early and worked non-stop the whole day and finished the job in one day - compare this with other companies where I was told that the job would take 2 - 3 days. His two guys Alex and Pablo worked the whole day not once did they take a break and the job they did was absolutely fantastic. They were courteous and continuously asked us if we were happy with the progress of the project, they really put the customer first. To Alex and your team - thank you for doing such an excellent job - you and your team are definitely rated 5 stars!
