This company got Five stars before the old shingles were off, before I even signed the contract! Justin Lanzi and Jorge Alarcon were a pleasure to work with. Justin organized everything associated with this job from making certain that we understood every aspect of the contract to providing necessary samples for selecting shingle colors, and Jorge met with my insurance adjuster and handled all aspects of the inspection that I was unable to attend due to having a kidney transplant! Revolution filed all necessary paperwork, including post-install paperwork needed to secure supplemental and depreciation refunds. Their professionalism and attention to detail was beyond measure. They cleaned the job site so thoroughly that there was no evidence (other than a new roof on top of the house) of their presence. Before any additional necessary repairs, they reached out with photos supporting those repairs and estimates of cost when seeking approval to perform them. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would give them 10 stars if that were a thing!

Amy Ragan was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgable about the process. I've never submitted a homeowners insurance claim before and she explained everything to me and my wife very clearly and walked us through the process. She was very hands on during her inspection and analysis of the damage and the communication has been fantastic so far. She will be our first call anytime there is damage and will be passing on her info to friends when they need assistance.

Emerald stopped by my house and asked if it would be okay for her to inspect my roof for storm damage. She was up there a while but very honestly reported that she found no damage. I was very impressed.
