Revive Roofing did an AMAZING job with several home projects, repairs and improvements for my home! Jae, Tyler, and each person that came to my home was professional, skilled and productive in the perfect manner. The team communicated with me along the way and completed the work needed flawlessly! Jae worked with me in a timeframe to help with deadlines I was facing in terms of a wide variety of home improvements. Revive Roofing went above and beyond helping me with major issues such as siding, roofing, deck work, issues with my sump pump and a water break. In addition the completed exterior and interior trim and wood work, drywall and painting and even small things like removal of Christmas lights. Jae and his team gave me a complete peace of mind and reassurance that I desperately needed when caring for and maintaining my home. As a US Army veteran, I couldn’t be more happy with revived roofing. The team there including Tyler, Carter.Astrid and Jae-the owner have all been so very helpful. They took care of everything from dealing directly with my insurance company. meeting the insurance adjuster at the home and making sure that all the repairs were done to code and with really nice high quality materials. Everyone took the time to explain the process and make sure they answered all my questions. I would highly recommend using this company very pleased.

I am beyond pleased with Revive Roofing and the exemplary professional work on the roof replacement. I had another company replace the roof on house and garage 25 years ago. I recall the mess they left. Not so with Revive Roofing. The crew took special care to sweep the area for nails. I have 2 dogs. One is very timid. I took them outside to walk as their yard was not available. The timid dog was frightened of the air compressor. The crew could see my struggle getting him in the house. They turned off the compressor and stepped away until I got the dog back in the house. I was very impressed by that. The roof looks great, I am excited to get the doors, windows, siding and gutters done next by Revive.

What an excellent experience all around! Initially, Jae came over to provide an estimate for exterior trim painting and repairs. He performed a thorough exterior inspection and provided repair suggestions and estimates for the work. We ended up having the trim painted and repairs to several exterior vents completed. The team cleaned out the gutters and installed gutter toppers. Working with this team of professionals was a pleasure from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout - especially my interactions with Tyler. The teams performing the work were respectful, meticulous in their craft, and kind and courteous. I highly recommend this company for all your exterior maintenance needs.

After our home was hit by the Hilliard tornado, Jae and Revive replaced the roofing and siding on the whole house. This team was very professional and courteous. A year later, I reached out to Jae to get a replacement siding piece for an overzealous weed whacker incident. Jae came out with the piece and replaced it for me quickly. Their service and responsiveness is top notch. I've known Jae for many years in Hilliard, and his company is one you can trust.

I had an outstanding experience working with Blake! Not only is he highly professional, but he's also incredibly friendly and personable. From start to finish, Blake was hands-on-checking in daily to monitor the progress and making sure everything was done to his high standards. He paid attention to every detail, including making sure the yard was spotless when the job was done. I absolutely love my new roof, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Blake made sure the entire process was smith and stress-free.

Wow, what an amazing experience to get my roof replaced by Revive Roofing. I had a difficult storm damage claim with the insurance company. It took some time, but Revive Roofing was able to get my roof replaced with little cost to me and from the moment Jae Johnson the owner came to my home. I knew I was in good hands. They are excellent communicators With a great team of project managers to make sure all things were looked after, especially with the insurance claim. The install went perfect and I now have a beautiful new roof. I’m so glad I called them five stars. They hit it out of the ballpark. Highly recommend

Revive did all new siding, windows and doors for us. Our house feels so new and refreshed! If issues arose, manager/owner Jae was understanding and quick to address and make right.

We used Revive Roofing to paint the exterior of our home and replace our roof a few years ago and were pleased with their work. We had severe weather recently and some of the nails around a vent popped and needed to be repaired. I reached out to Jae and explained the issue and he sent his team out the next sunny day to fix the issue. Great customer service and easy to work with.

Revive Roofing did a complete roof replacement on our 30+ year old home. They were absolute professionals from start to finish and we could not be more impressed. We worked mostly with Mitchell throughout the process, who oversaw detailed documentation of weather-damaged shingles, communication with the insurance company and submission of an insurance claim, coordination with the insurance inspector/adjustor, and planning of the installation. The overall experience and end result were fantastic. Highest possible recommendation.

We also recently had some leaks due to window frame and flashing issues. They resolved the issues, patched things up, and repainted the frame and stucco to match original colors. Excellent communication throughout the process and I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of the work. Highly recommend.

Revive roofing came out and noticed roof damaged from a storm. They immediately stepped in action to prevent further damaged while working on getting a new roof replacement.

We called Revive Roofing when our home developed a roof leak. They were out the same day to inspect and did an extremely thorough evaluation not just of our roof leak, but entire roof, venting and siding. They found several issues that we had them fix and they performed the work with very high quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to my family and friends.

Jae and John were great to work with. They went above and beyond to help me work with the insurance company even calling them for me if possible. They were professional and kind. Took the time to explain what was wrong with detailed pictures and ensured we understood. They always responded quickly. During the day of install Jae was here several times to ensure the job was being completed. The actual roofers were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. Working from sun up ro sun down and back again the next morning. Jae came back after install to review the new roof and make sure it all looked good. Overall I am pleased my new roof and happy with Revive Roofing and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or repair.

The experience as a whole was more than frustrating. We were told Jae would be onsite, which did not happen. There were missing materials, we had to wait to finish the job. We went through insurance as there was wind damage and our siding was ripped off and cracked all over. We were given a quote, agreed to the price and paid with the money from insurance on top of our deductible which started on Thanksgiving Day. 4 months after the job was completed, we get an email stating we owe $864 more dollars and we "can pay with the stimulus money" we were getting, or he would put a lien on our home. When my husband spoke to him, he told us the extra materials were sent back to the distributor, and the money from them was placed as a credit to Jae's account with them. This to me is essentially stealing from us and still charging us for all materials. We never recieved an invoice with due date or itemized list of ANYTHING, and didnt even know we owed anymore money. We have been threated and disrespected and he still had the nerve to ask for a referral. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND JAE JOHNSON OR REVIVE ROOFING TO ANYONE. This whole process and after has been nothing but a headache and now we are scrambling to get money together for bills. This man and company are a joke and this is NOT how you do business.

Revive Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof and vinyl siding this past fall. From the very beginning, we knew Jae, Owner, and Pete, Chief Operating Officer were genuine and we knew we had made the right choice with Revive Roofing. They met with us personally to explain the entire process. They showed us pictures of the damage, reviewed the insurance claim process and advised us on the roof and siding replacement work. Throughout the entire process any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly. Our new roof was completed in one day and it looks fantastic. The roofing and siding team was efficient, clean, and friendly. We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship of Revive Roofing and we highly recommend them for any roofing or siding job.

I had Jae and his team out to two patch roof leaks, install chimney caps and put in exhaust fan roof vent. They do a great job locating leaks and reviewing repairs needed with you before they start work. They completed all repair s on schedule and on estimate.
