Revive General Contracting, LLC

We had a great experience with Revive General Contracting. Mike Kruse was the most responsive contractor when we were looking for someone to do an addition on our home. We wanted to add onto the rear of our home with a section that would be 16' x 42'. It would include moving our kitchen to a completely different part of our home, tie into existing living space, add a master bedroom and an attached bath. Revive was on the pricier end of the quotes we received, but Mike was the only one who listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make it happen in the plans.
The only feedback we can think of throughout the planning process was the little details like lighting in each space, outlets, switches, window quality. As we went through the installation/construction, we had little surprises like the plan didn't include enough lights or the windows weren't the quality we would have chosen - sufficient, but we would have paid more to get better windows. Ultimately, if you haven't been through a renovation before, take your time when planning out each space. Think about all the utilities in that space (light, water, power, heat, air) and force yourself to talk through all of it with Mike so they can plan for it. Otherwise you will face change orders and extra costs throughout the project. We were too inexperienced to know better.
Having said that, the construction could not have gone better. Lance, the project manager, and all the subcontractors were outstanding. Any delays to the overall project were not their fault, but usually waiting on supplies (kitchen cabinets were a big one). We had people in our home for over 3 months, but they were all clean, courteous and respectful. We are very happy with the quality of the install too. It was a very positive experience.
Sorry that the pictures don't include furniture, but we are still trying to find the right pieces to fill our new space! FYI - I installed the closet shelving. I love the wire shelving systems at Home Depot so I said I would do that.

Revives Communication and attention to detail is unbeatable!!! Very nice people to work with. I would give them a 10 star if I could.

We used Revive to build our dream deck and they did a great job bringing our design “to life”. The team was really easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!
