Called Lopez Roofing & Repairs at 9:00 a.m. with having to get my roof air vent seals (3) replaced, due to leakage. Miguel was here at 9:30 to give me an estimate and he started the work at 10:00. He finished the job at 1:20 p.m. including cleanup. He was courteous and professional and the price was extremely reasonable. He never tried to sell me a new roof which is commendable all by itself, since that is usually done by everyone. I would recommend his service to anyone! Good customer service is hard to find these days ~ job well done ~ thank you!

Needed emergency roof repairs. Called them at 8:30 PM and they we out at 8:30 the next morning repairing a major roof leak. They were fast and did the repair right taking no short cuts. They even found other locations on the roof that were leaking and fixed them. The price was within what it should have cost. Very satisfied with there professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Lopez roofing and repair came out and gave me an estimate for new roof. I liked the price and he told me he could start the end of the week. They were fast but thorough . I was nervous because rain was forecasted for Saturday. They finished and cleaned up before dark. It did rain heavy Saturday and we had no leaks. Highly recommend!

Lopez Roofing & Repairs did a few repairs as well as a new coating to our 158 year old steel roof. Miguel and his team were absolutely amazing! Miguel is friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He came all the way out to us in a rural part of Suffolk and did a free estimate where he got up on the roof and pointed out every area that needed repairs. Afterward, he sat down and explained each line item of the quote in great detail. The price was fair and the team truly cared about their work. We signed the estimate and had a team at our house the next day at 9 am! We are highly impressed and will be utilizing Miguel and his team in the future!

I have a metal roof on my two story home. Lopez Roofing repaired small and large holes, cleaned and sealed the entire roof and two porches. He was very polite and reasonably priced! Did the job quickly and left the area clean. He even walked the rest of the roof to check for any issues and fixed nails as caulk as needed throughout the roof! He’s awesome
