Elman was quick to come out for a quote and knew exactly which details to ask about so I could get the result I was looking for. The office staff kept me updated every step of the way from deposit to clean up, including expected timelines. All of their crew were very nice. They found some rot in studs under a window after removing the old siding; they were able to get it fixed same day and still got the entire project done fast! The quality of the work is excellent. I'm very pleased with the results! The process was great from start to finish.

From the initial meeting for the quote until the final clean up was done, we were extremely happy with our siding replacement plus the addition of a new attic window, all done by Elman's Contractors. The employees from the top down are all skilled as well as kind, respectful, efficient, and receptive. Several problems arose in the process including weather challenges but all were managed with ease. We would definitely call Elman's again!

Very reasonable prices & excellent work ethic!! #1...They installed a new roof on my home over the summer. Quick work, GREAT WORK, done in a day & a half. No issues at all. #2....Had Elman's fix a leaking roof issue at my other home that a previous contractor didnt fix. Elman's came & fixed the issue for $250 less than the previous contractor robbed me for. And they also did WAY MORE work to insure it was done correctly!! Im 110% pleased with Elman's Contractors & you will be too!

I received four bids and chose Elman’s Contractors to complete my project of new siding, windows, and gutters. All work was completed quickly and professionally. The entire crew were friendly and professional hard workers. Elman and his office staff always kept me up to date on everything. I couldn’t be happier with all the work and the communication. Hands down recommend this company to anyone! They were amazing from day one! I had 3 companies to come give estimates. One company never even followed up with a quote and the other was just ridiculously over charging. Needless to say Elman's was the best decision my husband and I could make! They did an amazing job and we feel they went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied! If you are thinking about calling and hesistant....Don't be! You won't regret working with them!

Quote was provided same day and price was very reasonable and factual (not all sales jargon and fine print negating the work). Work was performed quickly, on time, and professionally done. I can’t say enough to compliment this company. Elman’s did fantastic quality siding replacement and painting on our 1960’s house. Very skilled and professional crew, the worksite was cleaned thoroughly every day. They work fast, are skilled and thorough, producing excellent results while finishing on schedule. Elmans Contracting Inc did some home improvements for me. They did siding, gutters, shutters, roofing (on my shed),replaced back door, added an enclosure to my shed, fabricated a shed door, and replac d shed windows. The price was reasonable. He was easy to work with made any adjustments I asked for such as moving motion detection lights on the she and installing new out door lights even where one wasn’t. When the wrong shutters were being installed they stopped addressed it and ordered the correct ones. Very professional and efficient. I would use them again if I have any home improvement projects in the future.

I recently needed to replace the siding on my house and contacted Elman’s Contractors Inc. for a quote. They responded promptly and actively listened to what work I wanted to do. They were very honest in their assessment and were very fair with their estimate.

Working with Daniela, she kept me up-to-date on when the material were ordered, delivery date, and when work was to start. The crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. While being a relatively small contractor, Elman delivers better than many professionals. He puts their pricing to shame, his crews work steadily, meticulously and on time, and Daniela kept me informed of events in a timely and thoughtful manner. I contracted siding, gutters and leaf guards for a 1700 sq ft two-story home for under $22,000. The work was done beautifully, carefully and taking into account my personal minor preferences on how some aspects should be completed. No hidden costs, no surprise charges. Other companies wanted me to pay for their advertising, sales staff, warehousing and more - some wanting more than double Elman's price. I'll use him again in the future without reservation and encourage anyone to consider his services seriously.

They did a great job. New James Hardie Siding, painted trim, and 3 new doors. Communication was excellent, the crew was polite and respectful, the project went very smoothly and I was impressed by their efficiency. I would use them again and recommend to friend and family.

I would recommend Elman's for any project you may need. We had replacement siding put on our house, old rotten deck boards replaced with TREX and our existing gazebo was screened in. His crew was very fast and friendly. They completed the whole job in only one week and came back one day to quickly fix some very minor details. The price was very reasonable and they did the work quickly and cleaned up daily.

Daniella and the team were very responsive and proactive in communication and solved several problems immediately on hearing about them on the day of the install.

They came and gave an estimate and once approved had the work done quickly. Everything looks great and the tenants are extremely happy.

We had an excellent experience with the team that showed up for our siding install. They were here early & worked diligently throughout the day with only a one hour break for lunch. They worked quickly but acurately & the siding and trim look fantastic. The only issue we had was a minor language issue but ultimately we were able to communicate accurately. I would highly recommend this company and our team for any siding project.
Additionally, other companies gave estimates(that were higher) that did not include removal of underlying wood siding. This ommission would have invalidated the siding warranty had we gone with another company. This information was not an ommission because the other companies specifically said the wood siding did not need removal. An excellent job and we are very satisfied.

Elman’s crews installed new gutters on our house and rebuilt the front porch. High level of carpentry skill, hard working guys, cleaned the site up beautifully and I really enjoyed working with them. I highly recommend this business!

Elman's installed siding and replaced all the windows. From the estimate to the final nail, the work was professional, detailed and well organized. A couple surprises popped up and were quickly solved. I have found a company that I trust and intend to use them again whenever I have a project that needs doing.

They did vinyl siding on our house and did a great job. Good price, no funny games , honest ,friendly, cleaned up every day ,did exactly what they said they would do, who could ask for anything more. Have already recommended them several times

I was told about this crew from a coworker of my wife and they are FANTASTIC. Did a roofing job for me in Dec of 20, then did the rest of all our roofing (House, garage, cottage) Fall of 22.
I WILL be using them again for several projects on the outside of our house and outbuildings including soffit, fascia, siding, windows and a couple doors as well as some interior projects.
The house is in West Point, VA. and we currently live in Alaska, but we're getting all this work done so we can sell it in 23' before we move back to VA.
The only negative thing I have to say is that they don't work as far away as Staunton, VA. where we are moving to, and it will be a struggle to find as good of a contractor.

This contractor did our vinyl siding and windows last summer. And also did new door installation. We were, and remain, very pleased with the work that was done! We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and fixed up quickly. Great crew, they work diligently and it was during the heat of the summer!! I def recommend this group!
