Do not use this company!!!!! Horrible experience! We had the worst service with this company! No communication on when the job would be completed, blocked in and unable to leave the house, nails and garbage left in the yard and around the house, roof was not properly installed, they tar painted a chimney pipe that did not need to be painted, damaged drain grates, bubbling on the roof after installation, submitted the wrong house to the city multiple times, did not complete the permit with the city, and continue to bill every few months for the last year an a half. This company is absolutely the worst. Do not go with this company! I’m completely disgusted that they are still in business. This has been the absolute worst experience ever!!

Restore Masters knocked our roof project out of the park! Zero business interruptions throughout the entire project. Professionals all over the place. Jacob Parker took me through the project from start to finish and explained every aspect of the price and installation. Jim Hale the on-site Superintendent communicated multiple times a day on how the project was proceeding and was always available for any questions. Efficient, Professional, and Qualified is the best way to describe Restore Masters.

This is a long-term follow up review. RestoreMasters installed a roof after a tornado blew the roof off my commercial building in 2017. Its still there and actually improved the value of my building and lowered my insurance because of the new roof!!

BONUS: They had a public adjuster get me approved for a whole new roof and my out of pocket was only my deductible. This is really a 6-Star review for going well above and beyond otherwise I would have lost my business because the insurance only offered me a BS $1,800 check on an $60,000 roof job. Exceptional performance from Superintendent and roofing crews detailed to repair hail damage to our four structures. Willingness to meet and or exceed my demands, when asked to preform roofing concerns! Addressed all issues and very welling to openly negotiate fairly on questionable problems and practices.

Repairs to date have been excellent. Justin Ford, superintendent for our repairs, has done an excellent job of keeping us informed as to what’s being performed. Gives us a photographical daily review of progress. After a segment of repairs were completed, our help noticed a leak from one of our roof protrusions, I called Justin and he had a crew from another state there to repair the problem within hours

Edgar and Restore Masters did a great job making sure that my roofs were done to a high standard. They were very efficient and timely! They did a good job also making sure things were picked up and clean.

Edgar Sanchez was our superintendant on our job of replacing both the roof on our machine shed and our house. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and to make sure we were happy with the job! We have nothing but good to say about Edgar! Highly recommend!

Update: Its been over a year that we have had services with this company and we are being hit with a bill of over $5000 and being threatened with being sued and a lien placed on our property. We were lied to and were told that there would be zero out of pocket. Not only did the rep Danny lie to us, the company knows she has lied and has done this with other customers before because I was told this and I have it in writing. Also the full job wasnt even completed...I was asked to write a review before the job was complete.

We had our roof replaced with Restoremasters this week and we could not be happier. Craig was extremely communicative with us and our employees. He kept us informed of everything that was happening during the job and sent us photos and messages throughout the entire process. We would 100% use Restoremasters again and would recommend them to our friends. Thank you Craig for all your help! We appreciate it!

We had been having issues with our original roof back in 2020 up until recent. Restoremasters sent Robert Fuentes out to inspect our roof and he immediately got the project underway. Communication was easy & very thorough. Robert explained in detail what was needed and the timeline of getting the roof installed. He worked with us so our business did not have to slow down during this install.
The project manager Aurelio Gomez Jr. was a delight to work with. Junior inspected our roof prior to install and immediately saw what was wring with the prior roof install. He did not skimp or try to cut any corners, which we immensely appreciated. We could see that Junior was on top of his crew making sure they worked efficiently & were on time, completing the project in a timely matter. Junior made sure the guys kept the parking lot clear of bolts & roof debris. Communication was spot on & so appreciated with every step of the install. There were no question or concerns that this roof was done right. As business owners, we appreciated the time & dedication both Robert & Jr gave to our concerns & business. We had major rain the following day...it was nice to come in Monday to a dry shop. Thank you both very much!

Restore Masters has been our general contractor for not only our roof replacement following Hurricane Ian but all the other projects that have been necessary to build back our condo association. Jose Rodriguez has been our superintendent on the job and as board president at the Preserve at Windward, I have worked with Jose on a daily basis. His communication, follow-through, and commitment have been outstanding. We are a small association and our owners know Jose and I receive many compliments about what a great job he has been doing for us.

Restoremasters replaced the hail damaged roof on my business. They dealt with the insurance company to get the claim accurate.
Project manager Ivan Hinojos was very professional and fantastic to work with. He far exceeded my expectations with the roof quality and installation. He was quick to positively respond to any issues that came up. Very low impact on daily business operations.
Superintendent on sight, Steve Mohler, managed the crew and was hands on in every aspect of the job. Very professional, Steve sure made life a lot easier with this big job while helping minimize any business disruptions. Steve went above the call of duty to complete job in a timely manor. His dedication and integrity will always be remembered. I highly recommend Restoremasters.

Unprofessional. They try to take advantage of the insurance money so they get the cheaper materials to save money and keep the difference. Shady company, go with someone local instead because these guys come into a place where there is a fresh storm and you never hear from them again they vanish like ghosts until the insurance money gets approved.

This is an excellent company with the best attitude among their workers I’ve ever seen. Lucas came out to my house and told me that I have severe hail damage to my roof after a storm one week. I was worried about having to pay more than my deductible. He assured me that they only want insurances money not mine. I’m glad I gave them a chance as they had such a good process that got my roof approved in a short time. It was put on with good quality and workers that were very safety conscious with vests and lanyards and such. I watched them put the roof on and there was a project manager there the whole time I could talk to and ask any questions I have. Thank you so much Restoremasters! Recommended company.

Stephen and Jose were really helpful and awesome throughout the process of my insurance claim. Informed me of all I needed to kmow and what needed to be done. Always available to answer questions. There was a hiccup with some of the material from the roof being left under the sunlights but it was handled quickly. Good people to work with.

Unfortunately my home received tons of damage after a storm. Thankfully I had the best experience with Taylor Bates helping me through a swift process with my insurance. She was quick to come out and do an inspection and spoke with insurance through out the process and took a weight off my shoulders as the homeowner. I ended up only having to pay my deductible. I highly recommend using Taylor at restoremasters.

This is an excellent company that is nationwide and takes pride in their craftsmanship. However and like other roofing companies, some of their salesmen may not be up to par with this company's standards. Therefore, if you should experience one of those, then work directly with this company's national headquarters. Restore Masters has a national reputation and will go to any lengths to protect it.

The strip shopping center where we are located just had the roof replaced by RestoreMasters. The superintedent for the job was Bear Shellenbarger. He informed the tenants of what was going to take place, cleaned the area of debris and indicated the progress of the installation. He was polite and answered all questions we had. We would recommend RestoreMasters for anyone interested in having a roof replaced.
