ResorEaze is a terrific company with wonderful employees. They performed mold remediation in my mothers home and did a fantastic job. Their work was very thorough. They provided a variety of options to help meet our needs, that would get to the same result, which was the elimination of the mold. What sets them apart is their employees. We recently worked with RestorEAZE who responded immediately to a flood emergency that effected several residential units. They worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly to ensure that all moisture was dried up, all affected materials that could not be restored were removed and worked with our residents in a compassionate manner.

I called nearly at 6pm on a Friday expecting to leave a message. I got someone who took down my information. Within 35 minutes I received another call from Jeff (the owner) who was willing to meet me that night (which would have been after 7pm by the time I could have him). I was unable to, but he was more than willing to meet me first thing Saturday morning - which we did! It was a huge relief having him come and take a look so quickly. I was however beside myself to find out just how much damage a sink that overflowed for no more than a couple hours could do in our small office space. But! that disappointment didn't last long as he got guys in there that same day (maybe 30ish minutes after we reviewed the damage) to begin work. - I know that can't ALWAYS happen, but I was certainly glad it did. They had the place completely remediated in less than a week. The employees who did the work were kind, respectful and very accommodating. Honestly once they reviewed the work and started there wasn't a thing to stress about - not even dealing with the insurance company! Which is what I was dreading the most, Crystal and the office handled ALL of it - I mean ALL of it (I would BOLD "all of it" if I could). All I did was notify the insurance of a claim being filed to get it opened and send a quick summary of what happened. The rest Crystal organized and submitted. I got our insurance claim acceptance confirmation a few days later. Thank you for everything!

You could not find a company as good as this one. I don't know how they find their employees but they were all exceptionally nice and tended right to business. When they left each night the place was all picked up and neat. When finished all the debris and trash was taken away.

I live in a condo and, during a weekend of freezing temperatures, our neighbors pipe burst which flooded their home and ours. Since their condo is not their primary residence and was empty, my husband and I were the ones who called in the flooding water and received significant damage during the wait to get a locksmith to their unit. RestorEAZE was here to clean up the next day and made quick work of the damage. Their services were incredibly valuable and it was so reassuring to have them spray a mold-preventing solution. I would recommend them to anyone in a crisis.

Responded on a weekend when I found burst pipes in unoccupied apartment. Worked through the weekend and following week to abate all water damage. Was remodeling the following weekend! Fast response and hard workers!

I highly recommend this business. They were timely, efficient, professional and friendly.
When my water heater flooded my finished basement Crystal was here with boots on within 1/2 hour after a 9 pm phone call and helped me move items out of water - shortly thereafter crew arrived with extraction and other equipment and worked til 12. They returned next morning to continue. I am sure their quick response, efficient people and equipment prevented further water damage.

Our new house got wet during construction and we ended up with mold.
Tonys crew was quick and efficient and completely remediated the problem.

Tony and his crew went above and beyond everyday they were on our site. We had a water pipe break and flood two floors of our house.
