I got a oil change and a tire rotation. $150plus, they told me that my truck was done, and I proceeded to go out to the parking lot after I had paid and check the service. Well, the right front tire lug nuts were loose, I can turn them by hand. I check them because the last time I got an oil change and a tire rotation I was missing lug nuts when I got home and had to go back.

1st purchase in El Dorado for a new Toyota. Everyone was great! Friendly and accommodating, easy transaction. Alicia went above and beyond! Tayis and Marcus in service dept were very professional and nice!
Definitely recommend Karl Malone Toyota in El Dorado!

We'd been having the same issue with our older vehicle for months, same part(s) being replaced, yet the car still showed the same code for the same issue over and over as if it hadn't been fixed. A tech discovered the part was correct except for one small detail, replaced it according to all details needed, and in the weeks since this occurred, there have been no more issues. They were very thorough in determining the problem.

I bought a 2012 Highlander platinum with 11000 miles, ai purchased the extended warranty at the time of vehicle purchase. The radio failed before the extended warranty ran out. Karl Malone had ordered a new radio that was over 3 years and 3 months ago. My wife has been without her backup camera navigation system everything for over 3 years and every time we call all we get is the runaround. I my family or my company will not do business with Karl Malone Toyota again. Additionally I left a review about 3 months ago and they took it off.

They were extremely friendly! They have a fair price. They are usually fairly quick in their service, but today took an extra long time. That is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I would normally give them 5 stars.

My wife was looking for a specific Camry within a certain budget. She seen a car that was at Karl Malone, reached out and was put in touch with J.R.. He was very good with understanding the issues we seen and fixing them, he was not pushy, he made sure we got a good test drive in. We sat down and talked numbers, they delivered a better deal than what we had on paper!! They even threw in some all weather mats and a full tank of gas!! April did our paperwork and was very nice to work with and quick to get us out of there!! Overall a great experience!!!

These people saved my life! With the car trouble I was having and the dealer was doing everything in his power to leave me on my own, Toyota was there for the rescue. I'm pretty new at this but I will say Mrs Angela Hughes was there to help! She took plenty time out door me to explain processes and even with all the difficulties I came with, she got me back on the road in no time! She was super helpful, and I would definitely recommend. Jay in financing was great as well! He made sure I understood everything going on - I love asking questions, but he wasn't bothered. Again super helpful in a crises moment. Will definitely be back! *First time buyer*

I will start out by saying that the purchasing process was with great ease and was handled in a good manner but let’s fast forward 5 months down the road and it’s a completely different story trying to get my car fixed. I was sold an expensive extended warranty for $3000 and it does not cover anything that I can tell. As a matter of fact when discussing it with one o the the people in the service department I was told that there are several aftermarket parts that will void the warranty and it was the exact parts that were on it when I purchased this car, I had no repairs done since I got it. When I purchased this car I put $5000 down to ensure my payment was not to exceed a certain amount due to me being disabled and on a fixed income. This is one reason I purchased the EW to be covered when something happened to the car. Who in their right mind would think in less than 6 months you would have to replace your battery for almost $200 before they could do anything else and pay $180 for them to hook your car up to the computer and run a diagnostic test to see what the problem was and then tack on a $227 tow bill since they told me to have it towed there then top it off with another small part to be replaced and they want almost $900 outta pocket for me to be able to get my car back in working order?!?!?!? I sure didn’t see that coming and I was also told that there would be a loaner that was covered under this warranty as well. I have had to go without a vehicle for 4 days now and really could never get anyone to call me back for the first 2 days and believe me I was not shy about trying to get someone to help me out by answering some questions concerning the repairs and the loaner. I was finally directed to the Gm Cody, lol this guy is a complete douchebag and thinks if he talks to you in a condescending manner that you will just accept what he’s saying and go with it. Well sir you never met me before and I don’t care what kinda way you think you can talk to me I will not just buy into your words of deceit. I’ve been given the run around for days now and I am pissed off. They will not honor the word I was given and they are unwilling to work with me on how to make me happy. This didn’t just stop at the Gm for this location I was put into contact with the corporate office and was given the blow off as well pretty much. I wish I had NEVER done business with this place and will never refer them to anyone else.

However the GM at their Louisiana location, James, I would love for you to be recognized because you sir went above and beyond for a customer that was not even yours. Kudos to you sir for being what this company should embrace and train the rest of their employees to reflect. You were very kind and respectful to me and deescalated the situation at the time with grace and prompt action. If I was the owner of this company I would definitely be on top of compensation for your genuine concern for my business. The willingness for you to even go get my car and bring to your location for repairs in order for me to receive respect and support was astonishing to me. Thank you for being you and stepping up to provide the extra that Cody Jones refused to even try to measure up to.

Dropped my truck off for 9am appointment for inspection. The following day the never got inspection done so I just had them replace some gaskets. The day after that they replaced the gaskets on my truck but when I got it back my AC blows hot air. They told me bring it back Monday so they could look at it. If they fix my air conditioner I will give them more stars.

I have a 2024 Toyota Tundra that had a safety recall for the transmission. I scheduled an appointment for the transmission service. Kayla (in the service department) scheduled me an appointment. Malone Toyota sent a technician to pick my truck up while I was at work. They performed the transmission, washed my truck, and returned it to me while I was at work. I didn’t have to waste an off day, due to this recall. I have ZERO complaints. Great job and a shout to the service employees at Karl Malone Toyota!

(Stressful) my vehicle got reposessed from Karl Malones after I had it towed to his place from my work place to get fixed. The people I have my vehicle financed through said that they was told by them at Karl Malones that the car was being abandoned and it in fact wasn't being abandoned it's was there to get fixed. So I asked the people that it's financed through is it fixed and I asked them this because they told me they couldn't repo vehicles if there not running but yet it happened. I was also told by the people that it's financed through that it would be $700 to get it out which I didn't have to pay thank goodness cause they would have kept it for sure I don't get paid in gold bars I wish I did. And then the tow people got it back to Karl Malones and called to let me it was there and again I was told it was fixed. Got down there to pick it up and it wasn't fixed it's still wasn't running. So yet again a wasted trip on someone else's dime to take me there to pick it up. So it took me about two weeks to get my car back in my driveway. I also missed some days of work and got docked and don't make much as it is. So I would say very stressful and also to much lack of communication on there end. I say compisation is in order...

I called and was told that my 11am appt would be 30 min late. I arrived at 11:15. Unfortunately, I had to sit around until 1:30 (2+ hours) before an oil change plus was completed. Ouch! Then I noted that something (tool?) was missing from the "tray" in the back of my Highlander, so I asked what was missing. They tried to tell me that it was "2 hooks for towing, but you may not have had them", eventhough I have had Highlander since new. I am concerned that someone "removed" them at a service, because I do not recall having a "missing item" from tray. They did not offer to help me at all with issue. Finally, I was not given the usual summary form that gives me all results of tires, brakes, etc. The young girl manning desk appeared new and possibly uninformed. Not up to their usual standards. Not sure what to do if my car ever needs to be towed???

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. Since I can be forgetful of regular vehicle maintenance, I am glad the Toyota people send me reminders through email from CARFAX. The guys at the Service Desk are friendly and helpful. The work to be done did not take long. And the price for it all was reasonable. It was a good experience. Thanks!
