I recently completed some very extensive house repairs. The repairs were done by Frank Wheeler and his crew from NTX. I have to say that this was, by far, the smoothest repair experience I have had. They were quick, professional, and empathetic to the situation we were in with regards to being out of our home for a week. The entire project of a new roof and extensive repairs to multiple rooms in our home was done very efficiently, and the finished project looks amazing. I'm never fond of having to file an insurance claim. Chris Wander was easy to work with and he was able to meet with the insurance inspector to coordinate the inspection of the roof. The insurance inspector therefore approved the roof replacement, and the insurance process and subsequent roof replacement couldn't have gone more smoothly. Would I use them again in the future? Answer: definitely.

We were referred to Restoration Roofing by a co-worker and we are so grateful! We had some shingles that blew off and folded up near the ridge due to the high winds and storms on March 4th, and even though many people were impacted as well, Chris made an extra effort to come out that day and provided an estimate using a drone -- such cool use of modern technology! We were so relieved that the cost was very reasonable and they were able to come back the next day and take care of everything. Gerardo was fantastic, the repairs look great, and having before/after pictures is really reassuring. We were so relieved as the rains came Saturday and were non-stop all day.

I won't hesitate to contact them for any future roofing need we may have. Top class customer service and work.

UPDATE: we were hit by the major hailstorm in late March and after the great experience we had with them already we called Restoration Roofing NTX for an inspection. Chris did so with a drone and the damage done by the hail was crystal clear. RRNTX were present when the insurance inspector was here, and they did a fantastic job with all the repairs, getting us into Class 4 Impact Resistant shingles while also ensuring the insurance company didn't short us (they had us down for standard felt when we had upgraded felt, and missed several other things). RRNTX was definitely on our side throughout the entire process, and if we should have the misfortune of needing another roof job, we will definitely use RRNTX again.

I called him and the next day he was out and had my roof repaired before I got home from work. The guy that came before him was going to charge 30% more and I look at a roof that he started on that day and it still has plastic on it. Excellent work, excellent service!

Best roofing company ever!!! These guys are a well oiled machine and was able to redo the roof on my house and shop in one day with a team of roofers all working so well together. I could not be more pleased with our new roof and the attention to detail they gave my project.
I have had a terrible experience in the past with another company so was nervous to do this again but I shouldn't have been! They covered and tarped the pool and stones and were so careful with everything around my home. Chris is top notch and was here the entire time making sure everything ran according to schedule. Not that I want another hail storm anytime soon, but every time it happens, I will only be calling Chris to come and fix my roof!

Fantastic experience. Knowledgeable and can help you navigate insurance. Crews are phenomenal with their high level of workmanship and are fast and efficient and the best clean up I’ve seen yet. Supervisor is there from start to finish and everything is checked off. Professional and very easy to work with. Amazing service even though it is below freezing. Devin was very helpful explaining everything. I look forward to working with them to repair my roof.

It has been a year since Restoration Roofing installed our new roof after a large storm in June 2023, and their service and support are as good now as they were the day the job was finished. Not only did they help us navigate the insurance claim and find a 3rd party adjuster to finalize the transaction, they also have helped us patch up again after the most recent storm in May 2024! A recent storm with high winds had blown off several shingles from my roof. Chris came out the same day I called and quickly isolated and fixed the problem immediately. RRNTX is the best company I have ever worked with-period! Mark and David not only found and repaired a mystery leak in my Frisco roof, but they repaired and painted the interior as well (due to water damage). I was so impressed by RRNTX- that I asked if they worked in East Texas (as our other residence was in need of a new roof). They did- and a few days later brought the largest crew I’d ever seen. These guys replaced the roof of a 6,000 sq foot house within a day! They also replaced the metal which had been damaged by wind and hail.. Logan at Restoration Roofing was awesome! We had 3 different roofers come give us a bid and Logan won our business. Logan is professional, polite, friendly and does what he says he’ll do. Very conscientious and communicates very well. We felt we were in good hands with Logan. He even supervised the roof install and has always answered texts promptly. Our roof looks great!!

Chris and the whole team went above and beyond on replacing our roof. Chris made the whole process very easy to navigate and were very patient while waiting for HOA approval on the shingles. Restoration roofing NTX replaced our roof with a stone coated steel roof. The crew worked tirelessly in the Texas heat for 5 days (steel shingles need to be sawed). The results are amazing.
