This company is a life saver! I run a pretty well established small water restoration company and have done my own estimates for years. I decided to just let him go over one that I had done and only after I had it back did I realize how much I was missing! We get complacent and skip this thing or that thing, and next thing you know you're costing yourself a boat load of money! A $1000 omission on a job isn't life-altering, but if you do that every week for a year you're out 50 grand. A fresh set of eyes auditing your estimates is almost required, and Exact Estimates does it best!

Mr Spears is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He is not your typical keyboard warrior estimater but one that has actually put time in in the restoration industry. His experience makes him a force to be reckoned with and he takes the time to research the policies, procedures and guidelines that he uses to give validity to the contents of his estimates. I would not hesitate to use him again and surely will do so in the future.
