Got to give it to these guys. Not only did they save us from a flooded crawl space remediation, but they also patiently worked with us through the long grueling insurance process.

Restoration Pro was wonderful to deal with starting with Matthew visiting and explaining exactly what needed to be done to clean up the water in our basement. They were professional, efficient, neat, and actually came in under the estimate with the cost. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Restoration Pro after mold was identified on an inspection report. They found the source of the water damage which was creating excess moisture and mold growth. They were able to write a detailed estimate that I used to negotiate the contract on the home. Once the home was purchased they remediated the mold and fixed the source of the water damage. I was very happy with the process from start to finish.

After a car accident took out my fence, I reached out to Restoration Pro. Their immediate response and professionalism calmed my trepidation and within hours I had a temporary fence put up. I only needed to give them my insurance information and they have handled everything using their expertise, keeping me updated in the process. Mathew, Ryan, Kevin and the rest of the staff at Restoration Pro, with any luck I won’t need your services again. But if I do? You are the only company I will call.

Restoration Pro were excellent to work with, they were quick and efficient. We called about a leak in our kitchen sink and they were at our door less than 24 hours to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration or remodeling projects. They left our laundry room and kitchen looking better before the leak even happened.

I’d especially like to Thank Damian and Cassie who worked tirelessly for hours to pinpoint all the water damage in our home and then they immediately went to work cleaning up and drying out the damp areas to eliminate mold, mildew, etc.. Their machines are as efficient as they are.
They answered all of our questions with kindness, patience and honesty. Also, Dan did come over later with more dehumidifiers and placed them in appropriate places.
Spoke with the supervisor, Jason also. He was very helpful and he shared some really good information with us. All in all .. Good Job!. to these amazing Master Restoration Employees!

We initially began our partnership on a fireplace remodel. I had a vision- and Matthew and Greg were able to overwhelmingly satisfy it. You can see in the pictures the before: just a plain Jane pony wall. We had nowhere to mount a TV and the room was very open. We wanted to achieve a few goals: 1) build the wall up to mount a TV, 2) install a fireplace, and 3) not break too much of the natural light. We wanted all of this with a very clean, simple and cohesive look. And boy did we get it!! Matthew knew my vision of the wood wall slats- and made the excellent suggestion to angle them. Then Greg suggested we inlay the TV so it’s flat. Just stunning recs!! Furthermore, we realized a mantle was going to be a tight fit and Greg suggested using some of the wood as an accent below the TV. This made the design look cohesive all the way around and is just remarkable.

Sadly, midway through the build, our basement experienced a flood in an old pipe. (This had zero to do with the remodel.) I called Matthew up and the job was cleared up by them as well. They handled the insurance for us- which is a huge value.

All in all- Restoration Pro and every one of their staff have been great to work with. Sometimes it can get a little daunting having people work in your house for weeks but I have to say-each of their employees was not a distraction, in fact, lovely to get to know.

Matthew is professional, always promptly communicating- and we set expectations out from the start. They were timely and I knew the process from beginning to end- which is huge when settling on a contractor. Can’t recommend them enough. There was never a question if they’d take my money and run either- which is one of the biggest embedded fears us consumers always have to worry about. Not with Restoration Pro.

Give them a shot- get out several contractors, and ultimately go with who you think lines up with your values and needs. For us, Restoration Pro checked all the boxes- and glad we selected them for the job.

I called to find out if they found mold in our building, the manager of our clean up, refused to speak to me or answer if they found mold or asbestos. After telling other tenants they found mold, and disturbed asbestos.
They said ask your property management, which is not being forth coming as we all are getting sick.
Not ethical of this company.

I had a faulty upstairs bathtub overflow which created a leak that destroyed the ceiling in my downstairs living room. I was unlucky enough to have this happen in the same spot 2x as a couple weeks prior the shower head in the same bathroom broke off behind the wall. The first repair (different company) seemed to be done by someone that was figuring it out as he went and was never here when he said he would. We knew we needed to try someone else. Restoration pro was always on time, very professional and communicated fixes and feedback in an easy to understand and navigate method. While it was not fun having to rip apart my ceiling 2 times in a month, it was a relief to see the difference in work quality and I now feel confident that the work in my home was done correctly and will no longer be a worry. I would absolutely recommend Restoration Pro to anyone who has a need for their services.

I really felt led to write a lengthy review about Restoration Pro, and the service they performed for me. In late January I noticed the carpet in my front bedroom/office was soaking wet, This wall is an outside facing wall to the entrance of my home. I took a look outside and noticed that water was running down the back of the exterior siding, went back in, and on the inside, could tell the walls were swelling, I knew I had a huge issue on my hands.

I have insurance through USAA, Restoration Pro was out the very next day first thing in the morning with their adjuster/damage inspector named Kurtiss. Kurtiss was professional, and patient, and answered all of my questions. Kurtiss assured me they work with USAA and everything would be taken care of. Kurtiss was spot-on with that statement. Everything was seamless for me, while they worked with USAA.

Day two brought the Mitigation team. Brandon, Zach, and Andrew came out, and in less than 3 hours had all water-damaged flooring, drywall, and insulation out. They had all bare wood exposed, showed me the extent of the damage, and Pre-treated for mold so it would never be an issue. Brandon even went down into my crawl space to ensure no leaks were down there, even though I felt he did not have to. Brandon, Zach, and Andrew explained the process, set up all the drying equipment, and taped and sealed off that part of the house in no time. The speed, efficiency, and attention to detail were second to none.

After everything was dry, Eric Davis the remodel Project manager came out to discuss the work moving forward. HE assured me that everything would be back to normal, if not better than before. Eric walked me through each step, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns.

The next step was Drywall. The gentleman they sent was great! He got all the drywall cut, installed, mudded, and taped in about a day. He also matched the texture exactly.

Pedro Solorio and his family re-did the flooring. They did a fantastic job!

Then Jason Hale came out to finish all caulking and painting. Paid attention to every detail, and did excellent work.

I want to thank Restoration Pro and all the people they work with. They were honest, transparent, and upfront for the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough!

Brandon and Andrew worked on our house to remove mold and replace the vapor barrier in our crawlspace. Those guys are rockstars! Fast, thorough, friendly, and professional.

Richard and his crew did a great job identifying my issue and taking care of it much quicker than I would have thought. They work very efficiently, and left everything looking great!! I highly recommend them!!

Company was hired to repair house after a major fire had occurred and was 100% covered by Insurance. Project took over 19 months and my house still has fire and smoke damage. House was not built back to the agreed plans. Windows missing, changes made to plans without my approval, doors placed in wrong locations and with incorrect sizes, plumbing installed incorrectly and not to plans. Numerous pieces of my property and contents went missing while in their possession. Even though they knew it went missing, and was easily trackable into thier possession, they never offered to replace or reimburse me for any of the items that went missing. Final invoice was over $120k more than the original estimate. Very poor planning and organization. I even had to secure contractors for the project and get my own bids. (I was charged overhead fees for finding these contractors and bids according to my final invoice) Many loose ends left undone, and I had to clean up a huge mess after work was allegedly completed. I also had over $6,000 in damage done to my house that they were not willing to fix, that they caused. I have the receipts to prove this amount. Anytime damage or issues were brought up, they were impossible to get a response from. Never even received an apology for any of the issues or damages caused. Major communication breakdowns, and I’ve had issues with every aspect of the work provided. Was billed for a lot of work never performed based on the invoices I received. When I questioned my final bill and invoice, they deleted the invoice, and changed it to match the number they were billing me for. Please let that sink in. Rather than adjust the bill to match the expenses they had for my project, they altered the bill to match their estimate with work that was never done or completed. Very low quality materials used and it shows. I already have cracks in the drywall and leaks in my roof and have had to fix 4 major code issues with the plumbing and electrical myself. They are 100% focused on profit first, and customer needs last. An entire house repair for a fire is well outside of the capabilities of this company. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

My insurance agent recommended this company for repairs on an insurance claim. A rep came out to assess damages and promised to have an estimate within 3 days. After a week I called - no response. I called several more times leaving messages and no one ever called me back. Horrible communication and customer service. I will not recommend this company to anyone. If promptness, integrity, and customer service is important to you I would not use this company.

Big pine tree blew onto my house during a major windstorm. Restoration Pro showed up when they said they would, removed the tree and loaded up the mess! They cleared out the stump and filled in the hole, they even raked up all the debris from my lawn!!! The BEST group of young fellas who have EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC! Hard workers who don’t quit but have fun working! Highly recommend *****

So I ended up hiring this company to come out to my home and help with a small fire clean up. They were hired to clean up the smoke residue through out my home and to clean up the water damage done to the wall where the fire was being extinguished. We were told that we needed to be out of our home for a whole week so that they could come in and clean up and fix the area that was destroyed. So while I allowed this company to come into my home I stayed in a hotel and when time was up. They called me saying that my home was done and ready for me to move back in. To my surprise my home was not ready , there was a bigger mess then before. This company did not clean off the residue smoke from my walls, the counters still had smoke residue, and to make matters worse they hadn’t even patched up the wall and the ceiling that they were hired to repair. The worse thing of all is that the crew members who were cutting up the floor board, backwall and the ceiling didn’t isolate the area.they allowed wood debri, insulation to go into my furnace and yes through out my home. So now I am stuck with a bigger mess then before. Now I have to deal with insulation debri and smoke residue throughout my home and also lingering cleaner smell. Please please if you hire this company watch them carefully, because what should of been a Seven day job is now costing me and my family 14 days outside of our home and having to hire a new clean up crew. I am just giving an honest review, I normally don’t give reviews but I feel that people should be informed of what kind of work is expected if you were to hire this company.

The team at Restoration Pro is very professional and responds quickly. I have used them multiple times at my house and place of work. Zach is quick to respond and take care of the problem. This is a great company.

Matt and his team responded immediately to our bathroom flooding. Matt and Eric made our miserable situation into a positive experience. They explained the process of repairing the water damage and let us know we were in good hands. The Restoration Pro team was very prompt, friendly, and professional. My wife and I had overwhelming circumstances and were extremely busy bringing our son into this world and Eric, our project manager, worked around our crazy schedules with no problems at all. I would 110% recommend Restoration Pro to anyone. The team had great craftsmanship and it was obvious they were very experienced. My wife and I have had other contractors do work for us before and Restoration Pro trumps anyone else that has worked with us.

I am currently working with another company, I called Restoration Pro to get some context regarding my problems with the current company I am using. Kevin spent 11 minutes on the phone with me. We talked about reasonable time lines, communication expectations, what I could do to move things along, and what the challenges are for general contractors to complete projects. He gave a very balanced view, knowing I already had a disaster company engaged and he wasn't getting my business on this project.

This company is simply THE BEST! After one company came in and made our crawl space worse we contacted Restoration Pro to come in and do the job right. They completely remediated the space and resolved the problems. All the workers were professional and respectful, going the extra mile to cover floors and closets while working. Highly recommend Restoration Pro... the true professionals!

Restoration Pro was so very patient with insurance issues and I am so grateful! Their workmanship was excellent and I was always treated professionally and honestly. Their timeline was pretty much spot on as we dealt with the holidays and other issues that came up. I felt very comfortable with their workers in my home while I was not. They moved my belongs carefully and returned them just they way I asked. I would highly recommended them to anyone needing restoration services. My house is new and I wanted things back the way they were before my damage occurred. Restoration Pro actually made my home better than before. Thank you, guys!!!

This was restoration following a flood in our kitchen. Insurance Company attempted to convince me that all that was needed was sanding and refinishing. They were wrong. Restoration Pro's estimate of what was wrong, what was needed and what it would probably cost was roughly 17 times what the insurance company thought was necessary. The insurance company, once provided with evidence showing RPro was exactly right, ultimately paid for the proper work. Matthew and his crew were friendly, professional, and very competent. I'd use them again, but hope not to :)

All of the restoration efforts were completed to our satisfaction and we would highly recommend Restoration Pro. Eric was knowledgeable, easy to work with and kept us in constant communication.

Matthew and Eric were a huge help in getting water damage fixed in our bathroom. From first call to last wipe of a cleaning rag it was awesome. Super professional and great to work with. They both did an amazing job to stay in our budget that was set by our insurance company. I highly recommend Restoration Pro for reconstruction or new construction.

Restoration Pro responded quickly to clean up after a flood. Eric worked diligently to be sure all the repairs were completed and restored everything back to original. He was always available when I called with questions.

Restoration Pro was a fabulous company to work with! I had a challenging case where there was a lot of back and forth with my insurance company. Each time I was able to reach out to my contact at Restoration Pro and they were able to help me understand and help me through every step of the process. When it came time to get my work done, they were so efficient. No one likes an intrusion on their life but this was such an easy process. There was constant communication. Matthew let me know that Eric, the project manager, would be contacting me and helping me through it. Eric texted or called me every time there was a scheduled time for someone to come in. He was always available and willing to answer even the littlest question that I had in the process. The contractors that they used were top-of-the-line, efficient and kind. They were non-obtrusive and kept the area clean even while we were still living there. They were able to restore my house so that I can't even tell where the work began and ended. If you need to have work done, this is the company you want on your side!

This is a long overdue review. A couple of years ago we had a pipe burst due to freezing. Extensive water damage on the hardwood floors in the kitchen and in the carpeted bedroom. They took great care of us and everything looks like new.

Absolutely do not, under any circumstances not use this company, Brandon and Eric are very unprofessional.... No communication. I had a horrible experience. They tore my kitchen apart and vacated the project when the insurance did not agree with there inflated bids... I will be moving forward with legal repercussion for their unprofessionalism and destroying my home. If you love your home, do not use this company, call System Kleen, Servpro , there are several great companies that are professional and have great! There is a reason his brother opened his own business.

This company was hired by my realator. I can only assume they did the work correctly. When i called them to obtain an invoice for payment, i was treated w/ poor customer service.
Brandon told me "We did you a favor by putting you in front of 33 waiting customers to get the work done quickly and I will send the invoice in the order it was received".
Really, who treats their customers this way? I can only assume they are busy enough that they think they can let their customer service slip. I was only trying to get an invoice to take care of the bill.
I tried to contact the owner prior to leaving this review but there was no response.
If customer service is important to you, i would advise you to look beyond Resoration Pro.
