Gage and Tyson were awesome! They started out by making me feel not stupid for leaving my sprinklers on for 18 hrs. Then they assessed my water situation under my house. My water issue did not require any work and would resolve itself. They were honest and I was not charged. This is the only place I will call in the future.

Preston, Tyson, and Luke were all great to work with! Very respectful of my home and understanding of a very stressful situation! They were very detailed and cleaned up every area damaged by a sewage back up. Would recommend!

We called The Disaster Cleanup crew in crisis and they sent a technician the same day.
Tyson was the first to arrive & walked us through the projected process. Tyson was patient with all our questions & was thorough with his explanations and knowledge as we communicated with our insurance. Tyson helped us feel some ease . We were impressed with how quickly he began some of the emergency services we needed.
The crew was scheduled and showed up on time. The crew leader, Austin has been a wonderful communicator , keeping us informed on the work schedule and daily progress. Austin has led his crew in a professional manner and has continued to answer our questions, ease our concerns and make things as efficient and comfortable as possible, he’s even got to know our dog & has helped him feel less scared . We are very impressed and believe we are in good hands.

We had an unexpected sewage flood in our home, Gage and Austin promptly were on site to clean and stabilize the area! I was so lost on what to do but they knew what they were doing and talked me through the whole process. Preston arrived at my home quickly, surveyed the water damage and then carefully explained the plan to remove the water and dry the space, he explained everything in detail and worked hard until he completed the job, and when he would be back. Extremely polite, knowledgeable, great work ethic!!!

I had a water pipe break inside my house on a Sunday night flooding most of my house. I called Disaster Cleanup and they sent a man out that worked until after midnight. The next day I started communicating with Hunter Boyd. Hunter has sent men out that are professional and knowledgeable to do all the work in my house. He also answered my after hours messages instantly that could have waited until morning. Hunter Boyd and Disaster Cleanup go the extra mile in every aspect of the work to repair any damages. I recommend them and their professional abilities to help with every part of a disaster.

We had a medical emergency over the Christmas holiday and needed to have a bedroom restored. We contacted Disaster Cleanup and they were on site within hours. We were fearful that companies would be on vacation during this holiday and we would be stranded without help. Hunter and Denver stepped in and coordinated efforts right away and they had the room sanitized and stripped and ready for remodel. They even provided the remodel services so they were a one stop shop.

They both coordinated with the insurance companies and made sure the billing was easy to understand and upfront. No surprises which made us feel very appreciative how up front they were. This team was terrific, I had a major water heater leak and had to have most of lower house repaired. Diaster Cleanup was professional and always timely from handling all the demo, lining up the contractors for the rebuild, and of course being the steady liason between me and the insurance company. The contractors were engaged and skilled, and reasonable, always showed up on time. While I wouldn't want to go through this experience again, thank goodness for the Diaster Cleanup team getting me back in my home, thanks!!

First off I want say how much I love this company. Last year we had a leak and it was the first time ever having to deal with something like this. A few weeks ago our main bathroom flooded. Thankfully we were home and caught the flood right away and called disaster cleanup right away to come out. Preston and Austin came out within a couple hours and got things taken care of, and they have been out daily to check on drying progress. While Preston was out checking the drying process we asked if he could check to make sure there was no water issues with our flooring in the kitchen since we noticed a spot of concern. Preston was kind enough to check it and learned we in fact we had yet another leak from the refrigerator. He got things all situated for us to start that drying process. This company has been great to deal and help put things at ease especially when our house is throwing us curve balls.

Denver came out immediately and began working on our flooded basement. He was easy to work with and did a good job mitigating the water damage.

Disaster cleanup and Denver was great. They came to my house after a water leak to assess the area. The inspection was free and they did not find any damage. It was nice to see a place not try and lie to me or sell me anything. Respectful and knowledgeable. Will use them in the future if damage ever occurs.
