I recently experienced a water leak in my basement ceiling. Did not know who to call, did my best to research contractors but had to get help fast. Leak had gone unnoticed for some time so damage was more extensive then expected. Fortunately I called Restoration Logistics. This outfit took over all of the headaches, helped to deal with my insurance company to keep them honest, and ended up with repairs including new ceiling, wall and other components subject to damage that are better then new. Nick and Jared communicated when 'surprises' were found, but always had options, from least effort to best repair strategy, to deal with these issues. Could not ask for a more professional contractor.

Great experience. The staff, who removed damaged material, vented the space, and disinfected following a basement leak, quickly responded after my initial call. They were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The mitigation process went smoothly, and our basement is clean, dry, and ready for the reconstruction process. In addition, we appreciate them sending photos to our insurance company. Thank you Sergio, Damen, and crew!!

Mike and the team were amazing to work with. We had a kitchen leak over the 4th of July weekend and Mike was at our house within 30 minutes of calling him. They worked with our insurance and were able to have our entire house mitigated and ready for repair in less than a week. I can't recommend them enough if you need help with a water issue, they made a stressful situation much better than I expected!

Great service and expertise! I had a water line from a refrigerator leak into the basement below—Dan and Herman were super responsive (Herman came in less than an hour) and immediately addressed the problem with multiple fans and a dehumidifier. They came 3 times to check on the moisture levels until we knew the issue was solved. I highly recommend Restoration Logistics!

Had a good experience with Restoration Logistics. They came out at 2am when a pipe burst and quickly began remediation on our flooded floor upstairs. Saved us from having to tear out any drywall and only minimal damage to the wood floor.
