Restoration Done of Spokane Valley

Great local company with great guys and great morals. Would hire them for any renovation. Had an amazing time working with Eric, who seemed very knowledgable in this line of work.

We had a pipe break in our basement and came home to about an inch of water in the basement. We called Restoration Done at about 9 PM and Eric was at our house within about an hour already starting the clean up process. He and his crew were extremely professional throughout the remediation process and worked with our insurance, checking the boxes so we had a quick resolution.

The crew was extremely conscientious of the impact on our household and did their best to not disturb us any more than necessary, going out of their way to keep our basement clean daily.

When it came to the rebuild they did a great job, quickly. From the time they started the re-build to completion was a lot faster than we expected, and the work done matches the what was previously there extremely well!

We had our kitchen and bathroom completely redone. The work was impeccable. The crew was courteous and dedicated. I felt totally at ease with leaving them alone in my house while they worked. The first pic is our new walk-in bathtub, 2nd is a portion of the kitchen, 3rd is a sliding glass door leading out to the back patio from the kitchen.

There was a language barrier. All of the members of my crew were from Ukraine. The foreman and one other member of the crew spoke some English. The rest spoke little to no English. Fortunately, we had Google Translate, so communicating was tedious at times, but not too difficult.

Now for the bad news. In my opinion, it took way too long. It was six weeks from the day I made my down payment (50% up front), to the day they started the work. Then it took another two plus months to complete the job.

They do excellent work, but if you hire them, get the schedule in writing. I failed to do that.

The crew at Restoration Done was amazing and Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right! He communicated quickly and promptly keeping me informed of progress and his attention to detail was fantastic. If you have any mold or water damage I highly recommend Restoration Done!!

If you’re looking for a company that has great values, are great people, and do great work. Go with them. How can you trust a business? Not just by their work, but seeing who’s running it! Definitely a trust worthy company
