I had some siding damage,due to the lawnmower service I was using and they came out and fix it,looked like nothing never happened,thanks guys and would recommend??

Very responsive and knowledgeable. Ended up not needing their services. Was a simple plumbing issue with a pipe. They were kind enough to inspect and inform us of easy repair that we could do ourselves:)

Met with Brian Duke with Restoration Builders of Tennessee regarding a roof replacement. Brian helped guide us through the claims process with State Farm Insurance after the storm damage. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very professional. What I was most impressed by was his ability to ask important questions. The damaged roof was completely removed and the new roof installed with no issues and on time. I highly recommend working with Brian and Restoration Builders of Tennessee.

My short review is that I highly recommend Restoration Builders. Their associates are very knowledgeable and professional. In our situation, they were instrumental in coordinating coverage with our insurance adjuster. As roof replacement and interior repairs were scheduled for our home, they delivered supplies, completed work to our satisfaction, and their teams cleaned up after themselves. Tony and his team(s) are a pleasure to work with!

What led to my short review? A crazy day, when I sat down in our living room and asked myself, “what’s next?”, I looked up and my jaw nearly hit the ground as I stared at a water stain on our ceiling! I went from room to room to see if there were any other signs of a leak(s) and found more in our kitchen. And then my mind started racing on who to call first, a roofer, or insurance. But first, I had to join a conference call for work. When the conference call ended, I went online and started a search on roofers. As I began reading online reviews, out of the corner of my eye, I saw three men exiting a truck that had parked across the street. A few minutes later, our doorbell rang. I answered the door to associates of Restoration Builders, who explained that they were helping our neighbors with hail damage. I laughed at their timing, accepted their business cards, welcomed them in, and showed them the water stains I’d just discovered. Next, they explored our attic and roof where they identified and took pictures to show evidence of hail damage. They explained that they were very experienced with working with insurance companies and would welcome my call if my husband and I decided to pursue a claim. When they left, I researched their website, their recently acquired location in Smyrna, TN, and located the Better Business Bureau (BBB) A+ rating for the office they’re associated with in Indianapolis, IN. Seeing their signage in multiple yards and then watching delivery after delivery, and installation after installation take place throughout our neighborhood, gave us peace of mind to work with Restoration Builders. Their work looks great inside and out!

We contacted Restoration Builders and talked to Don Harr. He was very nice and agreed to come out and look at what we needed done. We wanted the underhang support corbals (20 total) wrapped. We agreed on the price and Don scheduled the job. They sent out Hilary to do the job. He was very professional and experienced. Hilary explained how he was going to do them and did a wonderful job. Also Hilary was always on time and left the job every day picked up and clean. A great experience from beginning to end. We would highly suggest Restoration Builders to our friends and family.

Took awhile to get rolling on re-roof, but that was fine...then months to get them to come back out to do the gutters after I had to get the ball rolling by going around my salesman and contacting the person over gutters directly...work was fine, but responsiveness was lacking. Biggest issue is they contact me nearly a year later about an outstanding balance that had already been explained in writing (by email and text) to my salesman as his math was incorrect and I flagged this prior to recieving the last invoice a couple months earlier (I get the nut ball trick...well that was the gutters; I say no that is not...math doesn't work out)...explain in writing to another person with the email chain...saying let me know if you have questions. No repsonse...first flagged their math issues in Nov. 2021 and they contact me today for payment...with no correspondence in between. Quality of work was fine/good....sales tactics are typical used car salesmen stereotype. Don't use....will contact the BBB if harassed again.

From my first phone call to ask Restoration Builders to look at an Rea of my roof that was concerned about, through identifying hail damage, through working with my insurance company, through installation and billing, this team exceeded all of my expectations. Very pleased, great product!

Restoration Builders is Midwest Mole’s go to for our commercial building roof repairs. They respond right away when we have any leak calls. Very professional and courteous. Always will call on them for our buildings roof needs!

I had a great experience with Restoration builders of Indiana, especially Brandon Kappes. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else. I called 3 other roofers and they all tried to get so much money out of me. I felt Brandon was professional very responsive and fair. He works very hard for his customers and has a personal yet professional relationship with them. I had a question one time, left a message, next thing I know this guy was walking from the golf course. He paused his game for us. I am a real estate agent and refer Brandon a lot.

Great company to work with. Communication was great and they worked well with the insurance company. Our Project Manager, Jacob, was very prompt on answering questions and keeping me informed of the process and progression.

During our home renovations we found we had water leaking not only in our garage around our chimney but also in our kitchen from the vent stack. We were in a pinch trying to put up drywall but needed both areas fixed first. The service was fast, friendly and most importantly exactly what we needed. Now we have a sealed pipe and a cricket directing the water away from our chimney.

The Restoration Builders team was great to work with from start to finish. Alex, in particular, was always ready to answer any of my questions and address any concerns I had. The team also worked hard to get my roofing job done as quickly as possible.

About a year ago there was a severe hail storm in my area and since that happened roofing companies would knock on my door wanting to examine my roof. I refused because I had a relatively new roof to me (12 years) that was extremely expensive and thought it could not get damaged by one storm. Then about a year after that I saw Restoration builders putting on copper flashing on a neighbor's house and I noticed on the truck they did gutters. I was going to have my house painted and wanted to get new gutters so I asked them for a quote. That is when I first met Alex Alsman. He gave me a price for the gutters but noted I had significant hail damage and I was stunned. He suggested I put in a claim in to my insurance so I did and 3 weeks later they sent down their inspector who agreed with Alex saying I needed a new roof and gutters. I talked to the inspector for my insurance company alone and asked him what he thought of the Alex because I knew nothing of him or the company at that time. He presented to him he said as being realistic, not being overly dramatic and very knowledgeable when they inspected the roof together. Since that time I have never met a harder working individual than a Alex. He found me equivalent shingles to what I had on my roof. He met all his time points regarding to when it would start and was finished in 2 days! He could easily answer any technical question I had and was there supervising from beginning to end. Whenever I had a question or a concern it was immediately addressed. I cannot speak higher for Alex Alsman or the company Restoration builders who I would recommend to anybody. When they left everything was cleaned as if no one had ever been there,The yard was clean, the grass was clean, no construction materials were left and Alex came back the next day to recheck to make sure everything was right.

Tony and Shane did a great job repairing and replacing our roof after recent storms. Tony did a great job coordinating with our insurance and Shane was present on site to direct the crew’s work. I would definitely use this company again should the need arise!

I really enjoyed working with Restoration Builders. Our sales representative, Joel Keitel, was very good at communicating the scope, timeline, and price of their services. They came the day they said they would and we’re able to finish the work on my roof in less than a day. They worked with my insurance company and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

We will use them again if we need any work done in the future.

I had excellent experience with this company who just completed installing roofing for my house in Brentwood. They were punctual and completed job in timely fashion. They have a great supervisor Tony who was transparent in communication with us during the project. Will definitely hire them again if I need such project in the future

Billy W. was very professional, on time , honest and very informative. He did an inspection on our home to see if there has been any damages that needed to be addressed. And Billy explained in great detail that he did not see any at this time and that everything looked good. I told him that I will keep his card on hand and also spread the word to friends and family about his service. I enjoyed talking with Billy and he was so polite and listened to my concerns. Thank you again for being so honest and not being pushy as other sales people would be.

All the employees were very considerate, professional, and worked very hard to get the roof completed on time. All materials were delivered on time and were able to place them where needed. Everything was cleaned up after they finished, could not tell they were here except for the new roof. I would use this company again if I needed the expertise they exhibited.

Jacob Sheeks is a great consultant for your company. Answered all of our questions, and dealt with our insurance company. Roof and gutters look great. He always answered our telephone calls and responded accordingly. I highly recommend him and your Company.

The facia on the peak of our house came off in a storm. Jacob S. came and looked at the problem then promptly returned to repair the facia. Such a great job! Thanks Jacob!

The process started out promising - knowledgeable and personable salesman. Then once the deposit was paid - months until the install. Then one day after completion - not even a rain yet to see if things were ok - office starts calling for balance of payment. Annoying but ok - I just waited until we had some rains to see if everything would be ok. Then comes the most horrible part about this company - not even a year since install and there is a huge leak - damaging drywall on ceiling in garage. Original salesman initially does not get involved - he is out selling. Tells me that someone from warranty service will contact me. No one contacts me for 3 days. When they do finally call to schedule a time to look at things, they are there for 15-20 minutes and simply say it is not them. No explanation as to why not, or what it could possibly be caused by - something useful to me to pursue a repair as I obviously can't leave it as is. So I hire someone else to come look at trim, wood, flashing, corners, downspouts, rain and ice shield, drywall, etc and it is absolutely the roof or gutter (they installed both). We send them pictures, and information - service warranty person says " i can't do anything about that - that is above me" Says someone higher up will call me.... nothing, no calls. 2 days later - still no calls from anyone in management in the warranty department. I then reach back out to the original salesman with multiple photos of what was found and an explanation as to why they should be responsible. He does come out to do his own inspection but ends up pulling up multiple photos from the original install - but none are the specific area where we believe the problem is.

I end up scheduling and paying for the repair on my own and welcome anyone from the roofing company to be present when trim is pulled up, so they can see what is below (or not below as I was told was installed and I paid for......) I am told by the person I hired that they are going to do something in regards to downspouts, but I have not actually had any communication from them on this.

2 weeks later - still waiting on a call from the manager of the gutter installation department - to let me know when someone can come out to shorten one of the downspouts as it is causing a dam during every rain and will cause another leak and damage to my garage ceiling - which I had to pay for the repairs myself..... can anyone say "small claims court" ??

What is the point of a warranty - long term or not, if they won't accept responsibility for anything? I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not return phone calls or emails. There is a switchboard who will only take your name and number but then nothing happens afterwards.

They communicate fine and talk a good game when they are selling and wanting your commitment, but no follow through and no honesty after the project is completed. Sheer rudeness on text responses.

The disappointing part is that if you had asked me 2 months ago who to use for a new roof or repair, I would have recommended them with no concerns. This is no longer the case.

We asked Justin to inspect our roof because our neighbors had hail damage, and he promptly scheduled a time and handled the inspection in a professional and efficient manner. He provided photos of the hail damage he found, and then explained the process for filing a claim with our insurer. He even joined me for the phone call with the insurance company to ensure everything was communicated accurately. I will definitely use Restoration when the time comes to replace our roof because of the high-quality service Justin provides.

Brian and Justin came to my house a couple of weeks ago to do a roof inspection because they were getting ready to do a house on the block. I wasn’t sure because they were a new company but they seemed very knowledgeable and said the company was new but they had been roofing for years. They proved themselves true. Brian was the project manager and over saw everything from dealing with the insurance company to supervising the roof being put on and sent me pictures. He explained everything and even filed my warranty for my roof. Thank you Brian!

Professional services and did the work when they promised. Worked very closely with the insurance company to be certain all work was authorized by them to replace and repair all damaged areas from a hail storm. Certainly recommend them highly for the work that was done.

An employee by the name of Billy and his team lead, Corey, had knocked on my door and I am sure glad they did! They not only educated me on me on the services they offer but also how we could work together to make necessary repairs to my home that I was not even aware I needed before meeting them. But boy how did I overlook these things they pointed out! Without these repairs being made I am not sure my home would hold up as long as I want it to. I would definitely recommend having them out to take a look at any and all of my friends who own their homes to make sure the integrity of your home is kept up. They were respectful, caring, and educated. They listened to my questions, educating me on services needed and how they could help, and after doing my own research they are the company I will choose to go with in the future because of these qualities. Great company! Very responsive and professional. They were able to get my entire roof purchased by insurance! Ended up upgrading to a standing seam metal roof on the front porch and dormers and love the way it turned out! Would highly recommend them for any roofing, gutters, siding, or window needs.

I contacted Restoration Builders about rotting window trim in my master bedroom. They scheduled me a free estimate quickly. The contractor was running a little late but told me he would be late plenty of time prior to our scheduled appointment. When he arrived he was really apologetic about being late which I didn’t mind in the first place but appreciate. After the estimate he told me that his bottom rate is $1200 but that my window repair wasn’t worth that much and that I would be better off contacting a handyman to get a cheaper price. Now, I know I technically did not use their service but it still feels as though they did me a service. Being honest with your customers like this is something that is rare to find these days especially when it risks your own profit. I was scared of that from the beginning but you can tell this is a quality business! I will always keep their card in my pocket for when I do need a higher needs restoration project (considering I own a historic home, I’m sure they will hear from me plenty in the future)!

Tracy helped us out when our roof was scheduled and there was some turnover they were dealing with. She took the project on for us and was very professional in handling the situation. She helped us out with any and all questions that we had through the process. We are very thankful for her professionalism with our new roof! I would highly recommend using Tracy for any questions with a new roof for your home!!

Joel was a fantastic sales rep and was very communicative about the process and working through insurance. The roof and siding install were timely (especially with industry delays) and installed with quality craftsmanship.

Our home received hail damage, requiring a new roof, new siding, and all new windows (13). Jason Flemming (sales mgr) ensured all things were done fast and correctly. Steve Smalley (Widows mgr) and Matt Mcquiston (Siding mgr) were also great! All three explained all options and answered all of my million questions and phone calls. Because they are a large company, they were able to get materials and do the work in a fraction of the time of other companies! Their financing was also great, easy, and low interest. Their warranties are awesome! Our home has received so many compliments! ...BTW, our electric bill is so much lower than it used to be!

Highly disappointed in this company!!! They put on a new roof and the crew did a terrible job !!
They were supposed to come back and finish it and do more repairs and it has been months and still not finished. There is no communication and they blame everyone else for the problems. We have never had problems like this and would not recommend them to anyone EVER!! Poor job and poor company response!!
December 28, 2021- We had a crew that came out and finished our roof. They made it right and the roof is repaired and done right. We are moving on to more repairs and trusting that they will be done in a timely manor and done well. I will update as they finish the job.
June 9,2022- It's been over a year now and our house is still not finished.
October 2022 our house was finally finished. It was a battle the entire time and I cannot give a great review because it was one mess after another. There were siding issues that we are still not happy about, but we were just ready to be done with it all. Not a good experience at all.

We had hail damage and started the process with Restoration/Elbert in April. They started out saying it would be 6 weeks, then 2 weeks, and so here it is December and we still are waiting on shutters. So the job isn’t complete. They have had 50% of the money since the start. Very vey poor...we are beyond disappointed.

Jacob Sheeks did a great job from start to finish on my roof replacement. The quality of work done and timeliness was quite satisfactory ! I would highly recommend working with Jacob and Restoration Builders to anyone needing a new roof!

I worked with Steve Smalley on designing the perfect entry doors for our home. He exhausted all options for me until we found exactly the door I was looking for. I highly recommend Steve for entry door replacements.

My sales rep Alyssa Kelley was very professional in handling of my insurance claim. My claim was orignially denied through insurance and was working with a previous roofing company and never heard back from them. Had it not been for her coming through my neighborhood on her way home my claim would still be denied . I now have a new roof and gutters thanks to her and her company. She was also very responsive to call or text whenever I had a question, was always upfront and honest about any information I needed. Was also extremely helpful picking colors as a single man I needed the help :)

If Alyssa hadn’t come to our front door to offer a free roof inspection, we would not have known we had hail damage. She arranged for an insurance adjuster to come by, went over all paperwork/pricing and arranged the tear off and installation of our brand new roof! She was extremely professional and communicative throughout the whole process. It was a seamless experience!

Restoration Builders installed and completed a roof inspection, full roof system, skylight, gutters and Pella Window Repair. The material was dropped off ahead of time so when the crew arrived they were ready to work. The crew arrived early morning and went right to work. They finished 90% of the roof the first day and by 12:00 noon the second day they were finished and cleaned up. Roofing has a lot of moving parts, my suggestion is to be involved in your project, I made sure I was home and I walked around in the morning when the crew arrived and pointed out breakable items so they could be moved or covered and then I kept walking around during the day to make sure everything I asked for was being completed, and it was! When I asked questions to the crew, they were answered. I love my new roof and gutters and would recommend Restoration Builders to everyone I know!

I am in the process of using the services of Restoration Builders of Indiana due to some recent storm damage. Corey Kiger has been my contact and has done an unbelievable job of providing me pictures and information for the damages I incurred.
