Blue Ladder Roofing has been great to work with. They have been very fast to communicate, efficient and timely in all of their work. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

I had a great experience with Ryan. When my insurance company only wanted to pay for half of a roof, he worked hard to get them to reconsider and it worked. He also communicated well, followed up & always returned my calls. Although Ryan left & communication fell off tremendously, my new roof & gutters look great!

What a great experience we had working with Tristian and Cody at Blue Ladder of St. Louis. Throughout the roofing process, Tristian was friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive in communicating. They took care of the process with the insurance company and made the experience easy for us. The roofing team was hardworking, respectful of our property and did a fantastic job! So happy with our new roof!

I’ve had nothing but issues working with blue ladder… I would never recommend them for any service. I started this process with them over a year ago with getting my roof and siding fixed and it’s still not done. Buyer beware. I’ve emailed the owner. Never heard anything back from the owner, i’ve called his phone number listed on the contract and his voicemail was never activated so you can’t even leave a message. Horrible customer experience and I regret my decision with going with them.

They did a great job on roofing and gutters. Very professional and great to work with. They made sure the job was done right!

Blue Ladder Roofing just replaced our mid century modern low profile/flat roof. Finding a company capable and willing to replace this style wasn’t easy, but we are so glad to have found Blue Ladder. They were extremely professional, had a great crew, and helped us work through some unknown wood rot that was found mid project with ease. We are so happy with the outcome, and highly recommend them if you have a unique roofing style like ours.

Blake, our Contractor, explained all the preliminary steps thoroughly and was present during the roof replacement and afterwards for inspection. The Blue Ladder Roofing crew did an excellent job installing our roof and cleaning the area of any debris. I am so happy and confident with our beautiful new roof. From the very beginning, Blake took control of everything for me. On his first visit after he made his roofing inspection, we sat down, called my insurance company and he handled all of their questions, I did not have to do anything. He managed the project from there on, meeting with the adjuster and handling all of the contractors. You need to be patient, there were weather delays and supply delays, but I was never concerned that everything would not be anything but perfect. They replaced my roof, all gutters and downspouts and put up a new sheet of copper roofing over a bay window in the front of my home - it's beautiful.

The blue ladder representative is named Colten Smith. Other roofing companies appeared before for storm damage in the area, but Mr Smith immediately went the extra mile and earned the business. He was on the phone with insurance companies and handled process from beginning to end. Blue Ladder Roofing did my neighbors roof. The workers arrived early and worked all day to complete the job. When the job was completed, all of the debris was picked up. The workers event went the extra mile to remount my satellite dish. I really appreciated this because they had no obligation to do so and I was on the phone with the dish company going back and forth about cost. But didn’t have to worry about in the end. Bottom line, I got a new roof and gutters which added value to the home. I don’t usually write reviews but a roof on your home is a big deal and nerve racking for the owner. The company is a go to for your roofing needs.

Greg S. did an amazing job on my roof inspection, informing I did not have any damage to my roof. He left his information and informed me to call when we have a storm come through. He was very professional and I feel safe knowing he did not try to sale me something I did not need.

Colten Smith is great at his job with Blue Ladder. He helped us through the insurance company and in contact during all the repairs from roofing, gutters and siding. All needed replaced from hail storm. I could call him any time with questions and he would explain to me exactly when and what I wanted no matter what or day I called he was very prompt answering or returning my calls. Colten has been so patient with us. We have health issues and my husband could do any of the work like he had in the past. Colten even spent time talking to us if he had a few minutes to spare like we had known him all his life. We felt relieved and comfortable using this company just for that reason. Colten makes you feel like you aren’t just another customer and job.

Alac and Austin were good to work with. They were able to jump in and get matters resolved quickly and get us taken care of!
