I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Dave Colby with Red Bird Roofing! From the moment he arrived, he was extremely polite, professional, and personable. He made me feel comfortable and respected as a homeowner and went above and beyond to get to the root of my roofing issue.

Dave took extra time to thoroughly inspect and even test what might have been causing the problem, rather than just giving a quick glance and moving on. He clearly explained everything in a way I could understand, and I truly appreciated how informed and empowered I felt after speaking with him.

His professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and the people he serves. I absolutely recommend both Mr. Dave and Red Bird Roofing to anyone in need of quality service and honest expertise. A true gem in the industry!

I needed some repair work on my roof. Red Bird Roofing was the ONLY firm of several that I contacted that responded to my inquiry. (or even returned my phone calls for that matter). Three weeks after my initial contact, the repair work was complete at a reasonable price.
I am very happy.

I want to start this review by saying everyone that I spoke with or came into contact with doing the process was exceptional. There were no issues or concerns that weren’t addressed and taken care of, and I am very, very pleased with the results. Mr. John Taylor was my contractor contact person and his crew did a wonderful job. once again, there’s nothing I can say but thank you thank you thank you for a wonderful job. And my neighbor say it looks great!!!

Today I received a call from the owner apologizing for the poor customer service. I appreciated his candor and willingness to make things right. It speaks to the integrity of the owner and the business. I agreed to have them follow up. 30 minutes later I received a text saying the estimate was ready and there would be a scheduled time to review. Thank you.

I wish I could contribute to the high star reviews. But, that has not been my experience. I was contacted by THEM telling me that it was possible I might have hail damage and that they would inspect my roof for free. I generally turn this type of cold sales call down, but the person was very knowledgeable and friendly so I agreed. The rep came, later than promised, we talked about the roof and its age, type of materials, etc. He inspected and said it was not possible to detect damage because the roof shingles were near end of use. I agreed with him. He proceeded to tell me he would put together several estimates ( as we had been discussing) and I should receive those fairly quickly, possibly even that evening.

I received nothing. I waited almost a week and sent a follow-up email to the rep. I thought perhaps his estimate had gotten lost. It has been almost 10 days since that email and still no contact from him or the company.

As I indicated, I knew the roof needed to be replaced within the year and had plans to do so. After talking with the original caller and read the reviews. I thought Red Bird might be a company to consider to do such work. However, with this poor communication, I will seek another company.

We recently had our roof replaced by Red Bird Roofing and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team was professional, responsive, and highly skilled. The office team, Ryan Love, Brian Palmer, and John Taylor that managed the job were exceptional.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding. Our new roof looks fantastic and has already made a noticeable difference in our home’s curb appeal and insulation. What stood out the most was the team’s attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right.

I had a leak above my first-floor office, and Dave Colby from Red Bird Roofing came out to inspect it. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Dave took the time to carefully examine the copper roof area and recaulked the areas where the caulk was missing and offered some suggestions about taking care of other things about the copper roof and other parts of the roof, all free of charge. It’s rare to find a contractor who is generous with their time. I truly appreciate the integrity and service Dave provided. I highly recommend Red Bird Roofing and will definitely call them again if I need any roofing work in the future!

Dave C came out to check our roof out after some bad storms came through, we had a leak in the master shower and thought for sure roof damage. Dave inspected the roof and found that our vent boot cap was loose and needed sealed. He was very honest and didn't try to talk us into a new roof since ours was actually ok. When we get ready to replace the roof we will definitely call Red Bird Roofing.
