Seth answered every question I had throughout every step and was very fast at responding. Michael, was fast and prompt with the work he performed which was extremely high QUALITY workmanship. I highly recommend them.

We were hit pretty hard by the hail storm on 9/23/23 in Henryetta, OK. It has been a nightmare dealing with insurance and even understanding what exactly insurance covers and how it is covered. Chad Taylor has been amazing in helping us navigate through insurance an, so repair. We haven’t started any repairs yet, I will update once that is complete. But if you’re looking for contractors that are knowledgeable, patient, and professional, Restoration Builders, specifically Chad Taylor, are who I would recommend. This has been difficult for us and I have no doubt it would be more so if we hadn’t lucked out in meeting Chad.

I knew about Chad and when the storm hit I called him to take a look at my house. He said everything was OK except a piece of siding that was missing. He referred me to a professional company to get the siding I needed. Chad was so awesome and so professional.

Chad Taylor is always professional, responds immediately and goes above and beyond for the highest quality of work. Very Impressed.

CHAD is the only person I will ever refer my family and friends to. He came out after the storms and gave me the most honest recommendation I have ever received! He checked my roof and told me I didnt have to replace it immediately and gave me the reasons why, and then told me what I needed to keep an eye on for the future! Chad Taylor was amazing! I had a branch fall on my roof and was sure it was coming through. I called around and Chad was the only one who answered the phone! I told him my fears, and he responded immediately. By dinner, the branch was cut up and stacked neatly on my wood rack and my shingles were repaired by the next day. HANDS DOWN the best experience I could ever have hoped for considering my parents have dimentia and I work a full time job with a crazy schedule. I called to speak with someone about my parents house significantly settling in a short period of time (since when do doors not open overnight?) and after crying to Chad Taylor on the phone for probably a good half hour he offered to come see for himself what I was trying to explain. PEOPLE. WHEN I SAY HE IS A GOD SEND. I mean it. He was so nice, and made us all laugh and smile. He was so patient with my parents and didn't mind repeating himself over and over AND OVER so they felt included. I can not begin to explain how nice it was to be treated like old friends and family even when discussing business. He made sure to explain everything to us that was needed, explain why it happened, and offer more than one solution to the problem. We will always recommend his services and we gained a friend too!

From the first contact I had with Chad Taylor I felt like our disaster situation had some hope left in it! Chad came to the house and assessed our situation and carefully discussed the details of what our roof was going to need . He was extremely knowledgeable about his products and actually I felt like I understood the whole process of replacing our roof. I had spoken with other companies and even received a visit with a quote from another roofing company ; however we were discouraged about the whole thing. Donnie came knocking on my door to do a free inspection because he was in the neighborhood...started off great but once he found out my insurance company denied my claim he became less than stellar. He made excuse after excuse after excuse as to why he didn't get me a quote even after I told him I would pay for it myself. Seems like this company doesn't like cash customers. I've moved on and will be finding a more professional roofer.

Donnie Corn is who I’ve been dealing with. He has such a friendly & approachable personality. He seems to really know what he’s talking about & has the detailed information to back it up.

Donny Corn was very professional and made the experience very easy, he stopped by a few times the day the roof was replaced and has followed up since, he made sure that clean-up was done and said he will continue to follow as the weather changes, and I have no reason not to believe him. Jerome and Miguel were very professional and made it easy for us to communicate our roofing needs to our insurance. They explained in detail each expense on the contract.

We are a retired couple and we were lucky to find this exceptional and people oriented young manMiguel. The work they completed for us was outstanding. He inspected our roof and he gave us some good news on our roof. We have a few more years with it. Miguel did not take advantage of our age and situation. He gave us his card and we will definitely call him when we are in need. He even wrote our name and personal information on his calendar so he would be able to contact in a couple of years. Brandon Alt was so helpful and fought for us with our insurance. He gave us everything we needed to know to talk to our insurance company. Everyone that we had to deal with, from the first phone call to the workers on the roof, were courteous and FAST and professional! They had our roof done in 2 days and it was big, but it was a top quality job!! I was also impressed with how they didn’t leave not one nail behind on the ground. Very impressed!

Brandon did an outstanding job with the sale and scheduling of our new gutters. From the first phone call to completion only took a few days. We expected it to take weeks. The installers were professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. Restoration Builders proved to be a great company to do business with.

After signing the contract the crew showed up the next morning. I had painting done, facia boards replaced, and a shed rebuilt. There was never any downtime throughout the project. There were some problems with the installation at first but Roofscapes corrected everything in the end. I did not have to fight with them about anything and they went beyond their contract responsibility to resolve the problems with the installation. I would have given a 5 star review if everything had gone smooth.

Miguel in the office was very help, polite and courteous. Dustin came out to my house and made the repairs. He was very nice, knowledgeable and took care of the repairs in a timely manner.

Seth did an outstanding job with our roof shampoo. It is refreshing when a contractor exceeds your expectations. When Seth said it will look like a new roof, he was not exaggerating! The roof shampoo removed all of the ugly black algae stains, didn’t harm the flower beds or shingles and improved the curb appeal of our home!

Clay was very nice to talk with. Kept us informed of the process. The crew got in there and got the job done. Everything looks great!

I called Clay Lineback at Roofscapes this morning to check out a leaky roof and debris-filled gutters. Despite being busy with hail- damaged roofs from the storm last week, he was able to come by today AND fix the leak and clean the gutters! Super nice guy, responsive, excellent service! Roofscapes was great. They were there on time and cleaned up the mess they made. They did a great job finding the area where the leak was and replaced the boards that had been damaged because of the leak. They then replaced the siding and the shingles they had removed. If I didn't know where the roof had been replaced, I couldn't tell you where they had worked. I also had a couple of pieces of siding that had come loose in another area and Greg had one of his crew nail them back down for me. They didn't have to nail the other siding down, but I was very appreciative that they did. They were professional and did great work. I would have them do any future roof work I may need. Roofscapes was great to work with. They were fairly priced and worked with us on our insurance. We had a storm in our area and I know they were busy but they got ours done quicker then they thought for which we were grateful. During the process we were asked on several occasions if we had any water leaks,which we did not, but we were told to call if anything changed and they would be out to take care of that. I would work with Roofscapes again if the need ever arises since they did a great job. The men who worked for them did a professional job and cleaned up everything when they were done.

Roofscapes did an amazing job replacing our roof. They are a platinum certified company by Owens Corning which only applies to 1% of all roofing companies. That is a certification that is not easily obtained and part of what led us to use them. Roofing is an expensive necessity as a Homeowner so you want a company that is knowledgeable and stands behind their work while using quality products. Their work crew showed up on time and was very efficient with their work; they worked non-stop except for a short lunch break and did an excellent job! Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service and overseeing of the job. They were here both days checking work and progress and communicating with us which was greatly appreciated. They do not charge you to come look at your roof and give estimate like some other companies in Tulsa. We got excellent shingles and workmanship thanks to Roofscapes. They also upgraded our roof vents at no cost to us (without us even asking) and they look much nicer as well.
