Amazing customer service! Extremely knowledgeable and worked with my insurance. They weren’t pushy and easy to work with. Had my old roof taken off, new deck and new roof all in one day. Cleaned up the mess and moved all my outdoor furniture and grill back without me asking. They were able to patch an hole I had as a temporary fix until my new roof was installed without me asking. We woke up to a leak in our bathroom. We were sure that we had some major roof damage and called our insurance company. Before they came out David with mighty dog roofing came out and did an inspection. He assured us we would be treated like family and he would help us throughout the claims process. David did the inspection and notified us that we just had some silicone that had weathered. We didn’t need a new roof we needed to resilicone a vent on our roof. David then climbed back up and siliconed the area that needed attention. He also advised us to cancel the claim as our roof looked great. Treated like family was the claim and that’s exactly what happened. If I have any future roof needs they will be handled by might dig roofing. Thanks again David and mighty dog roofing.

Zack Smith is very helpful and courteous! Then the crew that installed the new gutters and fixed the bit of water damage I had to the fascia and soffit in one spot, went above and beyond my expectations. Very impressed and happy with this company, definitely recommended. This company came to see about a leak I had evidence of, found the problem, gave me an estimate, came and repaired the chimney, and added a much needed attic fan. Communication was outstanding. Price was exactly as quoted. Crew came and did the work and cleaned up like no one was ever here. Highly recommend this roofing company for any roofing needs you may have!

I went to the Home and Garden Show on Friday the 7th of March. I got around 15 to 20 window and siding companies to come to my house and give me bids on replacing my windows and bids on replacing the soffits. Mighty Dog came and got the measurements and said they were going to double check their measurements and get me quotes for windows and soffit. Mighty Dog came back and said that they were going to have me double check on what I said was the right colors. I am % happy with the way they do business.

We had a great experience from beginning, middle to end! Each person we worked with was very respectful, helpful, and responsive. They also communicated things we could do to improve our home efficiency but were never pushy to spend more money just for the sake of spending. We added a ridge vent (one of the options they gave). Our neighborhood is picky on color, but even with that we had several options to pick from and the shingles look great. Very happy with the service and products we received. We would choose mighty dog again and recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

I called Mighty Dog roofing, and Jordan came first thing the next morning. He was punctual, kind, and professional. Came out within the day to review the leaks that popped up following a severe storm. Provided a few estimates with a range of options including impact-resistant shingles. Mighty Dog is certified at the highest levels with Owens Corning and is able to provide any desired level of warranty to cover the installation. We elected for Class 3 shingles and will be getting an insurance discount because of the quality product installed. Work was done early the following week (was delayed by weather to no fault of Mighty Dog). Site prep, cleanup, and follow up are excellent.

Excellent work. Dennis and Tim explained everything that was going to happen, they continuously followed up with us every step of the way. They’re a pleasure to due business with. Process is so smooth, everyone is professional and courteous. Workers would clean up every day before leaving. We never had junk/trash left behind overnight. We had siding replaced with stucco, fixed all rotten wood around the house, gutters fixed, they even had a carpenter fix framing on our garage door! They can take care of more than just the roof! After a large hail storm I needed to have my roof replaced. I made a list of companies to call to get estimates from. Mighty Dog Roofing was one on the list. The majority of the companies came to my home, took some measurements, and gave me a quote. From high to low there was about a $4K difference in price. Most of the companies offered similar work. When I explained to each of the companies that I was getting multiple estimates is when I feel the integrity of the companies started to show.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Jason Bishop from Mighty Dog Roofing. When I met with Jason he was very professional. He took the time to tell me about all they do and why they do it. He explained that Mighty Dog has certain standards and does not cut corners, and because of that they probably would not be the cheapest. That was fine with me because I was not looking for a low quality roof or low quality workmanship.

There were companies very willing do drop their standards and or cut corners to lower their price in order to get the job. Out of all the companies that I had talked to only 2 stood by the their name, price, and quality of work.

If you are looking for a company that stands by their work and is honest with you Mighty Dog Roofing seems like a quality company.

For a 100% honest review I have to state that when I made my final decision on whom would be doing my roof, it was not Mighty Dog. This is only because of time. Like I stated before only 2 companies I feel were fully honest and were unwilling cut corners. I do not want low quality work. I did not go with the cheapest one nor did I go with the most expensive. The bid that I went with was very similar to Mighty Dog, and offered the same quality. It just boiled down to who could be at my home sooner.

I recommend Mighty Dog from the feelings I got from them. Integrity is important. If you have to get a new roof take your time to shop around. There are plenty of contractors out there just looking to rip you off, and willing to lower their quality of work to get a sale. I do not feel Mighty Dog Is one of them.
