Clay, the owner, came out on a Saturday, even with soccer games most of the day with his daughter and gave me a very honest and fair estimate. His crew showed up just 3 days later and repaired the guttering and roof just as promised. You will be glad you called Precise Roofing because they shoot you straight, are extremely reliable, and do it all at more than fair price. 5 stars!

Precise Roofing & Contracting knocked it out of the park.!! They went above and beyond from the start by helping us with our insurance company who didn't want to pay for the roof. But Precise met with the adjuster to show them the hail damage that well exceeded the hits per square foot formula that insurance companies use to determine if the damage can be claimed. The precise crew showed up on time and ready to go on the appointed day, and they finished the whole roof in one day even though they had quoted a day and a half. It was a 6200 sf roof done in a day. The crew was friendly, courteous and clearly enjoyed their work. We cannot say enough good things about Precise Roofing and would definitely recommend them. Carey King was a gem to work with. Precise Roofing (Tony) repaired our chimney last week -and did a very thorough job on it. And it needed a lot of repair. Then Precise replaced our roof and did a great job on it. We had a leak on our back porch that we’ve tried to get repaired for several years. And every roofing company that tried didn’t fix it. But it has been put to the test since Precise Roofing did the work and there haven’t been any leaks. Carey was very nice to work with us. We are grateful for them.

He came out and inspected our roof after a recent hailstorm, confirmed damage and advised me to contact my insurer. Clay told me he would like to be there when the adjuster inspected the roof to let him show the damage he found.

They met, the insurance company approved a full replacement plus code upgrades at no charge. Their crew completed in one day and the cleanup was excellent.

Precise replaced the roof on my house for less than my insurance estimate, and they got started less than a week after I chose to use them. The crew was very professional and finished my roof in less than 12 hours (1850 sqft house). By that evening, outside of the new roof, which looked great, there was no sign of them having been here. This is the best roofing company I have had the pleasure of doing business with! Kelly came out, and provided me an estimate for replacement the same day I called. He was very informative about the product and process. I received superior quality shingles for a better price than the two other companies I received estimates from. Their crew had the job done two days after I got my estimate, protected my landscaping and cleaned my yard so thoroughly! I’m beyond impressed with the quality and service they provided! The inspector came out and answered all of the concerns regarding the roof for my client. They weren't trying to sell us on replacing the roof, (which was what we thought was needed). He explained how the roof needed better ventilation. I would highly recommend!

I purchased my house August 2020. Precise Roofing did a complete roof on the house May 2020 when for the prior owner. September 2020 I noticed an issue with the roof over the covered parking. Called to have them come out and look at the roof. Cade, the owner called me back and then asked to come and inspect the roof personally, showing up just 10 minutes later. He went up on the roof and determined quickly what the issue was. Seems the prior owner of the house was only willing to pay for a quick fix verses having the job done right the first time. Cade is in the process of bidding the job out again. The receptionist was very polite!

Dusty was great. He proactively helped with our insurance claim for storm damage and also promptly addressed a couple of issues that popped up post-roof install.

Dealing with this roofing company was a great experience all around. Professional workmanship and service, but most importantly Precise Roofing's ownership, management and employees are just good people! Our roof was damaged by a recent tornado and Precise Roofing was there later that day tarping to prevent water damage. They then met with our insurance adjuster and assisted with the whole claim process. We had a baby a few days later and Precise made it their priority to replace the roof while we were at the hospital! (and that was their idea). We came home the next day to a brand new roof, with no trace they were even there. (We even have a pool and they made sure to cover it to keep any debris from getting in.) We cannot say enough about our experience with Precise. If you need a roofer, give them a call!

We chose Precise Roofing as our contractor to perform a complete roofing project on our home because of a member of their sales team. Dusty Gibson who was very professional and instrumental in guiding us in making the right selection for this project. He presented several different options for us to choose from that would work within out budget. We happened to have chosen the Signature Select Class 4 shingle for our home. The completed project is very pleasing to the eye. We would certainly use Precise Roofing in the future for our home improvement projects.

The recent hail storm and 60 mph plus winds damaged our roof shingles to the point that it would require total replacement. Our insurance man recommended Dusty Gibson owner of Precise Roofing and we are glad that he did.
The professionalism of Dusty and his crew is on a very high level and so is their work ethics. They did an excellent job and provided all repairs, materials and clean up as agreed on. The entire ordeal was a positive experience in spite of a few rain delays.

These guys are what you call Class Act in buisness. From the very start Dusty was very informative and helpful on what the right roof would be for my home. Once the decision was made, the roof was complete and cleaned up in 2 days. The bigger story is how they handled the home owners insurance.
