Following a series of storms several companies looked at my roof and said it seemed to look OK. Someone told me how good Family Tree was at roofing. I called them. They are so thorough. My whole guttering system also was destroyed. My screens, almost all had holes and were replaced. The constant communication, managing internal ceiling repair and painting … watching the clean up as the roof was replaced … the name ‘Family’ in the name of their company is who they are! They were so far beyond what I expected. You can not find a better roofing company.

A tree poked two holes in my roof this morning during a storm and they were out here ASAP to place a tarp over them so we wouldn't drown. They were professional, communicative, respectful, patient, understanding, and even so generous to help my neighbor who had a smaller branch stuck on their roof.

Same with the woman who answered my call to get our information. Not trying to manifest more natural disasters but they'd be my first pick again.

I got very lucky when Milton, the owner of a guttering company, introduced me to Brandon at Family Tree Roofing. I’ve since been completely blown away with how honest and hardworking these people are! They are responsive and, unlike literally 99% of other businesses out there, they are not out to get you and they don’t try to hit you with astronomical quotes for things you may not even need just because you live in a nice house! They are my only go-to for all my and my mother’s roofing needs! If you want to hire someone that knows the job inside and out and will be honest with you from the get-go, this is the place for you. Brandon has already looked at multiple things at my properties and even did a thorough roof inspection at my mother’s house. He said it was in a great shape and didn’t need anything at all! What?? Most other companies would have “found” things that “needed” fixing, but Brandon isn’t like that. Ian was great to talk to. He did a thorough inspection, showing me video from up on the top of my roof! He explained the areas of concern and what is recommended to be repaired. He also looked inside the attic to see if there were signs of leaks. He was honest about what repairs vs replacement were recommended. I appreciated his candor.

Nick came out to inspect my roof (it was installed in 2005) because with the recent winds I thought I had a shingle come off and upon inspection he informed me it was NOT part of my roof (thank goodness) but he said even though my roof is old he didn’t see any reason to replace it. Oh and he did get on my roof and hammer something back down just don’t remember what it was called. But I definitely appreciate the honesty and when my roof does need to be replaced I will definitely be using him. So if you’re on the market for a new roof I would definitely give them a shout!

Jayden Pina was very professional. He showed up a few minutes early which is something we really appreciate. Took care of us by placing tarps on the spots were the shingles were missing. He was concerned about rain getting through and causing any issues to the interior of the house.

After these wild winds here in Oklahoma, something on my house was blown off and it looked terrible. My husband could fix it, but we didn't have a ladder high enough! After asking everyone we knew, we reached out on the neighborhood page, and a kind person offered to help. His ladder wasn't long enough, but, in came Brandon from Family Tree Roofing. Without knowing me at all, he offered to drop off a ladder for us to borrow. He even offered to help my husband if needed. He dropped the ladder off when he said he would and picked it up when he said he would. He was so kind to help strangers, and he wouldn't let us pay him at all. Because of his integrity and kindness, I will definitely be using him company again as needed! Jayden, Nick and Brandon are absolute PRO’s in the business! After our major insurance company denied our claim that another roofing company submitted, Family Tree Roofing was instrumental in knowing exactly how to navigate getting our very legitimate claim fully covered by our insurance company. Do yourself a favor and have these guys go to bat for you instead of taking no for an answer from your insurance company. Jayden and Nick took the time to sit down with us more than once to make sure we had everything lined up and all of our questions answered. Jayden was there most of the day during the install and the crew did an amazing job and also left the site better than when they came. During the 50mph wind storm March 14th Dillon Kruger, who is with Family Tree Roofing, was driving by and saw that large branch had fallen on my roof. He stopped, notified me, took it off and hauled it away. He came back with a crew the next day and they inspected the roof. There was minor damage which they pointed out but nothing needs to be done at this time. I was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and care for their customers. When I do need a new roof I will be calling Family Tree Roofing.

Had a great experience with Family Tree Roofing. They will give you a honest assessment. Many of my neighbors are having their roofs replaced after recent storms. Ian did a thorough inspection of our roof and found no shingle damage. I appreciated his honest assessment. He observed rust and damage to screws, offered to climb the roof AGAIN and repair them for way less than the cost of a handyman. Ian was a great communicator, friendly and reliable.

Roof replacement on our house was expertly done by Family Tree Roofing and finished quickly (one day). Cleanup followed immediately and included rolling a magnet around the whole house to pick up nails. The whole Family Tree team (from the owner to Ian, the on-the-job manager) was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ian in particular worked especially hard to satisfy us. We fully recommend Family Tree for any roof replacement.

Replacing a roof can be a very stressful experience, but Jayden Piña and all of the crew at Family Tree Roofing walked us through it with expertise, problem-solving, and attention to detail. When our Flagstone walkway was damaged during the process, they went the extra mile to make sure the replacement was to our satisfaction. During the process, they also discovered that we had wood rot on a very high dormer and window that we would’ve never known about. Overall, a very good experience with Family Tree. They did a good job dogging our insurance company to get the approvals we needed. Ian is prompt and courteous. He worked with the adjuster to let them know about the hail damage to make the roof replacement process as easy as possible.

We had a leak in our roof caused by faulty construction which was leaking into the attic. Brandon came out to see what the situation was and the next day he sent Devin out to make the repairs. They were both very courteous, very thorough, and very professional. Since the repair required a period of time to cure, Devin said he would come back in a few days and soak the area with water to determine if the fix worked. When he came out he took several courses of watering the area with a hose and then going up into the attic to see if it still leaked. When it was determined that it didn't leak any further the job was done and done properly. Thanks to Family Tree Roofing for a job well done!

We subsequently in May, 2024 had hail damage as a result of a storm. After consulting with Family Tree Roofing and an Adjuster sent by our Insurance Company it was determined that a new roof was needed. All my contacts this time were with Jacob and every part of the experience was handled in a most professional manner and the job was completed when scheduled and in one day. Very great experience considering the unpleseant nature of the problem. I would recommend them to all who need roofing.
