918 Construction

Misty called to make an appointment with me. The day of the appointment I didn’t see Jared show up nor did I get a call from him. I made the call because he was late and did not show up. The roofer Jared said he was backed up with appointment so he wanted to come at a later time of course we couldn’t do the time he said that’s why it’s call appointment! We then went ahead and book another time later that week. The exact thing happen, no call, no show. I called the office and Jared came up with another excuse that it was raining, I lived in Collinsville so he could had came or had the audacity to call to say he couldn’t come and backed up with his appointments again. We booked the next week after and this time he was late. I had called another company (Conrad roofing) and came before 918 construction.

Was referred by some good friends who spoke very highly of 918 and Phil. I’m delighted to say they were correct and I’ve been very pleased at the communication, workmanship, and attention to detail. I will use them again and have referred business to them. I am very pleased with the work done and the price paid.

Phillip and Javier and their crew were a pleasure to work with on our backyard project. Phil was immediately responsive when I first contacted them and communicated with us frequently throughout the entire project. Their work was completed in a timely manner and the results look exactly how we had discussed. They were a very professional and hard working group. Having recently gone through a remodel project with a different contractor, and still continuing to receive no follow up from them on some uncompleted work, we found in comparison that working with Phil and Javier before, during and after the project was very professional, timely, quality work, and greatly appreciated. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them. We will definitely use them in the future.

Jerod is always easy to work with. Javier and his crew painted the interior of my home and did some sheetrock repair. They were always on time and reliable. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up afterwards. I felt at ease with them working in my home. They were very respectful and quiet, as I work nights, and they were working during my sleep time.

Jerod and his team were highly professional and delivered right on time and on budget. Will definitely use 918 again!

Call someone else. To expensive. I did not like a crew that had never installed a metal roof. I did not like a new metal roof that leaked. I did not like 918 refusing to fix leak. I did not like having to hire a professional crew to come fix the leaking roof. I did not like paying for professionals to come tear out and reinstall the dining room ceiling after paying another crew to get rid of the black mold.

We hired 918 to assist with some items at our home that needed attention prior to listing it for sale. Jerod Hicks came out to see what needed to be done, within a a few days he provided me with an estimate. Jerod & his work crew were great to work with. We had items inside as well as outside that needed repair and paint. I would definitely hire them again.

Quality control manager dues not care about the customer and belittle my wife. No paper work was never sent on what the details in the job. Manager would say one thing to my wife and another to me. The manager was belittle the employee he brought Wes in front of customers manager stated that he had to leave but will be back to check on employee never showed back up. We talked numerous times about what the game plan was going to be for the day we agreed upon what would be done manager changed what would be done I never notified us nor came back to verify the work that was done

The team at 918 Construction was professional, responsive and fun to work with on our backyard project throughout the quote and design process all the way to the final walk through. We have been enjoying our new backyard patio and covered pergola for almost a year now and would recommend 918 Construction to anyone.

918 Construction added a sunroom onto our house and replaced the majority of our recalled siding. We are very happy with their work. Phil was responsive and available for questions and concerns. David was great at making sure we were happy every step of the way, and Matt ran a great crew. Would definitely recommend them.

I needed a French drain system for backyard flooding. The team at 918Construction did a great job and solved my problems. They had a large crew and worked under some tough conditions such as the existing mud and hot, humid weather. The system is functional and the yard was left in good shape for the grass to grow back. I am very pleased with their work and would use them again for any of their other services.

Phil and his crew were fantastic to work with! They walked me through every process, quote, and schedule that came up. They thoroughly answered any question I had and stayed in contact to keep me updated throughout the entire process! Their work was fast, fair, and great quality. I will definitely use them for any jobs that come up in the future!

Our tile roof had recent ice dam damage in a difficult location surrounding an interior chimney. Leaks around this chimney had caused ceiling damage to an adjoining interior office to the chimney. When leaks started appearing, I called Phil and he promptly sent someone to inspect the damage. Upon further review, it appeared that the entire flashing assembly surrounding the chimney had been affected and had pictures to support their findings. Subsequent rains to the repair have been leak free. His team also repaired the drywall damage from the leaks. Could not have been happier with the work and would recommend 918 construction to others who might need similar repairs.

Thank you 918 Construction! My home had severe damage due to the ice storm and they promptly took care of the repairs. Additionally, Misty and Phil walked me through the insurance process, making the entire thing stress free. Their crews are incredibly profession, punctual and always complete the work in the time they estimated. The owner, sales manager and salesman took a genuine interest in helping us during every phase of our roof hail damage insurance claim and full replacement of all shingles. They took photos of our house, showed us different colors of shingles and advised us of the best grade and color of shingles to install. They were patient and very thorough in answering all of our questions. They kept every commitment, exceeded our expectations and completed shingling our entire roof in one day. We certainly recommend them to everyone.

Phil is incredible. He gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision about fixes and repairs for your home. He was willing to walk with me through my home and answer questions about other little issues caused by this snowstorm. Last year he did some fantastic roof repair for me and took another look to make sure it is still holding up to the snow. This is who you need to call to get reliable work that will stand the test of time.

Phil and the folks at 918 are top notch. Misty was always prompt, personal and professional. Philip listened well to understand what was desired and needed, and then expertly prioritized and priced the job well, treating my job like it was the most important job he had, while sensitive to my budget. It's hard to find contractors who can communicate and follow through on their promises. Luckily you've found 918 Construction-I'm glad I finally found someone I can work with, that can communicate, has integrity and gets the job done. My roof leak was a hassle with the insurance company but they helped me through it which took a few months unfortunately and in the end, I'm very happy with their work, attitude, competency and thoroughness!

918 ARE REAL PROS!

We had a sunroom built out back and some major problems with a cedar shake roof. Phil came out and had great ideas that got me to a better addition than I was expecting and actually saved my family money. Our roof has a lot of complex angles and the crew was able to splice in the new section seamlessly. The team of workers were polite, very skilled and took great care to keep the job tidy and safe.

I have recommended 918 to all of my friends and neighbors and remain friends with those folks because of how well they treated us. Fair pricing, professional work, professional people ...now you know.

Would highly recommend using 918 construction. We called them to repair our roof and they were professional and courteous and walked us through every step of the way. I turn to Phil any time I have any type of home repair needs.

Phil came out to access the project of 2 skylights being replaced that were broken and leaking. He was there when he said he would be which was quite a shock since dealing with other contractors was generally a nightmare. The crew showed up early to do the job on the scheduled day, did a fantastic job, cleaned up and left no mess. The work was fantastic. My wife and I will be using them again and I can recommend them with all honesty. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!

Found company via Angies List. Quick and clear communication/quotes/scheduling. Job was completed swiftly and completely. We appreciated the quality of work and have hired them for another job. Would recommend.

If I could give less than one star I would. Job was not finished. One crew member cussed at me for asking the contractor to put one more guy on our job to help him because the crew member had been complaining about not having help. We had to pay another company to finish a few things they didn't. Called to see if they would correct the issue and they would not. Our family went through hell with this company. Do not reccomend them.

Even though this company is not always the cheapest quote, the work they do is always top notch and I never have to worry about any issues. You get what you pay for!

918 is my "go to" company. They actually listen to what you want and give you honest answers and honest quotes. We mostly use them for roofing but they also do home remodeling. They have been around for a long time. Our person we presently deal with is Vanessa and she is great but other people we have dealt with from 918 have also been very good.

We absolutely loved working with 918 construction!! We can't say enough great things about this company. Garrett, Hector, and the roofing crew did an outstanding job replacing our roof and repairing our master shower! I would recommend them to anyone! We hired 918 Construction to complete some outside trim work for our home. They were courteous and prompt in responding to our questions and always showed up exactly when they said they would be there. We appreciated Phil’s knowledge and honesty, and the hard work that Luis and Eleazar put into our home. They completed the job under our budget and did fantastic work. I had the pleasure of working with 918 Construction a few months ago. They replaced my roof, replaced my gutters and painted my house. The workers worked so hard and seemed to never take a break. They were very considerate of my family and always kept the lawn clean. Everything was finished on schedule and was exactly as we agreed. I definitely recommend 918 Construction for any construction needed.

Horrendous. That’s the word that describes working with 918 Construction here in Tulsa. Total lack of customer service and sloppy work done by their venders. I had the unfortunate experience of trying to work with them on an insurance claim project since December 28, 2018. It’s now April 9, 2019 and working with them was so bad I finally had to fire them and get a reputable company to complete the project. Beware.

I first used 918 construction for roof work at Grand Lake. My wife called and talked to Phil Bavido who came to Grand to provide an estimate. They did an excellent job repairing a nagging leak that hasn’t leaked since. They showed up as scheduled and finished all work in one day. Many of you know how hard it is to get reliable help at Grand Lake. I have since used 918 construction to repair and paint a couple of duplexes I own in Tulsa. Again the showed up on time and completed work quickly. I will continue to call them for jobs at my home and duplexes. What a great find! Thanks 918 Construction!

4-12-19 - Once again Phil Bravado and his team (Luis, Fernando & Eleazar) did an amazing job replacing a post on the outside of our house and painting the house. They had great recommendations and did a beautiful job for the price and time frame they quoted! This is the 3rd project they have done for our home and we couldn’t be more pleased. I trust them implicitly and they are our “go to” guys!!!! Thank you so much! Very appreciated!!!!

7-2018: Phil Bravado and his team are AWESOME! They just finished a project in our home this week and did a fantastic job!!! The price was fair, the quality of work was amazing and their kindness and professionalism could not be more appreciated!!! This is the 3rd project they have completed for us, which includes 1 project where previous contractor did not complete the job appropriately and left us with leak issues. Phil and his team came in and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it!!! I called 918 construction for a roof leak. I had previously had a roofing company come out to fix it and it wasn't fixed. We tried ourselves to fix it. I was not wanting to pay for the repair and discover I still had the problem. I was upfront about needing it gone completely. I called on Monday, they came out the next day and gave me a bid. I was very pleased with the price, but even happier with their work. After further looking into the problem, I had two leaks and it turned into a bigger job (chimney cap was needed). The job quote was increased, but it was hands down the best rate. I would use them again in the future- honest, hardworking, and reliable. Thanks!

I recently had 918 construction re-roof an investment home I have in Tulsa. They were out the following day of my call, provided me a free estimate the same day and actually completed the entire job two days later.
