However the on site team (Trever, Thomas, Jesus, Bryan) led by project Manager Randy were hard working, thourogh, and always caring and informative. Outstanding from start to finish. We had a slow leak on a toilet that didn't get discovered for a few weeks, so by the time the R1 crew came in, we had significant damage and black mold. Randy, Hunter, and Justyn were awesome - super respectful to work with, daily updates on progress, and left in perfect condition. Hopefully you never need water damage mitigation, but if you do....call these guys.

I had a great experience with everyone I encountered at Restoration 1. First off was Randy who came the next day to come access the damage and then Thomas and Xavier, who took over the job and saw it through to the end. They were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and polite. My wife, kids and dog did not ever feel uncomfortable while they were at my house setting up equipment, taking readings or doing demolition. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. He’s very knowledgeable and also well acquainted with how to deal with insurance. Kelyn was the project manager and was always very prompt in communicating with me, answering any questions I had, and letting me know the progress of the project. Matthew and Shane were the two young men who did the work, which involved removing all of the insulation, rodent barrier, vapor liner, cleaning up the space and disinfecting a VERY tight crawlspace under my entire house. 3/20/25 we had a hose bib rupture in the floors between upper/lower level. Which flooded 1/2 of family room,storeroom, laundry room. After hours plumbing was here in 15 minutes , he called Restoration 1 To come out to help find break. They were here and 2 companies found break. They immediately went to work removing water, set up heaters and fans and today they finished up ther part of job. Our special thanks goes out to Mychael Kinzel, project manager Randy Minor,Hunter, Eli, Justn,Xavier,Tegan, Trevor, Shane. They put their eart and soul into getting us repaired. These were some very special people.

The entire team were Top notch Professionals! Randy Minor, the Project Manager and his team Hunter & Justin, Water Technician’s, arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue with our leaky pipe. Randy assessed the damage and provided expert guidance throughout the entire process including helping with the insurance adjuster. We were blown away at how Randy, Hunter & Jesus treated us with such respect, took care of our personal belongings as if they were their own and consistently cleaned up after themselves after each task which meant the world to us especially while in the middle of a chaotic experience. Over the next few days Hunter and Jesus worked diligently to remove damaged materials, place fans and heaters accordingly to dry out the flooded areas. A second team, Matt and Shane, Insulation Professionals arrived a few days later to install new insulation and wrap up the project. Another great team. Forever grateful! A job well done!!

Oh my gosh! Fantastic folks! Randy Minor our project manager was informed, polite, professional, and knowledgeable, which helped to calm anxieties.
Jayston, Thomas, Xavier and Jesus did a incredible job of moving our furniture, etc., removing an incredibly heavy and wet pad, then went on to drying, sanitizing ( if that’s the right terminology) and were actually able to get it done ahead of the estimated day. They check on the progress daily, meeting and testing for wetness and other possible issues.
The entire crew presented well. They were professional and polite. They were able to inform us of what was going on and set expectations.

Mychael Kinzel promptly came out after our insurance agent got ahold of him for possible water/mold damage to an upstairs room. He spent time with us explaining everything, what he found, and what he DIDN'T find, and that our issue was a minor one, not needing his particular services. Restoration 1 is a full service company. When my kitchen floor was compromised I realized we had a big problem. I called Restoration 1 and they immediately sent out Michael Kinzel. By the end of the day I had a team project manager Eddie Arce and his crew Riley and Dokkin.
The team kept in constant contact, letting us know when they were coming and going to monitor the dry out. The service and concern for our well being always came with a smile.
Service is a rare thing these days but Restoration 1 is at the top of my list. Do not hesitate to use them.

The team did a great job of taking of the 3ft of water in my basement. Made sure everything was dry. Xavier Thomas, Jesus Dennis, Dokken Riley, Aimee, Cameron, Liz, and Trenton did a fantastic job.

After a sewer pipe burst in my home, I was referred to Restoration 1 by my plumber. Mychael Kinzel arrived within the hour, explained next steps and a team got to work drying and removing items that day.
Cameron Brewer and his team (Liz, Teigan, Nef, Jacob, Trenton, and Haziel) removed all of the contents of my basement. It was a massive job, they took care in handling my belongings, communicated with me often, and were kind and understanding throughout this process. They did an excellent job.
Eddie Arce and his team (Riley, Dokken, Pablo, and Thomas Jones) worked on the demo, clean up, and dry out portion of this project. They worked quickly but carefully to only demo what was necessary. They left my basement clean and ready for the remodel. Eddie was my main contact throughout this process and he did an excellent job communicating with me and was always kind and understanding.
Events like this are stressful, emotional, and overwhelming no matter what, but the crews at Restoration 1 made the process as painless as it could have been.

Restoration 1 was extremely helpful with our water mitigation. At first call, they showed up in under an hour to assess the situation. As a customer going through this for the first time- they explained all forward processes clearly. Mychael, Randy, Thomas, Xavier, and Dokken were all friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took great care when installing equipment and accessing all required areas. Everything was executed cleanly, promptly, and thoroughly. I highly recommend them!

We used Restoration 1 for our office earlier in the year and their dedication, communication and speedy work it was OBVIOUS when our home pipes overflowed. Our HOA association has used Restoration 1 in the recent past. It is a necessary service and recently a crew came to our location to do some cleanout. The crew, Riley, Dokken, Pablo and Thomas J arrived on time and did a superior job of cleaning out the debris. I was very happy with the work as was the resident of the unit in question. This crew headed up by Eddie Arce was professional, courteous and quite pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs specialized cleaning done.

Randy showed up and was very helpful in checking the inside of our bathroom walls for mold. He even used some mold-control spray and didn't charge us for anything since no signs of mold growth was found.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but wanted to leave a note about the Restoration 1 crew that helped with my whole house flood this year. My cabin in Winthrop flooded in February 2024 - like 3 weeks of a large diameter pipe leaking nonstop - it was awful.

After I called my insurance company, I had the dumb luck to call Restoration 1 - on a Friday afternoon of a long holiday weekend. Aimee took my call and called me back within minutes to say that one of their foremen - Randy would be out - that night (!) to start the water damage remediation process.

Over the next 2 1/2 months, the entire crew of Riley, Thomas, Xavier, Dennis, Travis, and Randy took care of everything. My house was damaged extensively, but they removed all of the water damaged belongings, gutted all of the wet drywall, cabinets, paneling, and flooring and dried out my house to a very high standard. They were incredibly communicative and worked seamlessly with my insurance company.

I hope you don't need them, but if you do have an unfortunate situation with water damage in North Central Washington, this should be the call you make.

My basement was flooded from a broken pipe and I was referred to Restoration1 by the plumber I called to fix the leak. I’m so glad I called Restoration1 - they were lifesavers!
They sent someone out immediately to assess the source of the leak and the damage to my home, helped me contact my home insurance company to file a claim and then jumped on the clean up project right away.
My onsite team (Mychael, Randy (PM), Thomas, Xavier, Dennis, Travis, Nate and Jacob) along with Aimee and Jon in the office were all a pleasure to work with. Restoration1 was recommended by our plumber after our basement flooded. The team that worked on our home included Kevin, Nico, and Jesus. They were all excellent workers, highly professional, kind, and punctual. Every morning they updated me on the plan for the day, and checked in after the work was done to let me know what had been accomplished and what was to come. If I was not home, they either called or texted me. I knew what was happening every step of the way, they were honest and transparent. Communication was excellent, they always took the time to answer my questions. They warned me about noise levels and even - get this- worked around my toddler's nap schedule when work was particularly loud and my toddler couldn't fall asleep because of it. How incredible is that. I could not speak more highly of this team. This is a very human company, without a doubt, hire them.

Mychael Kinzel from Restoration1 came out because I had contacted R1 about a water heater leak and potential damage to my cellar.

Mychael was super helpful, explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions.

The next day, Kevin Isidro and his crew (Alex and Oscar) came out to take some measurements and explain what they planned to do the mitigate and remediate the issue. Kevin answered my questions and was super professional and helpful in this stressful situation.

The project is underway and thus far, I’ve been nothing but super impressed with R1 and their above-board communication from Mychael and Kevin, and discussing issues from the homeowners perspective, even to the point of helping me with next steps and what steps might not be necessary.

Our experience with Randy and his crew Nick, Jacob, Thomas and Xavier was top notch! They were very friendly professional and Randy took my calls even on Easter Sunday!!! We had a smell in our home that we could not figure out its origin. I contacted Restoration 1 of Central Washington as they had stellar reviews. Mychael Kinzel came the next day. Mychael thoroughly checked the home eliminating causes 1 by 1 until he identified the issue to be a drain in the basement that did not have water in it, causing smell to come through it. Mychael recommended that we put antifreeze as it dissipates slower, and check it regularly, maybe monthly, to ensure there is always liquid in it. When I called to find out how to pay for their service, Amy, who is also outstanding, informed me that they do not charge for the 1st visit. This stunned me. I highly recommend Restoration 1 of Central Washington.

Mychael came out quickly to look at the damage in our garage after a broken pipe. He wasn't sure if we were going to need their mitigation services, he thought it was localized enough that we could just open up the ceiling and let it dry out on its own. He helped us find a responsive and reputable contractor to open up the damaged area, and offered to come back afterwards to check moisture levels to be sure we were OK before we closed it back up. That's the sign of an honest company - when they tell you if you don't need their services. Mychael went above and beyond for us, and their office team was super nice as well. I highly recommend them.

Michael is very professional and responsive. He came out twice to help find a leaking drain. He goes up and beyond the call of duty. Very helpful in finding the right professionals to fix the issues

Restoration 1 was awesome! They were always here when they said they would be, courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate my 94 year old mother who is living with us! The whole team from start to finish was just so professional…Nash, Eduardo (Eddie), Jesus, Pablo, Jacob and even the new employee (can’t remember his name but it started with an H.!). Clean and professional and great about communication! Would highly recommend!

We had water damage in our house and called Restoration 1 right away and the response was immediate. Randy Minor was excellent. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Randy Miner, the project manager, Xavier Arce and Trever Terry were fantastic. They were great communicators, hard workers, helpful, friendly, explained everything well, and were well organized.

I had a small leak in a pipe inside of a wall. They sent Randy out after I called them and he was there in about 40 minutes. He went right to work on solving the problem. Jon the boss stopped by to see how everything was going. VERY happy with the way my job was handled and would highly recommend them.

Can not thank Randy and John enough for figuring out our leak issue and resolving it. Randy even came back to check on us the day after and a few days after that. Really felt a lot of support from this company. A rare find of honest professionals. Highly recommended!

These guys are amazing. They came to my home same day after I called. Really went to the extra mile to discover where our shower was leaking it's was a real "mystery leak". They came back even after not finding it on the first visit with a Bora scope and more people. Honestly it was exceptional service and I would use these highly qualified professionals over and over again. It's a shame we can't give 10 stars thanks mychael and your team!

Excellent experience. We had bad toilet seal and it leaked.
We made the initial call and Randy Minor was here immediately, assessed the situation and had a crew of two (Thomas and Jacob) here in no time. The two days another crew (Trevor and Brandon) followed up.
All the men were professional, polite and explained what they were doing.

Randy was incredibly helpful while we were experiencing flooding in our home. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping us determine the root cause as well as helping to get the issue fixed. He advised us wisely on when we would want to bring in specialty skillsets (e.g. plumber) and we trusted his judgement. The basement of our church flooded. Everyone at Restoration 1 was amazing to work with. Angie showed up and we walked through everything. She was very clear in her explanation of each step that was ahead. In no time, she had two guys here starting the work to clean up; Trevor and Brendon. They were professional, polite and wasted no time in getting to it. A little while later, Thomas and Xavier showed up and joined right in. I was impressed with how everyone worked together.
