I wanna make sure if you buy a home in Okanogan County or heck anywhere....call Nick he is by far the most honest home inspector ive ever met, and he is hands down the quickest at getting you your reports so your not waiting around, and he is a extremely knowledgeable....I highly recommend the general insection!!

Nick inspected a prospective house for me, evaluating the roof, attic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. He looked for evidence of pests, water leaks and more. Outstanding service! If you need a home inspection, The General is 5he place to go.

Nick performed a home inspection for a home sale for us. We live over 1800 miles away and were in contract with a house we’d not seen in person. His thoroughness, fantastic photography, detailed explanations and quick completion of the inspection and report was enormously important in our decision making to move forward or to end our contract with the seller. Nick availed himself before the inspection to get a clear understanding of our concerns and questions. And immediately after the inspection he contacted us by phone to give a quick, simple overview of his initial points of concern to keep us informed. Within 24 hours we had an exceptionally detailed, insightful 50 page report to pour over. His professionalism continued as he extended himself to us for any questions or clarification we may have needed. We have been exceedingly pleased with his work, his friendly demeanor and helpfulness every step of the inspection way.
