L&L Home Maintenance is a wish come true. Hard working young entrepreneurs making their way in a small business. We arranged a gutter cleaning after an inspection. On the day of the cleaning, a reminder text arrived. At the time of cleaning, the team showed up and quickly got to work. They were very thorough, efficient at the job, and respectful of my property. I contacted L&L and spoke with Logan. She was friendly, professional and very clear about their services.
The price was quoted and the date of service set.
Logan kept me informed as to when they would arrive. The husband and wife team were just getting better from illness. Logan was upfront and honest offering no contact services for payment. After they were finished with the job, Logan sent me photos of my gutters after the work was complete.
My gutters were filled with dirt, sand and even a birds nest.
I will gladly use L&L Maintenance in the future. I would highly recommend their services.
One note: Homeowner should be aware all contents of the gutters will be placed in black bags and left with the homeowner to dispose of.

I am an elderly live-alone male who is not interested in housework! A friend recently recommended L&L and it was a great decision. Logan and Luis are wonderful folks who do superior work. When spring arrives I will engage them for exterior work (windows, power washing, etc.). My highest recommendation goes to L&L Home Maintenance.
