The team was great and super helpful. I was initially spectical, having heard negative things about restoration companies, but the Restora techs were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They got me taken care of and all of my water damage in my home repaired.

The Restora team were tremendous to work with, my tenant called them after having a small sink overflow. They were able to get an estimate to me same day as well as digital forms making managing this from afar extremely easy. Definitely recommend them.

Start to finish project management from drying original leak to removing warped floors and insulation to installing new floors, insulation and patching/painting walls. … … My full story: Unless you’re remodeling a house for fun or profit, you’re likely looking at companies like Restora Services because you’re in an unfortunate situation like I found myself in a few months ago. Unexpectedly late one Friday afternoon, I encountered wet floorboards in one of the rooms of my home due to a water leak. As unfortunate as that moment was, I was very fortunate when my neighbor recommended Lighthouse Plumbing (also awesome!) as someone that could help find and fix the issue. Amazingly, the Lighthouse team was able to stop by my house and resolve the issue within just a few hours after issue discovery. The floor was quite wet; thus, I was advised and put in contact with Restora to attempt to dry things out immediately. That’s where my experience with Restora begins… Now late on that same Friday night, within hours of first hearing about my issue, the Restora team was at my house with fans and humidifiers to begin drying things out. (Shoutout to Caesar who made frequent visits.) Unfortunately, many floorboards were so wet that they began to warp/bend during drying. As such, eventually boards in the initial room and beyond would need to be pulled; and given the entire first floor had matching boards, it was eventually determined that the best move would be to replace the full first floor in order to have a consistent look. Once again, the Restora team was able to manage everything from identifying new boards to scheduling the team to remove all the old boards and install all the new. The team closed things out by replacing drywall that was removed to fix the leak and install new insulation. The end product came out perfect!! The patched drywall really blew my mind for its perfection to matching the existing wall texture and color. (Another thing they did, find perfectly matching paint for wall repair!) ... As stressful and awful as this entire life event was, Restora served as the doctor that calmed/healed my pain. Shoutout to Joseph for all the back-and-forth texting, phone calls, and visits throughout the journey. What a great team and company! If trust is a high priority for your next big or unexpected project, look no further than Restora! Seriously, they made a very stressful two-month period of my life much more bearable to get through. Dealing with a pipe burst is stressful, and such a headache. Restora came out during a weekend within a couple of hours calling them. They were professional, and quick to set up the equipment. Connor, Cesar, Makayla, and team were great about answering any and all questions. Would recommend!

These guys are awesome, my plumber referred me to them after fixing a leak in our kitchen. They were able to get me an estimate within a day, my insurance approved and they started work immediately, almost zero downtime, no games - great team.

The owners got Kevin and David out to us fast — they helped shut off the water, got a great plumber (Lighthouse Plumbing), and walked us through everything, including the insurance claim. They even gave us a detailed repair estimate and were totally fine with us doing the work ourselves since my family member’s a GC. Just solid, honest guys. Really appreciate the help.

They showed up immediately and got to work on mitigation—removing damaged drywall and insulation, setting up fans and dehumidifiers, and handling mold abatement. Every member of their team was professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and kept me informed every step of the way.

Special shoutout to their crew leader, Eddie, who was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly takes pride in doing things right. He made a stressful situation feel manageable and always made sure the worksite was clean and safe.

I was especially impressed with the owner, Joe. He was so capable and communicative that I ended up hiring him as a general contractor for some of the repairs even after the remediation was done. Joe handled everything—working with insurance adjusters, coordinating subcontractors, and always keeping me in the loop. He was also totally supportive when I wanted to use some of my own subs—for example, I had a preferred painter for the living room. Even though it meant he wouldn’t get his general contractor percentage for that part of the job, he never hesitated. His top priority was never padding the bill—it was making sure the work was done right and done the way I wanted it.

Restora is a veteran-owned business, and Joe himself is a West Point graduate. That alone should tell you the kind of honesty, integrity, and leadership you can expect. He runs the company the same way—with discipline, transparency, and a strong sense of responsibility to his clients.
