Matt and his crew were amazing. Not only did he respond back to my initial call (which these days and in these parts is unheard of a lot of the time) on the same day, but he was very helpful with all aspects of the project - even with areas that he could not work on.

Matt is such a perfectionist, he asked if there were any areas of the project that he could improve on before he left. Of course I said "No" because they did such a great job. He truly cares about the quality of his work.

I would give Matt at A&M Restoration 6 stars if I could. He did some work at our home with top notch professionalism. But mostly what I liked was his honesty and integrity. What do you do when you see that the wood floor in your living room is buckling and the carpet in the adjacent master bedroom is wet? Well you start with plumbers – several didn't want the job. Then you discover what you need is a water damage restoration company. And where do you find one of them?

There are so many good things to say about Matt and his company. I was very cautious about hiring him because he wasn't referred to me. But from the moment I met him, I enjoyed Matt's business-like attitude and willingness to teach. Matt is a very good communicator and is confident he knows his business. He explained every part of the job and only when I felt comfortable with the process did he begin work.

At first Matt didn't think the leak would qualify as a homeowners claim, but when he analyzed the damage done by the shower leak inside the wall, he stated he was certain it would be covered. He then took on all the paperwork required to prove to my insurance company that it was a good claim.

Beyond that, Matt met with the insurance agent at my home while I was at work, showing him the water damage and what had been done to dry out the area. By the end of the interview, the agent knew not only that it was a good claim, but that Matt had charged an honest fee for his work.

I have no hesitation in referring Matt and his company to anyone. He's a very caring individual, has an understanding of many different home maintenance skills and is very willing to share his knowledge about them.

They did Awesome work!! They responded quickly to our house and gave us the confidence we needed in a stressful situation. Matt and his team are efficient and they keep things very clean. I can't say enough good things about my experience with A & M Restoration.

I had flooding in the downstairs bathroom in my home. The water damaged the tile and had seeped through the adjunct wall unto our Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. As you can imagine, the situation was bad.

Andy and Matt arrived quickly on scene and began the drying out process for the floor to salvage what they could. They warned that I would be looking at replacing a least part of the floors (if not all), the tile, and possibly the drywall.

Andy and Matt made the situation stress-free. They worked endlessly with my homeowners insurance so I wouldn't have to. They promised that they would deliver quality work and they did.

Due to their quick action in drying out the area and constant monitoring, they saved my hardwood floor from needing to be torn up and replaced. They did beautiful work on refinishing the floors and matching and replacing the tile in my bathroom.

I would recommend A & M Restoration to anyone that is looking for quality and excellent customer service.

This was my first experience with having to have some water mitigation and reconstruction done. I hate going in blind, but had no choice with a severe water leak I had. I put my trust in the recommendation of A&M - I was told that they would not only "get the job done", but would also would "be on my side and fight for me" when needed.

Man was that accurate.

These guys not only came in and assured me that they would take care of things, but proved that they would do things the right, honest and best way - and that they would be my advocate to the insurance agency.

They got things setup right away to ensure that the water mitigation part of things were underway and happening in a safe manner. They were very aware of the fact that i have four kids and were looking out for their safety as well as what needed to be done to the kitchen area.

Once the mitigation was done, they got to work on the reconstruction part of things - helping, suggesting and guiding along the way. And ensuring, again, that the insurance company was doing what was right to me and my family, not just anyone's bottom line. Their crew was always respectful and courteous. They were all easy to get along with and thoughtful/respectful of my house.

They work they did was amazing. They transformed my water damaged kitchen from what it was, to a beautiful brand new kitchen - ensuring they didn't overlook the "little things" - the details that matter to each individual (while not always mattering to a general contractor).

These guys not only gave me the peace of mind in the way they worked and the quality of their work, but they were truly advocates for me in "discussions" with the insurance company when they (the insurance company) started to push back on legit issues and started to play games with the "timing" of payments.

While no one WANTS to go through water damage and claims process, A&M absolutely helped make my experience better than what I believe it would have been without them in my corner.

I would highly recommend them given the opportunity (in fact I already have!).
