Needed an emergency repair from animal damage on my roof. Called on a Saturday, and they showed up on Sunday morning, before the rain. They were on time and did a great job. They also took care of some other roof maintenance while they were here.

Namely there were gaps where critters had managed to get through and in. When they took a closer look they discovered warped wood that was also molding. They were honest and direct about time, materials, and pricing. The pricing was extremely competitive. Other contractors gave quotes that were significantly higher and wanted to charge for estimates. The work was completed efficiently and they went above and beyond (even reinstalling vents that were not part of the original scope of the agreement). They also spent a fair amount of time ensuring the materials matched the coloring of the roof.

They had a project manager onsite to help coordinate and translate as appropriate. This is the kind of company that won't nickel and dime - they are very concerned with providing value. I could tell because when they came for the initial estimate they also got rid of branches that were on the roof. Something they did not have to do but did anyway. The job took about 8 hrs all in and we have not had any issues with critters since. Furthermore it's comforting to know that the rotting and warped wood has been replaced. I would 100% hire them to replace the roof when the time is appropriate.

Called to get an estimate on April 7th to replace my entire roof. Was told I would receive it the same day. Called this morning several times and no one answered. After noticing some leaks on my ceiling, I called around and got estimates from several roofing companies. The analysis from this company that was done to my roof was unmatched by any other company. This was because their team is made up of actual contractors as opposed to a sales rep, which every other company sent out. The contractor pointed out where the problem areas were, gave a very reasonable estimate, and even highlighted some additional issues with our skylight and chimney. The guy I talked with - sorry I forgot his name - promised us a specific start date and they delivered on it. The workers were courteous and professional, and just did their work very efficiently. The supervisor said it that it would take 4+ days and that is exactly what it took. The team even did me a solid by having his guys toss some demo's sheet rock from my patio ceiling into his dumpster, and he did not need to offer that to me. What I liked most was their transparent pricing. No baiting me with extra costs or any other suspicious hidden charges.
