Kevin exceeds my expectations with each repair requested. He provides accurate estimates and if there’s a change he provides photos and an explanation I feel good about providing to my clients. Kevin communicates his extensive knowledge and skill from job sites and requests input from the landlord if needed but I never feel I need to “manage” the work. He provides photos of a job well done each and every time. Kevin is my go-to and I would be lost for a good while without him.
